and here come the defending Champion Wolverines so what does it mean to you to take over this historic program it means everything I'm going to work extremely hard to do everything I can to make sure that we're successful and put the right people in the right chairs put the right players in the building to make sure that we're successful and continue the Traditions that this place deserves if you don't want to be held to a high standard this is not the place for you if you don't want to win championships this is not the place for you explain where you played Collegiate football yeah I played at the University of Oklahoma uh before that I played at Butler County Community College where Zack Taylor was my quarterback who's now the head coach of the Cincinnati Bengals what did you do that put you on the trajectory that you started off at Butler but now you're the head coach at the University of Michigan man uh the last thing I thought of was being the head coach of Michigan I was at Butler County I would stay nights there uh watching film with afterwards and I think that's when I fell in love with the teaching of it too and then ended up at Oklahoma got to play with elite players and Adrien Peterson DeMarco Murray Trent Williams I promise you we will smash thank you very much so I've heard players talk about smash yeah smash uh originated I think in the 21 Washington game I saw the look in our eyes of the line and I was just went off on a tangent yelling Smash and uh it kind of just stuck with me it's just T of a mindset Relentless effort Relentless violence we're going to continue to do that whether it's offense defense special teams well Dez we got a new locker room here we got a oh yeah it's pretty fire yeah so this is the anti-gravity chair that the guys got yep uh good for Recovery good for sleep and the best thing about our locker room is that they don't have to keep the pads in here no all the pads are in our mud room so it helps the aroma of the locker room yeah so this this doesn't really smell like your normal locker room we got our Barber Shop here our Barber comes 3 4 days a week we got a bowling alley in here now you got the spin going here we go you guys got some fun games here but to break up the monotony and the grind of the you know of Camp you took them to Arcade meetings are canceled for the rest of the day and at 4:30 the buses will be ready to take us to Big entertainment sport it was crazy how competitive these guys are at like racing games and like use the big ball to pick up stuff and get stuff like these guys were going nuts for doing that I'm like what they're in there doing the laser tag like their golden eye back in the day do you get that like Eddie Murphy Trading Places feel like oh this all in mine huh oh this is for me I mean I I walk in here every morning and I just do this I'm like I don't really believe this is mine I disbel yeah this is cool so I see you got two Buss you got my my guy Bo I love coaching back that's my guy absolute Legend one of the best to ever coach here is coach on the other side every day I come in here I get inspired by looking at both of them how do you keep the team hungry after winning a national championship I think we know you always got a Target on your back but great reminders successes of the past but it can't predict the future for us we got to do what we got to do to go win these next games down good timesing down the CL some Hallelujah
