Can the Cleveland Browns REPEAT as the best home team in the AFC in 2024?

Won eight and one at home. It was the best record of any AFC team at home in the NFL, the second best overall home record in the NFL behind the Cowboys who went eight and oh, the Bills and the Dolphins both went seven and two. The Eagles and Lions both went six and two. The Browns only have eight home games this upcoming season. But Jason, I want to start with you, Jason answers, Mike, you might want to stop saying kick back because that's like a bribe. It's not a bribe. I mean, it's a, don't you think of a negative connotation when you think of the word kick back? And I like kickbacks. See, that's what I'm talking about. They're shady. That's a win. They go three straight road games. Bengals week seven, Ravens week eight, Chargers week nine, Steelers week 11. And then the Chiefs, the Dolphins and that's it. And that's it. It's tough schedule. Now you tell me they're only going to lose one of those games. Come on, I plead the fish. I mean, that's not, you know, I don't think the Browns record is gonna be this year overall because I did the schedule game yesterday. Uh, and I, I have the Browns and I don't piss people off, but, you know, whatever, I can't help that, I have the Browns finishing nine and eight as I think that's very realistic. 10 and 79 and eight I think is with, with the quarterbacks that they play the schedule, they have to play. Did I, have we asked this? And I don't know if I said, I don't know if I said 10 and seven or 11 and six. I said one of the two, I just for the first time in three years, I'm drinking the Kool aid. You are. I'm going into it with way less hope for Deshaun Watson than I have the last two years. And if, if Deshaun Watson plays great, then the Browns will win 1112 games, probably, maybe even more. But if he's just kind of with the schedule they have, are you the division they're in? Let me ask you this and it's a fair question. I think I know how you're going to answer, but I just want to have it on record. Does Deshaun Watson have enough playmakers around him to be successful? So I'm just asking the question. They going with Zach Moss and Chase Brown at running back. I'm worried about the home record though. Can they, can they also, are you saying lead the league or odds of, first of all the odds of any team leading the league are not good because you get 16 different teams that could do it. The, there's like five that can do it in the AFC. There's probably eight, probably not 16 fair. Uh, the Browns are unlikely to have the best home record this year. They had an extremely favorable home schedule last year, including when they played, you know, obviously Joe Burrow was hurt in the first week, uh, when they played the Cardinals. Kyler Murray wasn't back yet and they caught every break, the mid field goal against the 49ers. Yeah. Right. That was a crazy game. That was, that was worth it. Didn't mccaffrey get hurt in that game too. In and mccaffrey both got hurt. Listen, the Browns play great at home. I still think they'll be good at home. I do too, but the odds of them being the best home team, not great. Ok. I could say, I think they're gonna go, I, I feel like they're gonna go five and three at home. I mean, that falls right in line with five and three. What's your three losses? What you got? Dallas, Dolphins and Dallas, I think, I think, I think they'll lose to Dallas. I think they'll lose to Kansas City at home and then I think they'll lose one division game at home. I don't know which one, but they'll, they'll, they'll, I think they're gonna split, I think they're gonna go three and three in the division. I think they'll go one and two on the road and two and one at home in the division. That's my prediction. I'm not mad at. That would be five and three. But you hate me. You're not mad at him. Is he still at zero on the 300 yard games as a Brown? I believe so, but he is not thrown for 300 but he would have had it against Tennessee. Watson is not thrown for 300 yards in the game, right? For the Browns. No, he is not. But that Tennessee game, Lari Cooper wasn't ruled out of, I don't care. That is not. So, although we did just spend the Niners was the No, he is not.
