Did the "Haitian Migrants EATING PETS IN OHIO" RUMOR Start Here?

guys did it happen or did it not happen okay I'm not in Springfield Ohio I just go off of what the news talks about um but yeah so a couple of days ago you guys sent me a video apparently the um the video was false or something guys apologies guys of course I I do what you guys send me but um we're here for it uh now we have a new video um Ohio woman allegedly ate a cat in front of her neighbors did it happen or did it not happen right because if I see footage of it happening should I should I not believe My Lying Eyes or how does that work guys I'm thoroughly confused now what do we do with did was a cat and if that that's not enough she also ate it she destroyed that cat this is First Responders found this woman on the scene covered in blood with cat hair still stuck to her lips it was so disturbing it even Shook Up veteran officers as long as I've been a policeman I've never had a call where someone was eating a cat this case is out of Canton Ohio not Ohio about an hour south of Cleveland on August 16th just before midnight 911 dispatch there got a disturbing call 911 where your emergency let the call hey uh I'm injection Shar and I have a um I have a black woman that's tweaking out real bad she's on drugs what's your address so I can get the block range uh 19 uh 11 19 Jackson Shar the caller reports a okay so this is just like a random person eating a cat so how to did this spark the overall thought process guys right like of of people immediately thinking that that the Haitian migrants are consuming animals like pets guys because this woman did it guys I am honestly trying to understand this here woman who he says is tweaking out after probably taking some drugs right you've never seen her before no I never seen this lady in my life oh okay did you see doesn't know that yet he just knows she's getting too close for comfort you can even hear this on the call look my MTH look okay and you've never seen her before and she's just grabbing on you yeah she grabbed on my uh my lady too she couldn't let go for a minute and she walking up on me right now you need to back up okay all right I'm gonna get someone out there did she come out of 11:33 no she just came out of nowhere so that call was disturbing calls come in that take it to the next level 911 where's your emergency hi I need ambulance and don't come over here this girl is um I don't know she's out here on drugs or something she's um pulled the head off of her cat and she said she took ice I don't know we just need somebody like to come get her the calls keep coming in that Ferell is outside eating a cat dispatch even hears from her cousin who says FAL was performing this disturbing act live on Facebook I just was watching a live video so that means there's a video of this I don't want to see it of my cousin on Facebook and she's down at her house she the cat and is eating it I need Med uh police and um medical why do you need Med I don't know what she took what kind of drug eating cat she ate something else that is also a bit disturbing I know my cousin just called me and she you know she was the one who told me to go look at the video whatever she said she just left her outside there's another 911 call that comes in we got bugs and SP we got we got we got cats and spiders to requesting both police and a medic what does she need a medic for we um she's um done pulled a head off a cat she done the cat yeah we have police on the way for that why you wouldn't send a medic why are we send a medic she was eating a cat oh oh we said we we send we send police for something like that that's more more of a I mean because obviously someone in her right mind would not be doing this she she must have taken something that's probably the reason why they're requesting a medic to try to help whatever is going on here right because obviously this is not normality more of a mental health issue and it's it's a it's a criminal issue too for animal cruelty this caller says that in addition to and eating a cat frell also said she her own children we need somebody to come real bad because down here talking about how she two kids Canton Police arrive on the scene just before midnight and all this is caught on body camera video what did you mean with her and the cat I'm here like the cat is still on the ground right away the officer is in shock asking Ferell what she just did what did you do why did you kill the the officer tells phell to get up off the ground stand up by now a small crowd has gathered around phell and they tell officers about her other threats she said she two two kids but before officers can learn more about that allegation they have to Cuff Ferell put your hands behind your back well obviously this is some mental health really clear but you know what I like animals more than humans she can sit in jail till they send her to hard about 2 minutes later frell is moved from the holding room and walks past the body cam Facebook she did this on Facebook live that's where the body camera recording ends but not where frell's story ends she was charged with prohibition concerning companion animals cruelty to animals and disorderly conduct for those charges her bond was set at $100,000 reporting for long crime I'm gie so like $10,000 and then she's out basically oh my God guys I'm going goad and forecast I mean this rumors are like a game of telephones times right I'm sure I'm sure you've all played this game where you tell someone something and then out of nowhere it changes slightly and then you know by the time it gets to the end of of of the discussion right or the end person it's a completely different message I'm going to forecast that this story because I came from Ohio right I'm yeah yeah I think that this this is the one that that sparked the interest right um of the rumor mill uh saying that um migrants are consuming pets you Ohio I promise you that's the vibe I get from this story right
