WE LEARNED THAT PART OF WHAT WAS CONFISCATED DURING THE RAID LAST WEEK WAS HER VOTER CERTIFICATE, VOTER REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE. THIS IS A LICENSE THAT OFFICIALLY ALLOWS HER TO HELP OUT OTHER PEOPLE TO REGISTER TO VOTE IN THE STATE OF TEXAS. THIS IS PART OF HER PROFESSION. THIS IS WHAT SHE DEDICATES HER FREE TIME TO. HELPING OUT SENIOR CITIZENS AND VETERANS IN THE STATE OF TEXAS BECAUSE SHE SAYS SHE DOES NOT NECESSARILY HAVE A DATE AS TO WHEN SHE WILL BE GETTING HER THINGS BACK INCLUDING HER LICENSE, HER PHONE, HER COMPUTER. WHAT DOES IT REVEAL? >> IN THIS LETTER THAT CBS OBTAINED, LULAC ASKED FOR A FEDERAL INVESTIGATION TO INVESTIGATE PAXTON'S OFFICE AS THEY ARE CLAIMING THESE SEARCHES ARE UNCONSTITUTIONAL AND IT IS VOTER INTIMIDATION.
