Survivor 47 Cast Assessment

what is up everyone we are back at voy tune to talk about the like newest season of Survivor Survivor 47 let us go this will be my third season I'm covering and this is going to be my second total year of the Survivor for time slots that I'm going to be be involved with so with that out of the way let's move on to talk about about how this video is going to proceed it's of course going to be in alphabetical order from A to Z I'm going to be talking about their starting tribes who their age H occupation and then we're going to get into the good stuff with personality who personality and game potential based on their interviews I witnessed multiple commentators such as the Muran review as well as watch all their their individual interviews from post Mike blue Rob haard podcast and their interviews that Survivor themselves has posted on their official page so I believe I'm well equipped to make an accurate assumption based on Not Just My Views but also the views of other commentators commentators themselves and after each person I'm going to be wrapping up with star power star power is just a gut instinct it's a feeling that that I have and feeling you have based on information and just a general connection to a player or or how connection to a player that you believe how well they will do sometimes star power is accurate like scary accurate other times it's wrong but it's his first opinions who do of influence the game game these sort of games because if you like a certain player that can Propel him to move on to next round with a with Little Resistance so there is Merit to this now let's start off with he was our first player Andy he's going to be starting on the yellow Gada tribe age 31 and he is an AI research assistant now going into this I wasn't so sure how I was going to perceive Andy but after watching his interview in particular where I am very high on Andy I like his personal backstory as well as his the general game knowledge and how much of a fan he is and I see him doing really well in his initial starting try and I would be surprised if he ends up being a pre-merge boot for star power I'm giving Andy five stars out of five next we have anuka I want to make sure I'm saying that right she's also going to be starting on the yellow got tribe he age 26 and is a marketing manager now personality wise I really like what she's saying about playing a smart to a Smart strategic game as well as having a social element to it and making making it to herself and not just not a necessarily a leader of her tribe but being the person who has the most connections and like being the sort of Silent caller of the of the the decision making I really like like anuka I like what she had to say but like there still like a there there's like a alarm in my head saying danger danger danger danger and I honestly think that stems from the fact that the reasons why I like anuka are the same reasons why I like to Jah and Gem from the past two seasons and even though I think at least gem was memorable like they were both out pretty early and I hate to admit this but I can see a world where anuka does does leave pre merge I think out of those three that I just mentioned I think anuka does have the best chance of making it farther but like I'm listening to the voice in my head saying danger danger danger so for that I'm giving anuka four stars now moving on to one of the big names from this cast we have Asia from the blue lav tribe age 32 and she is an IT consultant she is also however a Rob had a podcaster like she's one of the main main people within that Circle of podcasting the best Survivor podcasting Network ever since the beginning I'm really excited to see how Asia Asia plays this game like I seen her multiple times in her the little corner of Rob has podcast cast with her videos but also within the Survivor draft and like there's people who are more Dynamic and more chaotic than her she's more she hangs more in the background and and makes smart decisions but I do like her and I'm really excited to see how how she plays this game I think she can go really far her stand has like this prominent Survivor commentator has definitely got her some notice in this pre in the pregame and I don't know if it'll be a negative or positive for for going to the game we'll have to wait to see but like as far as star power goes like this is an easy five stars now moving on to to Caroline she is a member of the blue tku tribe I think I accidentally said blue lava tribe earlier that's my bad she is is a 27 years old and and is a strategy consultant she also plays in water polo that's a fun game personality wise and game potential I think Caroline does have some some game potential in the physical aspect I don't I think she's probably one of the stronger women on her tribe I'm not sure how that'll play necessarily have to wait to see on that as far as like having a strategic game I'm not really sure how strategic she can be I think she would do better on like one of the older Seasons like not necessarily like Way Way Back more like in the like the I want to say dark ages to to Renaissance age somewhere in that in between section I don't know I think Caroline has the potential to to do well but but I'm not entirely confident in her necessarily so I'm giving her three stars next we have Gabe from the blue tuku tribe age 26 and he is a radio show host Gabe gives has me worried a lot like he's coming into this game with the mindset of I'm not here to make friends and like in his interviews like he's very aggressive and it seems to who to expect confrontation I'm not necessarily sure if this was like some character