MAJOR UPDATE! Why The PS5 Pro MIGHT BE BETTER For Playstation Portal

so to me with the new changes the PS5 Pro might actually be the best thing for the PlayStation portal and here's why yo what up y'all all right so I gave you guys kind of in my last couple videos I talked about the people out there that might not actually want to buy the PS5 Pro and gave that reason and perspective as to why mainly being on price and then I also gave the perspective of people out there that actually might want to buy the PS5 Pro and then gave that perspective as to why and in my honest opinion y'all I don't think that there's a right or wrong uh I don't think there's a right or wrong answer to the whole situation I think it really bars down to do you find Value in the PS5 Pro and if you do and you got the money then you go and buy it because at the end of the day I ain't working for your dollars you are so you can spend it however you want to I just think it comes down to those two key factors right so now that we pretty much got all that out of the way I want to talk to my Playstation portal peeps out there right and I want to talk to you guys about why I personally feel that the PlayStation portal here might actually be the best thing to pair with your PS5 Pro so when we all first got the PlayStation portal here right we all took it out of the box we was loving it Smiles on our faces and everything and then we realized y'all there was some growing pains with this bad boy here that we all had to go through in order to kind of figure out the best way to get the best connection when it came to the PlayStation portal when you guys are playing within your house or you know whether you're Upstairs Downstairs out on the patio and all of those different things you wanted to figure out the best way to connect this bad boy way up now one thing that most people do honestly when it comes to their PS5 is they literally right away they just connect it up to their Wi-Fi and then they just run it like that and I've been guilty of this too and for the most part it would run smooth until the PlayStation portal came out that was the day I feel like everybody realized that in order to have a good experience on this bad boy right here you had to do one or two things right one you had to either go out in Amazon or go find you a long Ethernet cable and run that from your modem or router all the way right into your PS5 that is sitting where you guys have it sitting and for the most part your PS5 is not sitting literally right next to your freaking router or two you had to either move that PS5 to somehow be closer to that router which may not be the best for your setup in order for you guys to be able to plug it in hard wire in and this is something that I personally had to do myself even with my gaming setup that some of you guys have seen here on my live streams that I do here on the channel literally every single day Monday through Friday I have my cable being ran under the desk to hardwire my system in because in order to get the best and smoothest connection using the PlayStation portal right here your PS5 needs to be hardwired in because from my experience again I'm only speaking from my experience my experience is the Wi-Fi cars used in the ps5s are literally not the best and are Capp at certain speeds because when I'm actually running speed tests or I'm downloading games and different things like that and I understand there's gaming servers and all of that that also factors into this but I never get top end speeds over Wi-Fi on my PS5 even when I run the speed test that is directly on the console now I know you're probably sitting on your like c kid all of that is cool but what the hell does that have to do with the PS5 Pro and how does the PS5 Pro affect the PlayStation portal well listen I'm glad you asked so when it comes to the PS5 Pro one of the things that is I guess now known but wasn't really mentioned during the live stream event is that the PS5 Pro will have WiFi 7 now to me y'all this is huge y'all so I've been talking about Wi-Fi 7 here on my channel here for a little while now and it is it is so good y'all I have the routers that I use down in the comment section below if you guys want to check that out as well as in the description that I believe is actually going to be the best ones for the PS5 Pro but now that the PS5 Pro will have Wi-Fi 7 this means theoretically I'm going put that in quotations this means theoretically we shouldn't need to hardwire our ps5s into our networks anymore and the signal strength as well as the speeds should be strong enough to the point where you're going to have a pretty good connection to your portal from your PS5 Pro this is huge y'all now I do need you to keep in mind that you will still need to make sure that you have fast fiber internet speeds from your ISP or your internet service provider so that way you guys are taking full advantage of the speeds that your system is going to be able to output and when you pair with the router that I use here which is the ero Max 7 router and I know I keep mentioning that here on the channel here uh as far as the router that I use but I promise y'all it is a damn good mess router system so now that you guys see why pairing your PlayStation portal here to the PS5 Pro is a major W this means now you can get rid of all of the hardwire connections and put your PS5 back to where you had it before where it actually looks good in your setup and with the PlayStation portal here with a good mesh Wii 7 mesh Network system not only will your PS5 be connected to the closest node but so will your portal as you guys are moving throughout your home whenever you guys are gaming on the go or around your house or whatever see to me y'all it's the little things like this that actually has me looking at the PS5 Pro a little bit closer and kind of with a different eye man because I'm like damn I need this because the less cables we have to have hey it's the better I think we all know you're going to get the best connection if you guys are wired in but sometimes man it's a hassle trying to get all of these freaking cables connected up and WI and all of that just to be able to get the speeds to be able to play your PlayStation games on the go so with PlayStation putting Wi-Fi 7 on the PS5 Pro I'm telling y'all man to me this is a major W man that I feel that really nobody else is really talking about that I feel like it was a good topic of conversation I do understand that the portal here does not have Wi-Fi 7 I know somebody out there is going to say it and I get that but remember the portal is a mirroring device meaning that if the homebased connection which is the the PS5 or the PS5 Pro or the OG PS5 or the PS5 slim if that connection is not the best which wi-fi 7 is the best let me tell you that means your portal won't be solid either so to me y'all I feel like Playstation fixed a huge major problem on the low with this brand new PS5 Pro when it comes to connectivity than what we got on the OG PS5 as well as the PS5 slim but again man I hope at the end of the day I hope this video made sense and you really got something out of it man that's actually going to help you guys decide before the pre-ordered date is here if this is actually going to be the right console for you because at the end of the day right I can only give you all of the information that you guys are going to need but ultimately at the end of the day you guys are you know what I mean the decision is up to you on if you guys find Value in it as far as getting the PS5 for the ps6 because again there's talks that this probably ain't going to be to 2026 and I mean even then let's say the ps6 is not what you want are you going to wait another six to seven years when
