you could just talk about what you saw on the retreat yeah well you know I think Mark probably best to answer all this I think uh you know coming into the day part of the The Talk this morning was moving back uh you know a different uh a selection of players they had targeted they felt we could uh move back gain some value and still be able to be in the range to get the player they wanted and uh as it turned out with Liam that's what they got like you came into today without a second without a third you're able to still get that player but you regroup one of those that's how important that in the overall Hall to to get the player you like and yeah I think that was Mark's plan like I said probably four or five days out uh you know when he started to finalize his list and and then understanding some of the teams around us that uh may have the ability to move or would want to move and those discussions took place and um you know as it worked that that that's how it played out here today A lot of times those trades happen during the draft as opposed to in the morning how did that process kind of play out that it worked early later yeah I I think just the way they they had their ction set up in in the range of the players they felt comfortable doing it a lot of times it happens on the draft floor when players start to go but uh based off of where were you're picking they were comfortable to do it early but there talked about you possibly adding a forward com agency or the trade is that something you're probably looking at over the weekend or maybe waiting till Monday well we'll look over the we'll look at all those different options but we we'll get through tomorrow first talk about um you made the swap of getting kle bough uh and trading Carl obviously talk a little bit about that and you know obviously what Kyle can bring to you cuz he has some term on his deal yeah yeah he's got an extra year there uh the physicality and compete level but the the depth on the D you know we've uh I think last year for the most part we're pretty healthy but for the past couple years there's always been different injuries there so added depth on the on the defense he plays he's got some s y y no he pleas H pleas
