morning what's going on post of family welcome back to my channel this is mailman s how's everybody doing today on this beautiful Tuesday Morning get that positive attitude going how's everybody uh we got some things to discuss uh situation is um not good obviously for the carriers and um you know people getting angry left and right the apwu just announced their uh cost of living increase and um kind of wanted to look at uh what we've missed u in that same time frame uh it's unbelievable first if you're new to the channel if you like postal content go ahead and subscribe to the Channel all know all your comments are very um informative thank you you guys give me tips information what's going on I really really appreciate everything you guys do out there and uh you know things are uh all I can say you know I live by positivity you know we can another day another blessed day you got up you know come to work stay positive but it's mind banging what's going on um every other craft is Tak taking care of its U you know carriers you know you got your management of course they got their uh massive raises starting from the top postmasters managers supervisors we all know they they getting uh you know all kinds of left and right raises but you know I don't want to get into detail how many raises there is because there was some questions raised uh that you can just mention raises some supervisors mentioned uh it's not like that and um you know I don't want to touch something that is not true or anything like that but apwu just uh came out I was reading on their website uh they gave a cost of living increase to the all the clerks and everything which equates to $977 a for basically 47 increase that's still something that the carriers you know didn't get so it's uh it's really tough situation for US carriers right now you know air crafts uh giving raises and uh we've missed out on uh three colas starting from last August which was 998 February uh and then 354 in August of this year 977 basically $2,300 missed out a112 increase missed out for the carriers so uh things are not right this guy uh our uh you know who up top is not taking it seriously and uh you know US carriers are getting affected by it um day in day out we come to work and uh you know there's uh if we had some kind of set date that when we going that contract is going to hit you know we would be that much more you know little bit relieved but for him to not even give us a exact date when the contract is going to hit or any any updates since the convention well they he didn't really give us an update in the convention either he just said we're really close which is he's been saying for the last year and um now it's costing us a cost of living increases which u a lot of carriers is a must right now there a lot of carriers out there U you know have to get second jobs I can't imagine how with the the time frame that you know being a mail carrier takes the we and te on your body and then I can't imagine coming home and uh going to a second job so it's uh situation calls for a lot of prayer right now I know I'm a Believer in a higher power uh you know so he's going to be taking care of what is best for us right now just uh I know you guys are just uh you know the kind of sometimes get some kind of laugh out of there that uh you know the all this talk about higher power and the prayer that you just want straight facts but you know the Believers know that some something is going to give and something good is going to happen so you know I truly stand by what I say believe in a higher power something good is going to happen patience positivity but the the situation right now for carriers is uh very very uh tough right now very very a lot of carriers getting angry left and right this Union questioning whe whether or not to give that continue to give that $70 a month and um you know it's just it's not it's not a really good situation right now you know although you want to stick to it as a career position you look at your retirement you know if you're new you know you're you're coming in to all these questions haven't had a contract in uh close to 600 days now so I mean it doesn't set a good example for the the new Force coming in and what mindset they will have uh to stay or even U you know once they're told to join the union or asked given the opportunity to will they actually join and what what good is that going to do for them in the long long run you know so all these things are popping up right now uh situation is not good uh this guy is not being transparent let us give us a good date of arbitration at least give us a exact date so we can go on that but uh you know he's just staying silent he got off scotf free in the convention all those charges he was in trouble with uh were dropped the higher ups uh the old heads as you call them uh gave him a free walk uh they didn't realize what he's done or what what did he show for them to uh Ward him not guilty it's just I can't answer that question right now still to this day the con convention is long over but uh I can't seem to answer that question that what made them uh Bard him not guilty we could have had uh James Henry already we could have uh you know been progressing along with the contract um James Henry would have put down you know that give me a set date this contract carriers and you know we would we would have been in better shape but you know things are the way there are and uh just got to stay positive out there guys if you're again new to the content new to my
