MAGA Republicans on Fox News VISIBLY PANIC ABOUT TRUMP!

tomorrow the first and perhaps only presidential debate between vice president kamla Harris and Donald Trump will occur and though the Trump campaign is all Bluster and bravado like they've got this in the bag other Trump allies like Nikki Haley and perhaps the entirety of the fox propaganda Network seem visibly nervous with both of them begging Trump on air to not be you know sexist or racist or basically himself but before we unpack all that if you end up liking this video and you want to support the Channel please be sure to hit the like subscribe and alert Bells before you go all right friends yep at the time of recording the debate is going to be tomorrow September 10th on ABC it starts at 9:00 pm. Eastern and tentatively I have plans to live stream it with my friend and yours Luke Beasley more details to come but what's interesting is how people are framing the debate uh certainly Democrats know that we've got a lot riding on it that there will be a lot of eyes on this debate this will perhaps be the single most high-profile event of the Harris campaign especially since it's started so late since President Biden withdrew in Late July this is a big big day and we understand the stakes but the Trump world seems to be kind of divided on the issue because they spent so much time talking about how stupid and incompetent the vice president is when she's in fact not those things and so we're going to see a bit of a a jarring contrast here so here's Carolyn levit official spokesperson for the Trump campaign uh suggesting that they've got this in the bag Trump is well prepared for the debate tomorrow night that is right he doesn't need traditional debate prep he's proven to be one of the most effective Debaters in modern political history just look at how he knocked off Joe Biden out of the race and the CNN debate stage he is very well read on kamla Harris's record hey she seems confident Trump has nothing to worry about now of course she says that Trump is one of the best Debaters in modern history now as somebody who says that there's a lot writing on this debate I also want to be very honest I think Trump is a terrible debater I think there are very good Republican Debaters out there V ramas Swami Ted Cruz Lindsey Graham Chris Christie not just never Trump Republicans but also people who are Trump supporters Nikki Haley again VI and others Donald Trump is an idiot I do believe that he's genuinely stupid and he's also profoundly uncurious and ignorant so he doesn't know a lot about policy which is why he has never in 2016 2020 2024 in a debate given substantive policy answers so to the extent that you factor in a Victorious person in a debate having the knowledge and being able to communicate that knowledge to substantively answer questions Trump is always terrible now she appeals to President Biden's disastrous performance uh in July but that's on Biden Trump didn't do anything as a matter of fact it was because the microphones were muted and Trump wasn't able to be Trump and interrupt and Heckle the way he has want to do he basically allowed President Biden to trip himself okay and Biden's own disastrous performance was on Biden not again because he was so outmatched by Trump as a matter of fact Trump told a record-breaking number of Lies during that debate didn't answer questions directly or substantively it was a terrible performance from Trump as well we just hold Biden to a much higher standard it's unlikely to be the case now that vice president Harris is the nominee and the debater in question and other areas of Maga world including Fox News seem to be well aware of it here's a kind of a low-key Panic session by fox and friends because they're nervous that Donald Trump is going to be you know himself and listen to some of the phrasing of Lawrence Jones the one doing most of the talking here because he seems to suggest that Donald Trump has no agency and no impulse control and will be baited by the Vice President into just doing things that Donald Trump is inclined to do in the first place so Donald Trump is in a peculiar situation right now because when you look at the polling data amongst you know Latinos black voters you see these gains happening um and and there's a case for all these people saying they were better off uh under his economy you want to keep those voters right there well KLA Harris is going to try to do is get him into this race war right to to be Vici to attack her as a woman don't put voters in that position where they have to choose between their economic situation and feeling sympathetic for get personal you can't you can't even I'm not saying that it is fair I'm not saying that she may not she may go low and call him a racist on the stage but his response should be you said that about Joe Biden too and you went to work for him so you have to be very strategic right there because they want ads of him eviscerating her from her personality and her being a woman well Chris Christie yesterday was on ABC and he said essentially all she's got to do is uh he had two words uh charm and disarm he said be Charming be yourself uh tell what your vision is and disarm when Trump says something that might be of a personal nature just smile well people said that to him the last debate with Biden don't get personal don't talk about his cognitive decline just stick to the issues and that worked well for Donald Trump didn't have to talk about saw but the microphones were muted that helped in large part and he'll also benefit from that as well so they're taking aggressive steps to basically not let Trump be Trump that's the whole point and that was why the Harris campaign rightly used it as a way to Trump and try to se dissent between Trump and his handlers saying Hey listen they don't trust you to be smart enough to conduct yourself accordingly so they have to literally take steps to silence you because they're afraid you're going to screw this up all on your own but Lawrence Jones comments are so funny to me because they're they're basically like she she's going to try to make you be racist and sexist like Trump has no agency like Donald Trump has no control he has no impulse control don't let her make you do things he's a 78-year-old man a former president of the United States someone trying to be president again are you suggesting that he is so intemperate that he is so impulsive that he is so reckless that he has no moral culpability for his own choices and that everyone else not just his handlers but his opponents are responsible for what he says or doesn't say that's pretty pathetic stuff but besides the patheticness and the grading Trump on a curve which is Habitual of Republicans and conservatives and certainly Fox propagandist again read between the lines he's nervous he's like please for the love of God don't be sexist don't be racist don't be yourself Donald Nikki Haley also appearing on Fox and also a trump voting uh supporter basically said the same thing that Trump needs to do anything other than what he's doing now absolutely you go Sage why do you think the uh KLA Harris is a 14-point lead in the the gender gap among women I think it's because Donald Trump and JD Vance need to change the way they speak about women you don't need to call kamla dumb she didn't get this far you know just by accident she's here that's what it is she's a prosecutor you don't need to go and and talk about intelligence or looks or anything else just focus on the policies when you call even a Democrat woman dumb Republican