okay so just getting to the office a little Day in the Life Vlog it's a gorgeous gorgeous sunny day um today I actually have a lot of meetings so this could be a lot of computer and um f o look at the way that the light hits computer and finding um people at coffee shops so come along for the ride a little day in the life we just got into the office and we're going right downstairs to the boardroom my first coffee frch know Sur Vibe little coffee ASMR I have a special meeting right now with Dr Master Jong sha our Founders leading teachers worldwide so I'm going to hop on that and see you later okay so I'm sitting here with Francesca this is our day in the life can't show you the screen but we're going through the volunteers and our list of where calligraphies are going um we have you know over 200 volunteers and we're really excited because one of our training um programs that we've had for the last eight months is coming to a close so there's lots of Transitions and moving and grooving new roles so yeah that's what's happening Franchesca what is your goal for today hi Alexia um today's goal is to um onboard some new volunteers it's really exciting because we have so many uh new volunteers that are applying uh for different roles a virtual coordinator or the community engagement so today I'm going to be sending out a lot of Welcome letters and you know all kinds of information to them and we're going to have um even more extended family and we're going to give them a little sneak peek this this is our book coming soon coming soon we're super excited about this it's going to be uploaded to Amazon very soon everyone is going to get the link and guess what your very own copy of the song that changed the world woo what is your goal for today so my goal for today is to complete a series of videos that you Alexia and Franchesca have done for our volunteers and I'm going to be subtitling them in Spanish so I'm goal is to complete those subtitles today for the whole series woo Franchesca is very happy yes me too okay good job thank you okay so what is your goal for today um goal for today is to get everything sorted for our Monday event which we will be meeting a lot of people in downtown and we're very excited um um and to send these prizes to the winner from last Saturday awesome so I have a call right now but it's just such a gorgeous day why not come take it outside in the beautiful sunshine take advantage of this weather you know here in Canada when we have beautiful weather it's a dream so look check it out you have this grass so whenever I have the opportunity to be on a call that's a phone call and it's not a video call it's like come out here and do it making calls bare foot is very important for your overall health okay so I have to get off my phone now to take the call okay we are going back to the office here it's a great call so nice to do it out in the sunshine this beautiful day and really the rest of the day I'm about to finish up some emails and then head out I'm going to be going to actually meet someone one of our community collaborators um creating some Outreach events for the rest of the summer here in Toronto and then do the rest of the Working Day from my office at home so very looking forward to this beautiful rest of the day and thank you for joining in this day in the life at the love pieace Harmony office follow for more
