hi I'm here with Aden one of our love peace Harmony volunteers who lives in Toronto but is from Romania and we're just so excited to connect because you've been volunteering with love peace and Harmony foundation for so many years now um and most especially on our children youth and families committee do you want to share with us a little bit about how your experience has been and also how has love peace Harmony changed your life and perspective thank you so much Alexia thank you everybody hi my name is Adina and I just want to share how love is Harmony can change your life and how it changed my life I've been invited to be part of the love peace Harmony Children and Families committee because especially during the pandemic we realize many families many many children many youth were experiencing like loneliness isolation and depression and anxiety by not being able to go out or to connect with their friends and our purpose was to bring love peace and Harmony to communities around the world so we actually had forums we connected with all over the world and you gave them ideas and I'm just wondering if you can ask yourself during your holidays in your tradition or in your culture what can you do to bring love peace and Harmony to the world and I remember what other volunteers shared like they created communities online on Facebook they went to the mall for example they put messages of love peace and harmony for strangers and I think in Us in Atlanta um a teacher went with children to a like police station and they just give baskets of love peace and Harmony and people just did like love peace Harmony walks around their Community just chanting in their language love peace and Harmony they even wrote love peace and Harmony messages on rocks and put them in their Garden around the trees and I just found that's so creative just singing and finding ways to bring love peace Harmony in your life and for your family and just get them out of that depression anxiety or loneliness that is amazing it is amazing and it's so inspiring because these are really you know simple things that we can do in our communities and it's inspiring just what you said I was like whoa boom boom boom those are some great ideas to share love peace and Harmony um for anyone watching what would you share with them you know if they want to volunteer what do you have any words of inspiration all I'm saying it's just don't think oh my God I have nothing to offer because that's what I thought as well I was like I'm not married I don't have children what am I going to do with children is and families but then just think about the world how can you make the world a better place and can you find love peace and Harmony in your heart can you see in the people in your life how they are suffering how they feel alone how they feel depressed or they feel lonely and just help them to discover they already have love in their heart and they already want like Harmony in their communities and families and they already are looking for Peace So find a way to at least change one person's life and if you volunteer with love peace and Harmony Foundation you can do that for a much larger number of people and impact the world
