well it looks like at least for the 2024 season Courtland Sutton's contract Saga has reached its conclusion bringing in this tweet from Parker Gabriel of the Denver Post Broncos and courland Sutton adjusted his contract for this year Source confirms Tom piso's report Sutton adds $1.5 million in potential incentives his deal also includes $13 million in base salary half million doar in per game roster bonuses and another th $100,000 in other bonuses per overthe cap data so this seems like the most Fair sensible solution for all parties involved the Denver Broncos were never going to extend Sutton and Sutton wanted more money on his deal in the event that he got injured he now gets more money on his deal but it's not the guaranteed money that he was looking for he did not get any further guaranteed money the $1.5 million that was added to his deal is all going to be in incentive so he's going to have to hit those incentives in order to collect that money courland Sutton without a doubt is probably looking at his last year here in Denver the Broncos can very easily move off from him after 2024 right now Sutton is all in for this season next year is probably going to be a different matter would not be surprised if the Broncos released him and allowed some other team to give him the money that he is looking for because to this point in time Denver has shown no interest in signing Sutton to a long-term extension and quite frankly that's just good business by the Denver Broncos the Broncos approached Sutton's camp and they were like listen we're not going to give you an extension let's just see if we can hammer out something for this year to get you back in the building and have you all in and committed for 2024 and that is what this deal is accomplishing all right Broncos Country let me know in the comment section below do you feel like 2024 is courland Sutton's last season in the orange and blue or you feel like he might have a couple more years here drop those comments Down Below guys I would love to hear your thoughts as always be sure to leave a like on this video as well subscribe and ring the bell so these videos appear in your notification feed I would really appreciate it guys those are two free and easy ways to show your support Health tell YouTube's algorithm to push us out and helps us get seen by more and more members of Broncos Country just like you and me and until next time guys I your host Gage Madrid saying peace out