that he's trying to build up in the preseason I'm confused by that I don't think that's necessar how act on the island but like even then I even if he's not this character that we're witnessing I honestly do think he'll most likely be on the outs of his tribe in the start especially if he's coming into this game with this mindset so I'm giving Gabe two stars next we have Genevie from the red lavvo tribe age ser3 and is a corporate lawyer now as far as person ality wise I'm really impressed with her I think she's this person that is very relatable and like someone that would necess would be in the majority right off the bat game potential wise like I'm a little more unsure like she said that she's a bad liar which in these new er seasons of Survivor is not necessarily a bad thinging like you you more want to be yourself than this like game bot strategic player that doesn't care about anyone else else in the game so like that's sort of good for cheny but like I'm not sure that she'll have know how to necessarily play a play a game that keeps herself safe in the long run like I think she'll be good short term but like once we get to the merge I'm not sure how she'll know how to accurately proceed from there on so for those Reasons I'm giving jev four stars now we have perhaps are I talked about earlier Asia was was one of our more well-known players of from the season well this one right here her next one up John is the most well known as as he is a well profession well profession podcast host from two two very well-known podcasts and he also also work with with Obama and Biden and those those people in at the White House and writing speeches for them for for this season of Survivor he's he's not going to be on the yellow G tribe age 41 and as far as like game potential person wise I think John is definitely a per going be a personality like he's the most well the well most Feature Feature the most featured in the 47 trailer and teaser that they they Pro promoted at the end of last season talking about how it's much worse for me than it is for you so like I think he's definitely going to go far and do well in the game the only question is is at not sure how strategic or who strategic or knowledgeable of the game he's going to be so that gives me gives me worry right off the bat plus I remember last season like Kevin was featured highly in the teasers in the trailers before and he didn't even make it halfway through the game so like I'm wondering is JN really going to make it a Deep Run in the game or is he going to get sniped halfway through or something like that I definitely know who know that his past and profession is going to give wary to all of his other all the other players that like does he really need the money is he is he should we give him the money he sure he has plenty of it off it already and some of us are trying to become millionaires ourselves whereas John is not a millionaire but like he's close so for those reasons reasons I'm giving John three stars now moving on to Kishon on the red Lao tribe 28 and is an ER doctor going into the interview I would say Kon has the most cutesy Vibes of the entire cast I thought I was going to be very intrigued and really like Kon but the more I dove into his interviews and what he's had to say I'm a bit more worried for Kon than Kon than I was expecting like he I'm not sure how how he'll do in the game I see kashan is sort of like an overthinker and trying to trying to to position himself very well but I don't think he'll have Miss R who reads throughout the game and I remember Rob no meridian review compared kha to like Peter from Kon and that's not a very good comparison at all for those reasons I gave kashan two stars now go moving on to to Kyle from the blue tuku tribe age 31 and is a construction worker going into the interview I wasn't expecting much to come from Kyle but like I was very moved by what he had to say and a story about him being a single father and grow and really growing up out from nowhere like I would say Kyle story is like was the third most moving moving from this group Andy was probably the second and we'll get to number one later Kyle reminds me of like the sort of like country boy style that they used to cast in like the old school Seasons however I think Kyle is going to be much more personable and more athletic or in a sense I don't see Kyle who going to pre merge unless he does something very out of the ordinary that you and not expect from his archetype I think Kyle will make the merge easily and Kyle definitely has a personality so he'll definitely be noticed more than certain others from not just the cast but his own tribe so I'm expecting how to do well I'm not giving him five stars for like minor reasons but I'm giving him four stars now moving on to Rachel yellow God tribe age 34 and is a graphic designer personality and game game playwise personality wise I think Rachel is a very good and very well-meaning to woman I think she is smart int intelligible however like gameplay wise like all of her interview interviews and what to what other commentators have said about to what she had to say like it's very conflicting like certain pieces do make sense but like then she saids something else that completely contradicts what she previously had to say I don't know there's just too many holes in her story to really get a good sense of how she'll do you do Rachel is definitely a mystery card we'll have to wait to see what she does on the island like I've been surprised before by certain players on how well they've done before like Liz from last season so for now I'm giving Rachel two stars but like I be I she's someone that I'm