Asteroid Fireball Hits Earth. Modern Day Zacharias SDA Reject Elijah Prophecy. Megatsunamis Coming

like to welcome you this morning and as we get started just want to remind you to please make sure you get a notepad and pin so that you can go back as a Berean and see whether these things are so at this time let us kneel for prayer loving father we thank you so much for the gift of life you have been gracious to us in blessing us in a myriad of ways that we do not deserve but we know because of Christ his life his sacrifice his ministry on our behalf at this time allows this prayer to be heard so please pour your Holy Ghost upon us that our hearts may be converted that truth may be understood that our minds would be like the mind of Christ teach us what is truth we ask in Jesus name we pray amen I invite you to turn with me in your Bibles turn with me to the Book of Luke Luke 21 Luke 21 and verse1 we're in Luke 21 and verse 11 is where we'll begin you know the Lord is amazing and the Lord um truly has a he has a a sense of humor when we consider the scribes and Pharisees asked Jesus for a sign in Matthew chapter 16 and Jesus responded by saying that a wicked and adulterous Nation seeketh after a sign but what's interesting and and then they began to talk about you know when you see the the sky is red you know you'll see that it'll be fair weather and and when we talk about the weather we often talk about the rain and it was raining here this morning here in norfol Virginia and when we consider the request of the scribes and Pharisees God had already given them a sign in the heaven even though they were asking for a sign and the sign that God had given they had missed it the wise men had followed the star in the east to find Jesus that prophecy was given in numbers but the church the church leaders the the the preachers the pastors the priests had missed the sign that God had given and it were men on the outside that saw the sign so they missed the sign that God had given didn't see Christ at his birth and yet they're asking for a sign Mercy do we understand the the the the magnitude of the blindness of the scribes and Pharisees in the days at the first coming of Jesus and that this is a a foreshadowing if you will a a a a prophecy of the ministry right now that this is the condition of the ministry right now that the ministry right now is blind do do we understand the magnitude of this may God help us may God help us we're in Luke 21 and verse 11 it says and great earthquakes shall be in diverse places and famines and pestilence and fearful sights and Great Signs shall there be from Heaven God says that there will be great signs in the heavens in these last days Great Signs in the heavens there was an astroid that hit the Earth's atmosphere in the Philippines notice here here we see this is over in the Philippines and there's different video uh different recordings from different cameras that we have here for those of you that are not familiar with this but this is again a fulfillment of Prophecy God prophesied this God prophesied that there will be signs in the heavens and these are only going to increase as time goes on it's only going to continue to become more magnified as time goes on matter of fact I want to share with you an article here that discusses this asteroid it says small asteroid burns up over the Philippines just hours before being spotted in space now mind you they just recognized it a few hours before it hit just a few hours before it hit and you know man can try to predict or or know you know what is coming to hit Earth but brothers and sisters those of you studying this prophecy you know what's coming you know an asteroid is going to strike the water and many men will die of the water as it says in Revelation 8 God's word has told us everything we need to know before it happens we have to be paying attention to these things another article same thing it says asteroids slams into Earth triggering stunning green Fireball above the Philistines 8 hours after it was first spotted here another article I don't like the name that they're giving this as they call it uh chaos you know I I don't consider to be appropriate to attribute uh chaos and God in the same sentence especially capital G it says Friday 13th astronomic scare in the making giant asteroid could hit Earth despite previous negations so again much discussion about asteroids in the news um what does this mean it means we're in a time of judgment what happened when you broke the Sabbath or you committed a Grievious sin in Israel you were stoned in the first B books of the Bible in the days of Moses you were stoned what is God showing us these Stones coming to Earth showing we are in a time of judgment where God is about to judge in a mighty way with the seven judgments that we have seen on the board behind me let's go to another article another article here Jupiter's moon ganm or ganim was struck by asteroid bigger than dinosaur killing Rock impact may have caused largest moon in solar system to swing on its axis says scientists signs in the heavens the largest moon in the solar system was struck by an ancient asteroid 20 times bigger than the rock that clattered into Earth and into the rain of the dinosaurs well we know that's not true so 66 million years ago yeah right this world is approaching and very close to 6,000 years old anyone thinking anything else has not studied history especially Biblical history to understand the correctness of that uh we'll get into the mega tsunamis a little bit later but Mega tsunamis are coming if you live near the coast you need to move sell your home sell your property that is near the coast and move you need to be I I would encourage you to be at least 100 miles Inland at