[Applaus] [Applaus] das west nil virus ist ein virus was eigentlich aus üblich irgendwo aus afrika stammen was sich jetzt in den letzten jahren in europa verbreitet hat der normale wir's kreislauf besteht bei diesen virus zwischen mücke und vogel mensch und pferd sind aber viel wird das heißt eigentlich nicht für das virus vorgesehen können sich aber mit dem virus über die mücken infizieren infizieren sich aber nicht untereinander das heißt es ist nicht ansteckend von pferd zu pferd sondern eben nur über die mücke das kann ja keine symptome machen das kann symptome einer fiebrigen allgemein erkrankung machen was dann häufig eben mit anderen übrigen allgemeinen erkranken verwechselt wird das kann neurologische ausfälle machen das heißt stolper taktisches gang mit einem dass die pferde wirklich probleme haben wie gleichgewicht zu halten und im schlimmsten fall der verlauf tödlich beim west nil virus gibt es eine impfung beim pferd wir können die pferde schützen weil es sich auch um ein einzeltier impfung handelt bedeutet ich kann ein einzelnes tier schützen ist es unabhängig davon ob die pferde in den nachbar boxen geschützt sind die impfung schützen die für eine infektion schlecht aber den krankheitsverlauf deutlich ab so dass die pferde die erkrankungen sehr gut überstehen können ohne folgen im moment werden immer mehr fälle bekannt in deutschland und die tierärzte werden sensibler auf diese erkrankung die es einfach vor drei jahren in deutschland so noch nicht bekannt beim pferd gab es werden proben genommen beim verdachtsfall das sind meistens werde die gang störung oder neurologische symptome zeigen im weitesten sinne da wird eine blutprobe ein geschickt ins labor und wenn bei dieser blutprobe rauskommt dass west mir positiv getestet wurde dann muss diese blutprobe weitergeschickt werden an einem referenzlabor und dieses referenzlabor gibt dann die endgültige diagnose beste ja oder nein ab und das muss dem amt gemeldet werden das macht in der regel aber der tierarzt da muss der tierhalter nichts machen aber das ist so der normale ablauf den west niveaus vorzubeugen ist sehr schwierig wenn man nicht irgendwie möchte da das virus ebene über möglichen übertragen wird man müsste eben sehr sehr gründliche bekämpfung der mücken vornehmen mit entsprechenden repellentien aber da sein pferd hundertprozentig vor der infektion zu schützen ist quasi unmöglich deswegen empfiehlt sich in die impfung das west nil virus hat sich von afrika ich denke auch zuge der klimaerwärmung eben hier weiter ausgebreitet es gibt vor einigen jahren schon erste fälle griechenland und da für österreich geht es eben auch hier richtung deutschland gezogen mittlerweile haben wir fälle in sachsen sachsen anhalt berlin und brandenburg das west nil virus kommt seit zwei jahren in deutschland vor letztes jahr gab es nur zwei betroffene pferde dieses jahr haben wir bereits 15 fälle von westen wie beim pferd dh dieses virus scheint über winter zu haben in deutschland in den lücken in der deutschen mythen population das heißt es ist schon eine mittlerweile ernst zu nehmende gefahr und es gibt auch impfempfehlungen von der ständigen impfkommission dass man pferde in betroffenen gebieten anfangen sollte zu ende [Musik] [Applaus]
