great performance inspiring performance um the the Run wall I mean right right right from the beginning you know the third and one then then fourth in a yard and a quarter maybe you know and then to stop that was was huge uh you know the turnovers um you know real incredible the uh the one the one that uh the backward uh pass and then um Christian I think it was Christian who scooped it but then KH got it man he was like a wrecking ball uh as a as a runner that was that was huge uh Joey Bosa played lights out in this game he he caused the uh the other fumble that was huge Puna Ford uh incredible play by him um I thought the linebackers uh did a great job Denzel Perryman uh Deon Henley uh there was just they were they were thumping uh it was coverage was was really good uh really you know minus the one play where we we gave up the touchdown um I thought it was uh you know lights out really really great defense by our guys and uh just super uh super happy about it you know as the the whole team the whole team was inspired by by the defensive play and uh you know just um you know when we we had to be our best we were our best you know being at your best when your best is needed most John Wooden quote uh coach wooden there um I thought that you really put the flavor on this game that that uh that's what it felt like to to me offensively um you know in the second half you know when uh when we needed it uh JK Dobbins won an incredible game uh breaking those two long runs and just the tough yardage he and Gus were getting no turnovers offensively um thought our line did a did a really great job against you know really one of the one of the tougher uh defensive front sevens and you know I guess I can't really say that because I haven't seen many defensive front sevens uh but they're Dar good they're Dar good um and lot lot to get better on lot to lot to work on for us uh you know there's no excuse for the uh the penalties we had early but uh and we'll go to work on that and you know going from week one to week two I think that's where you make your most amount of it's where you can make the most amount of progress the entire season in in a onewe period so uh we'll be we'll be really focused laser focused on uh on uh getting better this week Jim you passed for 140 but you ran for 176 27 attempts can you talk about the commitment to running the football today yeah it was uh it was a great commitment um you know running the ball and we felt uh you know we got a lot of confidence in our offensive line you know as you saw I mean we we feel like they're the tip of the spear you know we we feel like we we can attack and um with that group and they were they were outstanding ran Slater uh played a great game Zion Johnson you just just love them we love him uh Brad Boseman uh played really well and um you know so did uh so did pip I mean what a great story you know you know uh one of the fine tackles in uh pro football moves to guard thought he was outstanding and Joe Al he played really good super happy for for Joe um yeah we were we were at our best when our best was needed most Jim tell me what is the biggest difference between an NFL win and a college win um that's that's a they're hard to get these are hard to get I mean uh I mean everybody in that locker room knows it uh as as do I that uh it is really hard hard to win a game in the NFL and um I just I just take my hats hat off to uh you know really everybody um you know in the organization especially especially uh those that uh you know have been here doing the Dirty Work Justin Derwin uh Joey Bosa khil Mack uh you know those guys pip Zion rashan uh aloy uh I mean there's just they've just had so much dedication uh in in leading this team Morgan Fox and and Scotty Matlock and just go through the the roster Cameron Dicker I mean amazing JK Scott uh Josh Harris uh and the Spanos family they're um I just say this on behalf of all the new guys that uh that join the organization this year we we are the lucky ones uh because um you know it's just a tremendous uh tremendous job that this entire organization and these players have been doing uh and I think you saw saw that today that that kind of leadership that comes from from from those that have been here and and been doing it um you know there's a real stepped into it and uh feel feel really lucky and fortunate hello everybody Welcome in here folks to the truth serum Jo the truth Wagner with you thank you so much for watching the postgame press conference this afternoon with the La Chargers and head coach Jim Harbaugh Harbaugh leaving College coming to the NFL to coach here with Justin Herbert in his debut as coach of the Chargers he comes out a winner 22-10 the final score LA takes it over Vegas as it was a second half success for for La as they outscored Vegas 163 in the second half to run away with the victory uh Jim Harbaugh his teams love to be physical they love to run the football and that's exactly what they did today the Chargers as a team ran for 176 yards rushing including Dobbins JK Dobbins running for 135 and a touchdown and having a 61 yd run it was about Run game in defense and protecting Justin Herbert Herbert very efficient 17 of 26 144 yards and a passing touchdown and everyone that's the formula right there for the Chargers and how they want to win football games that right there is the formula Run game defense quarterback doesn't have to do everything Chargers defense had three sacks one and a half from khil Mack Puna Ford had the interception just an all-around solid team win for LA and folks the Raiders are a bad football team they are a really bad football team and they look like a team that's not going to have a chance this year not a chance in not not a chance not a chance in the Free World forget it but it'll it'll be fun everybody watching this postgame presser though seeing if we get any Harbaugh isms in his first postgame presser after the dub everybody the Chargers don't sleep on the Chargers as they are a team they have the most important pieces to be successful they got the quarterback in Herbert they got the pass rushers in Bosa and Mack and they got the offensive line look out for the Chargers they play the Panthers next week and I feel bad for Bryce young I feel bad for Bryce young Dave Canales and that Carolina franchise because they are going to get punched in the mouth they're going to get punched in in in the mouth next Sunday and it looks like La could be 2 and 0 but we'll see how it goes everybody that's why we