least at least 100 miles Inland is what I would suggest for those of you that are preparing for the second coming of Jesus especially in these last days we'll come back to the articles I want to get into the rain I want to get into what God has um uh for us in store today and in light of this we're going to see three Barren mothers in our study today we're dealing with the rain we're dealing with the latter rain we're continuing from where we left off in dealing with Samuel last week and we know that in the Bible you have parallels that are not by Chance the Bible says line upon line precept upon precept here a little there a little we're going to see these parallels as we deal with the rain specifically as we did with the latter rain and the fourth Angel these parallels in the life of Joseph and the life of Samuel and in the life of John the Baptist we know that all of these three individuals all point forward to the last day Elijah again uh Zacharias or I should say John the Baptist um Samuel and Joseph all are foreshadowing the last day Elijah and we're going to see many parallels that you may not have seen before as we uh get into this so let's get into the Book of Genesis chap 29 and verse 31 Genesis chapter 29 and verse 31 notice what it says as we and many of you are familiar so we're not going to look at every scripture upon these but some of these are very very important that we understand what the Lord would have us to see especially in these end time applications as we prepare for the soon return turn of Jesus so we are now in Genesis 29 verse 31 it says and when the Lord saw that Leah was hated he opened her womb but Rachel was Barren H Rachel was Barren we have a Barren mother here I just want you to see this parallel as we continue this study today and we're dealing with I would say Elijah this is really about Elijah this study is really about Elijah the last day Elijah a Barren mother here now Rachel is the mother of Joseph for those of you that may not know Rachel is the mother of Joseph and she was not able to give birth uh another thing another point to bring out from here um um he had two wives two wives is what uh Jacob had he had two wives That's adultery um based on the word of God but we know that light is Progressive and God would have us to learn from the mistakes of the past so notice now Chapter 30 Chapter 30 verse one chapter 30 verse one so again Rachel the mother of uh Joseph and she was Barren at a time but then she that the Lord answered her prayer before I get into that the fact that you have two wives here you also have two wives in the story of Samuel again Hannah was one of the wives of panina and so in the story of Joseph you have two wives and the story of Samuel you have two wives um this is not by chance what is God showing he's showing adultery what is why is God bringing up adultery not only is there adultery happening in the church but also there's spiritual adultery where Ministries have linked arms with the state through a 501c3 or a tax exempt status by linking arms with the state you are in an adulterous relationship you are not in a saving relationship when it comes to Jesus Christ you are lost so those Ministries that allow that God brings this light to and reject this light they cannot be sealed in the third Angel's message because they are united with the state and the third Angel's message rebukes linking with the state remember the first Angel separates you from the world movies sports games competition um worldly dress worldly eating it the the first Angel separates you from the world the second Angel separates you from the Fallen churches and the Fallen Adventist churches and Babylon it separates you from the apostasies of those churches then the third Angel separates you fully from the government so those that are still relying upon the government it will be difficult for them to be sealed because of their Reliance upon the government and not Christ and what will happen with the mark of the beast is you will not be able to buy or sell unless you take the mark which means you are relying upon the government and not Christ so this adultery that we see with panina and with uh Jacob is a foreshadowing of what's coming concerning the church because panina was an Israelite and so was Jacob the father of the Israelites so to speak when I say father a patriarch we know that the true father is that of Abraham so um there's a lot of points to make in today's study but please take notes please take notes so you have two wives with both Joseph and Samuel now another point we'll make let's come down to chapter 30 we're in Genesis 30 verse 1-6 Genesis 30: 1-6 it says and when Rachel saw that she bear Jacob no children Rachel envied her sister and said Jacob give me children or else I die and and Jacob's anger was kindled against Rachel and he said am I in God stead who hath withheld from Thee the fruit of the womb in other words he says am I God can I open your womb can I make you have children is what he's asking her then it goes on to say and she said behold my maid BHA go in unto her and she shall bear upon my knees that I may also have children by her so Children Al often make the same mistake their parents make and here Jacob makes the same mistake his father um Abraham we know it's his grandfather but still uh Abraham made by going into and having ishmail the flesh when God gives you a promise God doesn't need your your help to fulfill that promise all you have to do is do what the promise says and God will do the rest you don't have to help God and some are trying to help god with certain situations you don't God doesn't need you to help him help him pay your bills by you working on the Sabbath he doesn't God doesn't need you to help him