keeping my eye on for Miss who Miss [Applause] next we have Rome from the red lavu tribe H Cy and is an Esports commentator Rome is definitely a personality like he's this big loud guy that that talks a lot about how Jeff who Jeff is the goat on the sort of commentating on challeng es and like how he would pause would mute the challenge going on and commentate himself while it's all happening and then would go back to see how Jeff would do it and sort of see how how he can improve and all that like just from that alone I can see how Rome is the situational has this sort of situational awareness and adaptability if he see this beliefs that what he's currently doing isn't working which I really appreciate so like I don't think he'll be on the outs immediately and I think he'll find himself in the majority there's little tiny inconsistencies that I can see in being being in trouble like from the mid merge on but I like like him and his personality so for now I am going going to give him five stars next we have Sam from the god yellow go tribe age 24 and the sports reporter personality and gameplay wise I think Sam is a good guy but like game purely strictly game Sam has me the most worried out of everyone like Sam is playing playing like this game that is very misinformed and dangerous if certain players just let him Slide by but those players are like maybe one and 10 per 20 Seasons the game Sam wants to play in game that I believe you going to try to play like it just doesn't work and I've heard from other interviews from other players that they've already they're already looking at Sam as a threat and a Target so I'm giving him two stars because I believe unless like his tribe is going to win every single immunity moving forward he's going to be a Prem merger he's going going to go be out and if if the yowa tribe is the disaster tribe he's out like pure out no no doubt about it all right moving into some of our the last section of players we next we have Sierra starting on the yellow cada tribe age 27 and is a nurse personality wise the game potential like I think personality wise I think she's the most low on the on those ratings like she definitely has this more calming effect to her like not very spendius the combination of was spectacular and rambos but I think game potential wise I think she's one of those perfect perfect players that can go far without much much getting in her way I could definitely be wrong but I Sly sense good scenes from Sierra like I think her to model type would be easily casted on one of those old school seasons and even though like she's coming into the game with this more like old school mentality I think she has this she'll have this ability to adapt in certain ways so that not allow fire is on her I'm giving to Sierra five stars next we have soul starting on the red lava lavu tribe age 43 and and is a medical device salesman he is also a poker player which take it as you will poker players have had to different standings as far as how well adjusted they are to the game I think personality wise I think Sol has this very middling personality where you definitely you definitely listen to him when he's speaking like you're always captiv captivated by by what he's going to have what he's going to say so I think that's going to play a really good factor for him going to the game and I think potential in the game I think he's definitely going to be like his player developing relationships I'm just worried that he might be a little bit on the outs to begin with however I think if his tribe manages to to avoid Tribal Council for at least the first two to three his three tribals I can see him making him making it him to the merge and potentially making a Deep Run for star power I'm giving Soul three stars next we have Sue starting on the blue tuku tribe age 58 fun fact U is is the oldest player on this cast by far next is the next next next oldest is soul with 43 that's a 15year age Gap and she is a flight school owner which the occupation is is very intriguing because one of our next few players that we're going to be talking about is a flight attendant who wants to become a pilot herself and they're going to be on the same tribe so that's going to be a fun connection right off the bat as far as his personality like Sue definitely has that that personality Factor going for her and I think she's going to be able to relate to certain people like Julie was in 45 as far as like a game potential going like I'm not really sure what she wants to accomplish or much of like her plans for how to insinuate herself into the tribe and how to play how to manage idols and all those sort of things she mostly talks about how women's empowerment and wanting to want to show her grand son that her that her that her his grandma is a badass which is all good just like just leaves lot of holes and opportunities left on the table to explore I don't know I think Sue is not in any immediate danger unless like she botches the first immunity Challenge and they end up losing even then I think she's one of the stronger women on her tribe despite her age but I don't know there's just a lot of question marks when it comes to Sue that I can't really ignore so I'm giving her two stars next we have Tey from the red lavvo tribe age 24 and they are a freelance writer personality wise and game potential I think teny is going to be easily insinuated in the early portions of the game just that that type of player that you want to have on your side and I don't really see much going wrong for her in the shortterm long-term wise I think she might come come up as a threat in the end game so that's something that they will