women get their backs up too the bottom line is we win on policies stick to the policies leave all the other stuff that's how he can win he certainly wins on perception of a lot of policies again I think it's really important Nikki Haley would have you believe that Donald Trump actually had very effective policies and was a policy oriented president and a policy oriented candidate he was not either of those things at any point in his life the fact of the matter is that Donald Trump inherited a really good economy from a Democrat Barack Obama Republicans Fox propagandist and even Centrist mainstream media tend to forget that they tend not to bring that up they just assume that Donald Trump stepped into a fathomless void and created the modern American economy as we know it when he became president on January 20th 2017 at noon it's ridiculous and false and then most of the economic trends that were under the Trump Administration which were positive were mere continuations for the most part of Obama year a Trends and then of course in Trump's fourth year in office he uh failed spectacularly both to manage the uh Corona virus pandemic and the of course it's uh you know constituent ensuing economic Fallout so again the the grading of trump on a curve is ridiculous but he does enjoy a polling Advantage with respect to the economy and with respect to immigration and it's unfair it's ridiculous it's counterfactual but Democrats have an obligation to make up that ground we have to do it we have to do our best and then make sure it cements it stays in however speaking of Nikki Haley while we're here I should also I'm going to play another clip here but Liz Cheney uh former Trump supporting Conservative Republican who is now officially endorsed vice president Harris uh was recently asked about Nikki Haley and her support of trump given that Haley ran against Trump in the 2023 2024 Republican primary and is now supporting him and there's a contrast between these two women so I want to play this clip of what Liz Cheney had to say about Nikki Haley and then Nikki Haley's response you know there were a lot of talk during the primaries of the Nikki Haley voters and a lot some states seemed like even when she stopped running almost a third of Republican voters were looking for an alternative to Trump and voting for Nikki Haley she's now saying that she is quote on standby uh to campaign for Donald Trump to help him get reelected she's also of course called him unhinged unqualified to be president uh diminished what do you make of Nikki Haley's position on this I mean look I um I I can't understand uh her position on this in any kind of a principled way uh I I think that you know the things that she said that she made clear uh when she was running in the primary uh th those things are true and and again you know we those of us who are conservative uh those of us who believe in Fidelity to the Constitution uh have a responsibility and have a duty to recognize this is not about partisan politics and and the country is going to need to rebuild uh conservative true conservative movement when we're when we're through this election cycle but uh this November uh casting a vote for Donald Trump or riding someone in so in a nutshell she just doesn't believe and I think she's correct to believe this that Nikki Haley is making her decision based on principle more about po political expedience this is what Nikki Haley had to say on Fox in response to Liz Cheney's comment your reaction to her reaction I respect her decision but she can't say my decision is not principled it actually is we can either vote based on style or we can vote on substance I'm voting based on substance I'm looking at the fact we can't live the next four years like we did the last four years this is no contest Harris raised taxes Trump reduced taxes Harris wants to stop any energy production Trump built it up Harris is weak on National Security Trump was strong on National Security Harris has allowed the border to be infiltrated by 8 million people Trump was much harder on the border this is about my family this is about America these are about issues we should be very clear if you don't like him say you don't like him but you can't say that his policies are worse than KLA Harris either vote based on style or we can vote on substance I want to play that one more time I'm voting based on substance I'm looking at the fact we let's going try to keep this in order but let's go in reverse order so the Border um Donald Trump killed a conservative bipartisan border bill that the Trump loving Biden hating border patrol Union endorsed they hated Biden and Harris they loved Trump but they endorsed that plan anyway Trump killed it for cynical political reasons he morally owns the Border he used it for a political wedge issue if the position was reversed and it had been a Democrat to do that Nikki Haley would be pulling her hair out and demanding that Texas secede from the union but of course because it's Trump and she's a Republican and she cares more about her party than her country she grades him on a curve energy production we are producing more energy under the Biden Harris Administration both with respect to Green energy renewable energy but yes also fossil fuels racking and drilling than we ever did under the Trump Administration we are more energy independent we are more energy productive now under Biden Harris than we ever were under Trump Pence so she's lying about that National Security we're in fewer Wars we're actually out of we withdrew from Afghanistan on Biden Harris's watch Trump had years to make that happen he failed to do so where else are what what are you talking about we're not being attacked by the way there were us attacks or attacks on the United States or US soldiers rather on Donald Trump's watch as well so she didn't really substantiate that and I think it's says something that multiple Trump National Security advisers have condemned Donald Trump suggesting that he's not in fact really good and National Security so what the hell are you talking about raising taxes where the vice president raise taxes Donald Trump passed a $2 trillion tax cut for the rich the vast majority of went of which went to the vast majority of people who need it the least therefore increasing the burden overall on lower and middle class uh uh tax uh you know people paying tax taxes because he didn't cut spending he kept he increased spending while cutting taxes for the rich all that's going to do is create a regressive tax on lower and middle class people Biden Harris want to raise taxes on the rich cut taxes for middle and Lower Class People Trump doesn't want to do that I so I'm just so confused of course she didn't bother to give examples so that makes it kind of hard to to refute in real time but the fact of matter is she refers to Liz Cheney's principled objections to Trump as style what about the fact that Donald Trump tried to Stage an Insurrection is that style I would think that that's substance I would say that that's more substantive than anything you just mentioned of course everything she mentioned as far as I can tell or lies but that's where we are Nikki Haley of course is not a particularly principled actor at the end of the day she cares nothing about her country she hates her country she loves her Republican party and if given the choice she will always choose there is never a limiting principle there is no Republican candidate that Nikki Haley wouldn't Support over a Democratic candidate because at the end of the day it's all about