by you going contrary to scripture and making excuses while trying to still claim the promises of God that's not the way to do it so Jacob goes into Rachel's servant BHA and he has a child but that was in the child of Promise notice what it goes verse four says and she gave him BHA her handmade to wife and Jacob went in unto her and BHA conceived and bear Jacob a son and Rachel said God hath judged me and hath also heard my voice and hath given me a son therefore call called she his name Dan so Dan a child of the flesh not a child of promise again Dan a child of the flesh not a child of promise and we know that Dan had a problem Dan was a judge Dan was a backbiter a gossiper a slander a liar that was Dan and we see the same issue with the tribe of Dan today in the ministry the greatest apostasy amongst present truth you know the ministry is so blind that none of the other present truth ministers have called out these apostasies even though some can see it and have admitted it to me on the phone but have not preached it because they are afraid of preaching against the more popular ministers so that they don't lose whatever support they may have by preaching against said Minister which shows the unbelief which shows the lack of trust which shows the the the the lack of spiritual life within the ministry that's what it shows you have the greatest apostasy of our time and no one says nothing about it God forbid God forbid next passage we're in Chapter 30 verse 22-2 Chapter 30 of Genesis verse 22-2 it says and God remembered Rachel and God hearkened to her and opened her womb notice it says God remembered God remembers Zacharias which we'll deal with later but I I want to just throw these points out cuz I don't want to forget them there's so many points to make and I did not write down every Point um zaras means god remembers it means that and I want to come back to that later but here it says God remembered Rachel and God hearkened to her and opened her womb verse 23 and she conceived and bear a son and said God had taken away my reproach and she called his name Joseph what does Joseph mean Joseph what does my margin say that's verse 24 adding that's right adding adding meaning multiplication uh uh growth is what Joseph means adding when when God continues to add to the church and Joseph bore much fruit we see in his life likewise those of the tribe of Joseph will bear much fruit with the prophetic gift with the visions and dreams much like Joseph though they they are betrayed by their Brethren that will be those who are of the tribe of Joseph in these last days remember the tribes are not literal but spiritual meaning that it will be of the the character or the experience that one has that determines with tri what tribe they are of not of the flesh not because you are of the literal you know son of Abraham or you live in the Middle East or because you're a particular race or ethnicity that has nothing to do with it it has more to do with the fact that what is your experience like in your Christian walk what type of character do you have these are the traits that will determine what tribe of Israel you are of Genesis 30 now in verse 24 we just read she says the Lord shall add to me another son so again Joseph meaning adding talking about multiplication verse 25 and it came to pass When Rachel had borne Joseph that Jacob said unto laan send me away that I may go unto my own place into my country so a point I wanted to make that I see in the church and in the world when you H when you become married and you have children you should not be living in your parents house you need to be living in your own house and if you're having children where um you are not financially able to take care of those children that that means you need to stop having children now we already preached a message called No More marriages no more children I I'm speaking to two groups those who are not yet married and are thinking about marriage in that message but also right now addressing those who are already married and yet you're still living in your parents' house that should not be the Bible says man shall cleave unto his life and leave his parents par house that's in Genesis that's also in Matthew in the gospels so you should not still be living under your parents' roof you need to leave and as a man you need to do handle your responsibility in providing for your family so that you may have your own roof for your family this is what God desires when it comes to marriage couples and what what it actually means is that you were not prepared for marriage when you got married you weren't prepared God created the Earth before he put Adam and Eve in it which means you first prepare your home before you begin to make a family and if you aren't financially able to support yourself and a family you have no business getting married let us now come over to another point to make you can just write down Genesis 37 we won't get into the spec the specifics of it many of you familiar with the dream that Joseph had where he had the sun moon and stars bowing down to him and that is a foreshadowing of the dark day so I want to write these points on the board that we've made um we had a Barren mother we have a prayer that was heard pray prayer answered by God number three we have a prophetic Vision or dream prophetic message given this is what happened this is what happened in the days of Joseph where he gave a prophetic message but that message was rejected by his brethren it was rejected by his Brethren so this when you talk about visions and dreams you're really dealing with the fourth Angel because job 33 makes it clear that visions and dreams are a part of the ceiling message that's very clear in job 331 14-18 Okay so we've made