[Music] hello everyone welcome back to the another episode of the boarding pass and in this video I'm going to share a very very important update with regards to the Air Canada so Air Canada Pilots are going for a strike from 18th of September onwards so I'm going to share four scenarios with Air Canada okay so that will help you out so first of all it is very important before you are leaving for Air Canada to the to the airport if you book The Air Canada flight make sure you check your flight status okay and now let's start the four scenarios scenario number one the cancellation if you if your flight has been cancelled and you want your money back you are eligible for uh full refund even you if you it doesn't make uh difference if you book non-refundable Fair Flex Fair Comfort Fair any kind of fair you are still eligible for full refund if you don't want to travel on any other day scenario number two if you are flexible with the dates and you can travel on any other day then your changes will be free by Air Canada on the cancelled flights all right you don't need to pay any amount scenario number three if those passenger who book The Ticket with their aeroplane Miles number and uh uh and in those cases Air Canada will reverse back your point into your Aeroplane account all right if you made some payment also along with the miles then your payment will be also refunded back in the same card by Air Canada scenario number four all the quad share flights which is operating within Canada with Air Canada like pal Airlines air in Air Canada Express all these flights are operating as per their normal schedule there is no cancellation no strike on these Airlines so it's only Air Canada just uh keep it in your mind all right so very very important thing and the at the last if you book The Ticket with travel agent okay then you need to contact with your travel agent or with the third party like xedia kayak booking anything look my ticket.com all those uh suppliers if you book The Ticket with them then you need to contact your travel agent or to your third party if you book with Air Canada directly then you can call Air Canada call center and they will help you to get your refund back or they will uh do the changes for you at free of cost and it make sure it is very important to keep your contact number and email address updated in your bookings so that you will get updates what is going on uh on the booking at the moment all right uh so this is the information as of now uh and I I will keep you posted uh on this part if I got comes to know any new update uh so till then see you guys and please don't forget to share uh this video with your family with your friends uh about uh Air Canada and don't forget to subscribe my channel thank you see you in the next video [Music]
