in Southern Ontario yesterday storms really packed a punch we had heavy downpours pockets of Gusty winds is this in the cards again for today well yes some areas we'll be seeing the sizzling temperatures the stormy conditions through today and tomorrow as well where we could see those heavy downpours and I just want to talk about this for a moment it's not your imagination if you're in Toronto uh since June we have seen a lot of rain currently sitting at 177 mm that's the orange color to give you some perspective the driest summer we've had is 89 mm the wetest is 396 we've got a month and a half left to go rain in the forecast today and tomorrow so you know we could be climbing the charts of record territory here's where we're running the risk of thunderstorms today in the orange they could reach some more some more severe limits we've already had warnings in the southwest around Sarnia as the midm morning afternoon goes along Niagara a target for Heavy Rain into parts of the GTA Northwestern Ontario 2 then we see these isolated kind of pop up thunderstorms some areas will be dry even see some peaks of sun and then it's really overnight through tomorrow morning we get that really big line that's going to fire on through the nickel Bell down into the GTA and then extend off towards Windsor so those are also going to be bringing the potential of the heavy downpours the Gusty winds so this is our overnight threat the Orange is more severe and then through Tuesday we'll be running the risk of the storms again again as I mentioned now if you don't like the he humidity feeling like a sauna Out There Our atmospheric moisture starts to Peter out we get a fresh your air M by Wednesday [Music] [Music]