those points and then rejection they were all rejected all of these men Joseph Samuel and John the Baptist were all rejected by the church rejected all of them and you're going to see this repeated through all Baron mother prayer heard prophetic message rejection and what is God depicting Elijah these are points concerning Elijah these are points concerning the fourth Angel's message now so we've we've dealt with Joseph now I want to move over to Samuel so let's go to 1st Samuel chapter 1 1 Samuel chapter 1 1st Samuel 1 and again we have the two wives panina is the husband of two wives just as Jacob was the husband of two wives what is God doing what God is doing here is what you call repeat and and enlarge you see that in the Book of Daniel where in the Book of Daniel God zooms out and gives you a big picture of the whole world and what's going to happen concerning all kingdoms and then God Zooms in a little more and he repeats the same information but in lges on certain areas um in Daniel 7 which Daniel 2 is a is a zoomed Outlook in Daniel 7 is a more zoomed in look he repeats and enlarges on what he's already said in Daniel 7 and he does the same thing in Daniel 8 and and then he does the same thing in Daniel 11 so God repeats and enlarges and this is the same thing God is doing with Joseph with Samuel and with John the Baptist he's repeating and enlarging so that you can better understand the ministry of Elijah all right in Elijah just as Joseph and Samuel were types of Christ likewise Elijah is a type of Christ if you will a deliverer of the people so to speak all right we're in 1st Samuel 1 beginning in verse 1 it says and there was a certain man of ramoth you see the word and Mount Ephraim and his name was Ela the son of Jerome the son of elu the son of toou the son of Z of ephrathite he had two wives the name of the one was Hannah and the name of the other panina I'm sorry I said that wrong when I was quoting saying panina his name was not panina the man's name um was not panina so I wanted to make that clear that was the name of the other wife and the name of the other p and panina had children but Hannah had no children which means she was Barren and this man went up out of his City yearly to worship this to sacrifice unto the Lord of hosts in Shiloh and the two sons Eli Hof and finus the priests of the Lord were there so here we have the apostate ministers come to the picture it says in verse four and when the time was that Ela offered he gave to panana his wife and to all her her sons and to her daughter's portions but unto Hannah he gave a worthy portion for he loved Hannah but the Lord had shut up her womb so here again a Barren mother is present in this story with two wives just as we saw a Barren mother and two wives in the story of Joseph now when we consider Hannah notice how her husband responds to her let's let's just keep reading verse six and her adversary which was panina also provoked her sore for to make her fret because the Lord had shut up her womb and as he did so year by year when she went up to the house of the Lord so she provoked her therefore she wept and did not eat so she began to fast you see this when you have a challenge in your life you have an obstacle you have an enemy you have somebody you're dealing with take time to fast so important so important take time to fast we're going to do a fast this week actually I want to give you the date you can join us in this fast it's going to be um this fast is going to be the 12th 13th and 14th of this coming week so you can join us in this fast again this is going to be September 12th 13th and 14th a three-day fast and this type of fast you don't you can eat food but it's going to be Bland you're only eating for strength not for drunkenness no recipes none of that extra stuff just very a bland simple diet whether you want to do that raw that's fine whether you want to still eat cooked food but but not with all the spices and all the extra you know uh uh cayenne pepper and and all the you know all the extra stuff that's that's unnecessary um just simple bland diet just like Daniel's diet in um Daniel chapter 10 where he ate no Pleasant bread in other words nothing that is going to excite the taste buds or cause you know be oh this tastes so be you know so wonderful a very simple just using simple salt that's it nothing else um uh for your diet nothing else and if you want to go on a no salt for these three days you can do that too but a very very simple diet eating for strength not for drunkenness God wants to prepare us for what is to come the Sunday law is about to be enforced and many of God's children are walking in blindness many of God's children don't see what they need to do many of God's children are are need to make decisions and need to hear God clearly these are all a part of the reasons of why we need to fast especially in light of overcoming sin as we approach the dark day and the coming Sunday law so important that we understand the importance of overcoming sin during this time and that's another reason to fast so we are going to um be fasting again those dates for those of you that missed it we're going to be fasting September 12th 13th and 14th and then we'll break the fast on the 15th we'll break the fast on the 15th so again a bland diet September 12th 13th and 14th now coming back to Hannah we're in 1st Samuel 1 1st Samuel 1 and verse 8 notice how her husband encourages her I love this and husbands should do this for their wives notice what it says then said Elona her husband to her that's who her husband's name Ela Hannah why weepest thou and why eatest thou not and why is thy heart grieved am not I better to thee than 10 Sons he's trying to encourage her because she's sad about not