Reynolds and this is 12 North College I'll be showing you guys today and right here is the parking if anybody like to park there door room all [Applause] right all right thank you yeah BR it's really big place it is a big place yeah so this is do downstairs it's kind of like yeah a basement yeah a basement SL paring area ooh awesome yeah oh like a bar set up there oh that's incredible all right and then um here's a bathroom here like a half half bath half bath and a kitchen as well yeah and see this is where the laundry is the place all right so the laundry is free including dryer yeah wash your and dryers are free so all right okay oh this is the bathroom yeah it's like a half bath okay and then I think this is just another entryway here uh the upstairs is the rooms right again this just another door mhm from the outside yeah to okay this is a higher level yeah all right there's another entry point this is like the living room very spacious yeah so we can th put some things there as well the over is included yeah that STS here it's part of it yeah right then these are some of the rooms okay so how many people are usually in one B bedroom um I I'm actually not sure cuz K is info right but uh I know sometimes they too I think yeah they the beds up there or they do beds down here that's they have the ladder up there or they can have like storage space Oh you also have like yeah a mirror going on here oh and our stuff can go in there yeah closet yeah all right and then um the power sockets yeah you could be like another living room where where people can hang out yeah kind of connects to the front hallway it's very close walking distance to campus right yeah and the the police station's actually right next door so there environment right no crims going on okay yeah that's that's one of the plus points or yeah something that people with security wants yeah this is just like the entrance to it this this is really the main entrance but oh this is the main entrance so it goes that way to the police station yeah and to Court Street yeah that way yep we like we're like one more block okay yes well this is then going U that goes up but um actually if you want to come back around there's some more rooms this way okay start like spot get right kind of same lay yeah the layout is this one has bathroom connected so some have oh so not all of them have a bathroom inside no not all of them all right yeah some have so what happens when someone doesn't have bathroom inside uh then theyve used one of the ones that are in outside yeah one of the ones that are in the hallway or downstairs okay hallway or downstairs I think there's another bathrooms on this floor yeah hello hello hello hi now we're I'm just doing a showing here from the office do good oh this is great so this one has one or two bed yeah and it's connect connected to another one yes they can kind of share the bathroom sharing so and the lighting is very good here they have a l on both sides so someone's busy in in one side you know that the way they don't like barge in or anything right yeah so you can lock this yeah when someone is inside the bad bathroom I mean and there's the sink and then on this side too they have blocks or you can this way too in case coming to your room from the bathroom what about that door um is it a connecting door I think it is connected to the hallway WS no all right you want to go to Narnia it's not this door okay it's a portal it's a yeah put things think it's just Clos yes so how many rooms do you have and what the capacity of the building um actually oh yeah we we can yeah we can check that one out all right the cach is gone so I'm just going to show you I don't know yes this one's connecting one yeah yeah she mentioned it is 14 bedrooms and seven bathrooms I think okay we have a lot of exits yeah so there's like a Stairway on FL so there's also one of these doors has a Stairway it's more of a tight one right so so the layout should be the same yeah right upstairs upstairs as well more more room up there okay there's a dedicated bathroom here leave there a shower the other side there oh I like this second floor yeah has so much light M this is nice yeah the one get kind of it's a little bit different oh that's great yeah okay of course you need some blinds there yeah you definitely don't want to take a shower and someone seeing you there oh wow has like a this is like for the president yeah oh this is nice but this chair is not included no all any furniture that's here uh is actually part of the place Place H yeah okay congratulations if you get this one yeah oh including the carpet as well yeah actually Kate I think did get the carpet and put it there yeah really nice and it's near the church uh what church is this one it's a Methodist Church the Methodist Church okay if you want to go to the churches so close it's near the a big parking um garage there too so if anybody ever needs like they have visitors oh so park there yeah right make a little bit nicer yeah and there are hooks as well to put some things there first I don't think the fireplace work anymore I think they're covered up once upon a time they used to be fireplaces all right yes to avoid fire I guess but you we can place oh yeah you can uh what is it like the digital one and pretend it it's right it's a real [Music] thing okay so kid set it's $450 with utilities yeah so that includes electricity electricity and um uh I'm not sure if this one's gas too but if it is gas that means it's included with it the only thing that wouldn't be included would be the um like a cable or or Wi-Fi yeah the Wi-Fi that's thing you have to put in your name so water is part of it right yeah yeah it's one of the utilities okay yeah so each room has its own characteristic oh so it's two two floors right with the downstairs downstairs is the just the basement for the party room okay got you or like a social room or something social room yeah