have to worry about but I think she's going to be a good source of entertainment and I think she's gonna have a really good M for the game which is a good scene because I think she'll be one of the top players from her individual starting tribe I'm giving teeny four stars next we have Tiana from the blue tuku tribe age 27 and is a flight attendant I talked about this earlier with Sue these two will have connection right off the bat being in the aviation business G personality wise and game potential personality Tiana is definitely one of the top two H person who players here as far as the personality goes she's all over the place and is very relatable to to people and game potential like she's definitely one of the top strategic players from this cast from her tribe especially I unless they see her as a sort of like d threat from 45 because this cast was able to see the whole season of 45 and the beginning beginning of 46 before they had it out I think they might try to Target Tiana because she's very similar to D who won that season in a very dominant fashion but other than that I think Tiana is going to be this great player and she's definitely going to be one to look out for I'm giving Tiana five stars and lastly we have TK from the blue tuku tribe age 31 and he is an athletic marketing manager I talked about this earlier with with Kyle and Andy being two of the three most impactful stories that were given in their inter interviews TK is that last one and he's definitely at number one as far as that goes with his story about how he was experiencing extreme kidney failure when he was younger and he wasn't supposed to survive but he has so that's a very a very impactful story and hearing how he was able to adapt and overcome all of that that and be become this a athletic person not really on the field but to being in that management being the manager style it's fck is very good and he's definitely has a personality he's not boring or anything like that and I think he'll definitely have good strategic head on his shoulders I sense really good things from TK I think who might be considered a physical threat going into the going to the early merge but I think he'll be able to overcome that that and make a Deep Run so I'm giving TK five stars and now we're on to the final segment of this video we have our winner picks only five stars are eligible to to qualify for this so for the men I have Andy Rome and TK and for the women I have have Asia Sierra and Tiana the wom who first thing I did was first thing I want to try to do is get rid of like the third placers who I have three the three both for men and for women I want to get rid of number three out of the of of the that group um for the women I think I'm going to eliminate Sierra simply because out of the three she has the most holes in her story story and I'm as far as like making it to the very end like I think she has the least potential to do that out of the three and for the men I'm going to go with Rome because there were certain certain commentators that made points about how yes he's a big personality however that could be be seen more as a Target than I originally s so I'm going to have Rome in this the third place category that leaves us for the women to Asia and Tiana and for the men Andy and TK for the women I think think this is going to be the easier choice I am going to choose Tiana I think Asia and Tiana are going to be like similar players the players that play very games and aren't really afraid to make big moves if it's necessary and they both have really good strategic games going to going into this however the big difference between the two is that Asia is a very very prominent player within the Survivor Community already being this figurehead in Rob has a podcast which has already already gotten her some eyes going to this so so I'm not really sure if Asia is going to be someone that will be taken to the final three if he's going to make it there I think she'll have to win it because I'm not sure who would want to her to be to sit next to them for that reason I have Tiana at number one I think she's going to play a very impr impressive game so for the women that's my pick that's who I'm going to going to represent and for the men when comes to Andy and TK they're both very similar players with very similar potential it just it came down to very minor decisions between both the the man who I'm choosing that's my winner pick by the slimmest of margins is TK I think he he'll be able to Edge out Andy in very minor situations one of the biggest and bigger reasons why chose TK over Andy is because Andy compared himself to Austin from 45 he related to how Austin was more beatable in the end however I think they'll be able to see that Andy is a more affecting player than Austin was and they'll try to take him out before the end and I think if TK manages to get in good who could socially and can win a few endgame comps I can see him making it to the end over Andy so those are my my winner picks Tiana and TK we still have these alternates in Andy Asia Rome and Sierra who it seems go differently I can see them winning as well it's a very complicated game of Survivor with many different Avenues and how it will go these are this is just how I see it going right now as far as the views right now that's it however that is all we have to talk about for the cast of for Survivor 47 I'm excited for this season I'm excited to decide on the whole format to how everything going on in voy tune I'm excited to have this the audience back please join me like it's been a lonely it's been been a bit lonely since I had to takes to take a break from all this but I'm