having any children and he's trying to encourage her so husbands should try to encourage their wives to try to cheer them up when they see that they are down I think that that's important um you know when you try to encourage your spouse very much so needed in these last days um to bring a smile to their face when they are down very very important all right we'll keep reading we'll keep reading notice what it says as we continue it says verse 11 of 1st Samuel 1 and she vowed a vow and said oh lord of hosts if thou would indeed look on the Affliction of thine handmade and remember me and not forget thine handmade but Willl give unto thine handmade a Manchild then will I give him unto the Lord all the days of his life and there shall no razor come upon his head in other words Nazarite where you're dedicated to the work of the Lord so to speak now it doesn't say specifically a Nazarite vow but it does say no razor come upon his head now when we consider this when you make a promise to God I implore you to keep that promise when you make a promise period in life you should honor your word your word is your bond where does that come from that comes from the Bible the the Bible mentions that your word is a bond notice how when God says something he never goes back on his word never goes back even when Israel went back on the promise concerning faithfulness to the Lord God didn't go back on his promise we as Christians should always honor your word and if you do not honor your word then how can someone trust you how can you be viewed as somebody with Integrity it is so key as Christians that when you give your word you honor that word we live in a very wishy-washy Society people say one thing and do another it it it's so frequent but as Christians that should not be that should not be so please when you give your word honor your word so important and and if and if you you have a Christian that makes a promise to you and you see that they are not keeping that promise it is okay in love to address the promise they made there's nothing wrong with that again we want to do it in the right Spirit but there's nothing wrong with addressing or coming to someone and saying hey you said this you know can you fulfill can you come through can you honor your word the 144,000 will honor their word this is a part of the ceiling that's clear when you read psalms chap 15 I believe it's the the last verse there makes it clear that they they vow to their own hurt and change not that is what God expects 1st Samuel 1 and verse 12 and it came to pass as she continued praying before the Lord that Eli marked her mouth now Hannah she spake in her heart only her lips moved but her voice was not heard therefore Eli thought she had been drunken so she's praying nothing is being heard but her mouth is moving Eli thinks she's drunk again exposing the condition of the ministry Eli shows a lack of discernment he doesn't see that this is somebody whose heart is grieved he sees somebody who's under the influence of alcohol doesn't have the discernment that is needed he's blind in the next chapter or I'm sorry chapter three makes that clear that he's blind in the ministry today many are blind the majority are blind and when I say the majority I don't just mean in the general conference I'm talking about among self-supporting work many are blind blind in the ministry and there are different levels of blindness and what do I mean some are blind to the fact that we are now in the Judgment of the living any Minister that tells you that we are not in the Judgment of the living they are blind there is a level of blindness to their condition right now in 2024 to to to not know that we are in the Judgment of the living and you stand as a minister before the people shows a level of blindness not saying that they're blind to everything but it shows a level of blindness remember Leo deia think she's okay and when we when I say leod deia I'm not talking about the general conference I'm specifically applying that to present truth because that is how the servant of the Lord applies it pres present truth is blind when I say present truth the majority of those within present truth majority of those um claiming to believe the first second and third Angel's message and and and claiming to explain the 2300 days and Daniel a and they're blind they're blind we know not our condition leoa is Rich and increased with goods and have need of nothing that is us that is us as a people we are blind and to think anything else is apostasy because Jesus said we're blind it's not oh they're blind no we are blind and only when we can look at it in that frame of mind where we can say no we are blind now God can open your eyes to actually see so Eli lacks discernment in seeing that Hannah is not drunk but that she is G GED by not having children when we see this experience the only other place in scripture where we see someone doing something spiritual and is mistaken to be drunk that's Acts chapter 2 where Peter is preaching under the power of the Holy Spirit the Holy Spirit the early rain had just fallen and now they think they're that he's drunk when he's under the influence of the rain could it be that a part of the rain is this sorrowful experience absolutely true repentance will lead to a Godly sorrow for sin and a turning away from sin have you truly repented of your sins true repentance is a god-given sorrow for sin that will bring you to tears that will that will lead you to to detest sin that's the true reain experience where you won't go back to it because you see that that sin put Jesus upon the cross oh brothers and sisters this great sorrow this great Slaughter will bring about a great sorrow in the church may God help us when you study the story of Hannah and Samuel you're dealing with the rain the latter of rain specifically the latter of rain um so the Lord answer her prayer and gives her Samuel you can read the rest of the chapter for time sake we won't get into everything but she did Bear a son the Lord did answer notice what it says pick up in verse 19 1st Samuel 1: 19 and they rose up in the morning early and worship before the Lord and returned and came to their house to Rama and Elona knew intimate knew Hannah his wife and the Lord remembered her there it is the Lord remembered her wherefore it came to pass when the time was come about after Hannah had conceived that she bear a son and called his name Samuel saying because I have asked him of the Lord so Samuel means Asked of the Lord and the man Elona and all his house went up and offer unto the Lord the yearly sacrifice and his vow so we see again God remembers God will remember those who consecrate themselves to to him and Hannah consecrated herself to the Lord by praying and fasting that is the day of atonement experience praying and fasting afflicting the soul very much needed please join us in this fast September 12th through the 14th 3-day fast in the month of September we're going to do a 7day fast in the month of October okay we are moving on so we've seen in the story of Samuel A Barren mother a prayer heard a prophetic message remember Samuel in the night was visited by God in 1 Samuel 3 prophesied concerning Eli Hoff and finus and what did the Lord say about Samuel turn with me to 1st Samuel I believe it's chapter 3 yeah yep chapter 3 notice what it says about Samuel in verse 19 verse 19 and 20 of Samuel says and Samuel grew and the Lord was with him and did let none of his words fall to the ground what is that that's rain fall to the ground and all Israel from Dan even to Beba knew that Samuel was established to be a prophet of the Lord so very clearly you're dealing with the rain here you're dealing with the rain a prophetic message was given and it and then Samuel was rejected let me show you now you already know Joseph's rejection by his brothers selling him into slavery and so on and so forth you're familiar with that he was rejected by his brothers let me show you again Samuel rejected 1 Samuel 8 1st Samuel 8 verse 6 and 7 1 Samuel 8:6 and 7 it says but the thing displeased Samuel when they said give us a king to judge us and Samuel prayed unto the Lord and the Lord said unto Samuel hearken unto the voice of the people in all that they say unto thee for they have not rejected thee but they have rejected me that I should not Reign Over them you see God's people were to be led by a a prophet not a king not a pastor pastors tend to hover over the churches God never intended for that to be the case God never intended that to be the case um Samuel would hear from God and give the direct message to the people but they didn't want that they wanted to be like the other nations like the other denominations that have a pastor that hovers over the church and sits over board meetings and sits over uh uh Finance meetings God that's not the duty of a true Pastor a true Pastor is to go raise up a church find the lost sheep and bring them into the fold of Christ that is the work of a pastor not to hover over the elders ought to run the church not the pastor again the elders are to run the church not the pastor the the pastor is supposed to be a free agent to be used and sent where God leads that's the true understanding of of a Shepherd but nowadays the pastor if the pastor doesn't approve it it doesn't get approved that was never God's ideal never because that that is what you call Papal Supremacy or papal Authority that ecclesiastical Authority is not of God a thus sayeth the Lord is what should rule in the church but nowadays it's a vote it's not a thus sayith the Lord if the Bible is clear on something why are we voting about it that's politics and when you have politics in the church that's how Satan Creeps in and things go array thus sayeth the Lord should rule in the church not a vote not a vote so Samuel was rejected they didn't want Samuel they didn't want God they said give us a king we want to be like the other nations like the other denominations all right so that completes our study of Samuel now we'll deal with John the Baptist let's go to the Book of Luke The Book of Luke remember the Bible says in the mouth of two or three Witnesses shall every word be established the Bible tells us in John 1 Christ came unto his own and his own received him not if Christ was rejected at the first coming of Jesus then that means whomever Christ would sin at the second coming would be rejected think about it whoever Christ would sin would be rejected he that hath an ear to hear Let Him hear we are turning to Luke chap 1 and looking at the prophecy of Zacharias looking at the prophecy of John the Baptist rather but Zacharias is mentioned and Zacharias represents the condition of the ministry today but we're going to go much deeper than many of you have ever than we've ever really looked at it before um Luke 1 beginning in verse 5 Luke 1 beginning in verse 5 it says there was in the days of Herod the King of Judea a certain priest named Zacharias what does Zechariah mean God remembers God remembers you know if you still have sin next to your name that you have not overcome God is going to remember that sin and if your sin is remembered that means your name is not in the Book of Life the only way that that sin can be removed from the book of sins next to your name is as you overcome that sin we we're living in a time where sin must be left alone that we cannot be playing with sin if we expect to be sealed cannot it must be left alone and it it's a sad situation where we have ministers who have led people into sin who know have a knowledge of their sin that is done public and yet have yet to confess that sin and yet people follow these men as if they're not an apostasy it is is mindboggling when you talk about the blindness that we see currently in the church mindboggling may God help us we're in Luke 1 and verse 5 we just read verse 5 it says and his wife was of the daughters of Aaron and her name was Elizabeth now Elizabeth was Barren she's the barren mother in story let's keep reading and they were both righteous before God walking in all the Commandments and ordinances of the Lord blameless so they were obedient and they had no child because that Elizabeth was Barren and they both were now well stricken in years and it came to pass that while he executed the priest office before God in the order of his course according according to the custom of the priest's office his lot was to burn incense when he went into the Temple of the Lord and the whole multitude of the people were praying without at the time of incense we know that incense represents prayers when you talk about the daily experience in the Holy place of the Heavenly Sanctuary the incense prayer the table of showbread the word and through the two through that relationship with God we can truly be a light a candle for the Lord uh concerning the Candlestick those are the three items or the three pieces of furniture in the Holy place of the sanctuary now the incense representing prayer it represents you and I must have this experience of daily prayer with God many of you are not praying enough many of us are not praying enough did you catch that we're not praying enough set an alarm on your phone and set time for prayer you see that the Sunday law is coming you already see it for those of you that have not seen it let me show it to you let me show it to you it's going to mandatory Church attendance is coming through a law of the government in America very very soon and every other country in the world will follow suit and that is the mark of the beast nobody has it now but soon many will bow to Sunday observance so that they can have food to eat will you trust the Lord to to provide for you even though your job threatens to fire you brothers and sisters we will need a faith that can endure weariness hunger and delay please take time to pray the Sunday law is coming it's imminent Luke 1 and we left off in verse 11 is where we we are verse 11 Luke 1: 11 and there appeared unto him an angel of the Lord standing on the right side of the altar of incense so here an angel from God an angel comes down just as an angel comes down in the message of the fourth Angel an angel came down here in the story of Elijah why do I say in the story of Elijah because Zacharias was the father of John the Baptist and John the Baptist is Elijah that's clear based on Jesus words in Matthew 11 and Matthew 17 we're in verse 12 now of Luke we're in verse 12 of Luke it says and when Zacharias saw him he was troubled and fear fell upon him but the angel said unto him fear not Zacharias for thy prayer is heard and thy wife Elizabeth shall bear thee a son and thou shalt call his name John and thou shalt have joy and gladness and many shall rejoice at his birth for he shall be great in the sight of the Lord and shall drink neither wine nor strong drink and he shall be filled with the Holy Ghost even from his mother's womb so if you want to be filled with the Holy Ghost you must leave the alcohol alone you must leave the false doctrines alone yes those churches that are teaching teaching things contrary to the Bible and contrary to the scriptures don't go to their churches don't link and Unite with them but come out and be separate sayeth the Lord of host this is what the Lord is calling us to so again if you want to be filled with the Holy Spirit you cannot be indulging in in wine and liquor and alcohol nor in false doctrines in churches that are perpetuating false doctrines that you know are contr of scripture you must stop going to those churches and stop going to the bar and stop going to the club you can't live a worldly life and expect to be filled with the spirit of God that is confusion that is Babylon Luke 1 Luke 1 and verse 16 and many of the children of Israel shall he turn to the Lord their God and he shall go before him in the spirit and power of Elijah to turn the hearts of the fathers to the children and the disobedient to the wisdom of the just to make ready a people prepared for the Lord and Zachariah said unto the Angels whereby shall I know this for I am an old man and my wife well stricken in years so he is displaying unbelief How will I know it's really going to happen the angel just told you that's how you know but he disbelieved he did not believe the Angel's message that's the condition of the ministry today cuz God has sent an angel today God has sent an angel in these last days and many don't believe the Angel's message not an angel that has never tasted of sin but an angel in the form of a messenger god is sending verse 19 so he was an old man he says and his wife is stricken in years verse 19 and the angel answering said unto him I am Gabriel that stand in the presence of God and am sent to speak unto thee and to show thee these Glad Tidings and behold Thou shalt be dumb and not able to speak until the day that these things shall be performed because thou believest not my words which shall be fulfilled in their season and the people waited for Zacharias and marveled that he Terri so long in the temple and when he came out he could not speak unto them and they perceived that he had seen a vision in the temple for he beckoned unto them and remained speechless Zachariah or rather Zacharias did not believe the prophecy concerning Elijah concerning John the Baptist concerning his son because who is John the Baptist it's Elijah so zaras represents the modernday ministry of those that have rejected the prophecy of Elijah that's what you're seeing and what did God do with Zacharias God muted him now remember this though it is history it is a prophecy because the story of Zacharias or the story of John the Baptist is at the first coming of Jesus which is to foreshadow and prophesy what will happen at the second coming of Jesus Zacharias did not believe the prophecy of Elijah which was a son of his and we have ministers today that do not believe the prophecy of Elijah even though it is a son not literal but spiritual son H before the rain you have sprinkles before the rain you have sprinkles if God muted muted a minister in the days of the first coming of Jesus God will mute ministers in these last days and the muting has already begun and we have evidence that I'm going to show you in a moment but before I show you before I show you those who are blind will see this as an attack but those who are spiritual and understand the message of the reign will understand we are simply showing a fulfillment of Bible prophecy because God answer to them that sent us what sayest thou of thyself and he said I am the voice of one crying in the wilderness make straight the way of the Lord as said the prophet Isaiah and they they which were s sent were of the Pharisees and they asked him and said unto him why baptizes thou then if thou be not that Christ nor Elias neither that Prophet John answered them saying I baptize with water but there standeth one among you whom you know not he it is Who coming after me is preferred before me whose shoes latchet I am not worthy to un loo these things were done in Betha Beyond Jordan where John was baptizing a point to be made that is important John baptized with water but Christ baptized with fire the Holy Spirit fell on the day of Pentecost with tongues of clothing clothing tongues of fire upon the disciples and you see water and fire in the Days of Elijah the rain was prophesied to not fall for three and a half years and then the rain fell and then at The Showdown on Mount Carmel we see that the altar was dowed or or completely covered in water multiple barrels of water were thrown upon the altar drenched in water and the fire from heaven fell and consumed the sacrificed brothers and sisters we must be baptized with water but we must also be baptized with fire and that fire that God will bring you to that's where you must buy the gold that fire represents the trial that fire represents the challenges the difficulties many of you are going through trials many of you are going through difficulties many of you are going through the the worst situations you may have ever experienced you're facing opposition in the family you're facing opposition in the church you're facing opposition in the at the workplace you're facing opposition with your children you're facing all kinds of Trials and difficulties God is leading you to pray but God wants you to trust his word as you pass through the fire that you may be on fire for Jesus let me say that again God wants you to trust him as you pass through the fiery trial that as you come through unscathed that you may be on fire for Jesus so let that trial bring you to prayer with the Lord that's what it's about these trials are so that we can pray these trials are so that we can fast these trials are to bring us closer to Jesus that's what it's about brothers and sisters because there's nothing on this Earth that you're taking to heaven the only thing and it is not tangible that you can take to Heaven is character it's character and God allows the trial so that your character may be perfected God allows the trial so that your character may be perfected so that you can learn to love your enemies when they crucified Jesus Jesus said father forgive them for they know not what they do and God wants you and I to have that same Spirit to intercede and say father forgive them they know not what they do not to retaliate not to look for Revenge but to intercede for them brothers and sisters John the Baptist represents Elijah and John had a Barren mother John John's mother prayer Was Heard John gave a prophetic message message concerning Christ to take away the sin of the world and John was rejected by the scribes and Pharisees of his day just as Samuel was rejected by the church just as Joseph was rejected by his Brethren who represent the church who represent the 12 tribes brothers and sisters it is no different today it is no different today you know Christ Lov loves us and he's given us these parallels through the word so that we can understand what is coming and what is happening even now how we have modernday Zacharias who have been muted and the muting has begun and will only grow as we near the Fulfillment of the mark of the beast have you surrendered your life to Jesus are there sins that you're still holding on to I plead with you surrender those sins that to Jesus give Christ the sin that he may give you the power to overcome if you don't let go of the sin God can't give you the power but as long as you say Lord you can have it you can take it God will endow you with Grace from on high that you may be set free to the point where he will remove the desire to commit the sin where you'll no longer want to do it because that enmity will be placed within the heart which is a hatred for sin a hatred for it only when you hate sin will you not go back to it and that can only come through the gospel will will you give your life to Jesus today will you give your life to Jesus today brothers and sisters a few current events and then we'll pray Mega
