get this truth out there and get it to these people that are stuck on this main stream media propaganda machine so with that we're going to dive in we've got a heck of an episode today we've got a lot of stuff to cover so let's get started first thing my home state of Louisiana the governor he has issued an executive order Banning the teaching of critical race theory in all K through 12 Public Schools across the state this decision was announced on August 27th 2024 marking a significant move in the ongoing National debate over how race racism and American history are taught in schools and here's a summary of the latest updates and implications executive order details the order explicitly prohibits the incorporation of CRT into the curriculum or lesson plans of Louisiana's public education system CRT and academic framework examining how racism is embedded in laws and institutions has become a focal point for debates over educational content reasons for the ban Governor Landry and supporters of the ban argue that CRT promotes a divisive view of life through the lens of race and victimhood which they believe is harmful to students I also happen to believe that the executive order also directs the superintendent of Education to review and eliminate any policies or contracts that might endorse theories suggesting inherent racism or sexism based on one's race or sex public and educational response the ban has sparked a mix of reactions supporters see it as a move towards a more unified educational approach focusing on traditional subjects like reading and math and away from what they perceive as divisive ideologies critics however argue that this ban limits teachers's ability to discuss important historical and social issues which we will get into in a minute potentially whitewashing history and ignoring systematic issues of racism legal and educational implications while the immediate impact is on curriculum content there's an ongoing debate about the legality and educational effectiveness of such bands critics point out that CRT is often misunderstood or misrepresented in these discussions and that banning it might infringe on academic freedom and critical thinking National content this move in Louisiana adds to a growing Trend where several states have either banned or are considering legislation against CRT or related Concept in schools reflecting a broader culture and political battle over education race and the history in the US they are already teach see this is the thing this is the thing they already teach about slavery in schools and it's like beating a dead horse and it promotes racial divide in Atlanta when they teach CRT they split the classrooms into all black and all white that's basically promoting separation like what we what we what they fought against in the 60s what the African-Americans fought against in the in the 60s so you know this is literally this was an agenda introduced by the Democrats to promote racial divide and do it at an early age so they can program it in because there is less and less of it actually out in the real world now it's not prevalent like it was so what they want to be able to do is strategically program it in to keep the population divided that's why it's always mentioned in everything that's their fallback that's what they mention on the news that's their go-to is that because it's for racial divide because if they keep us divided and we don't unite then there's a level of chaos and there's control in chaos I've said that in live streams before and in videos before and that's what they want they want to introduce this in they want the chaos they want the Divide this is a strategic plan by them it wasn't that long ago that the Republicans were fighting to free the slaves and the Democrats were the ACT races and now that the the parties they they they flipped and there's actually a short on my shorts you have to scroll way down because I put it on a long time ago that goes into detail this was actually happened in Joe Biden's time where one of his mentors was actually if not part of I can't remember the details because it was so long ago he was involved in the clu clux Clan and Joe Biden came out and called African-Americans super Predators he voted to keep separation in schools and said so many uh racist comments the Democratic party flipped they were a party of racist and they still are that's why they want to keep everything separate but they put on this illusion they are the reason through a bunch of social program s that they hide as benefits if you look into the deeper part of it that is held the African Community down and actually broken up the nuclear family within the African Community because now they promote not getting married by keeping benefits by not getting married which promotes having a single parent instead of having a father figure and it's a whole big ordeal that's very complicated but it's the Democrats running the government that has actually been against the African-American community and a lot of them are starting to open up and open their eyes and see this and all this critical race theory is is to try to program them because now it's not so prevalent in society there is not a lot I mean it's still in some areas there are but they're far few between there's not a lot in society there's not a lot of racism in society anymore not like there was so they've got to program it into them by beating it into them and Bea like beating a dead horse like if if you already go over it why do you need to if you want to go over something go over the positive things that the slaves did how they built the White House how they did you know why do you have to go over the negative stuff and say how it's intertwined in everything that that's that's built all the way up to to today and it's systematic why do you have to do that because you are trying to implant a divide they do not want us to come together they want to keep us divided and that's why they always fall back on it on mainstream media and that's what this whole program is that's why I said if you go to Atlanta they separate the classes by color when they teach CRT so I I actually agree with the Louisiana government because they already teach it in school but there's there's no reason to teach a whole like class on it because it's within the history of history class that's like at West Point they're teaching a Class A whole class on crossdressing what do f future generals need to know about crossdressing everybody wears fatigues on a Bas why do you need to have a class there's already an LBGTQ plus class at West Point why couldn't you just added that to the curriculum it's because it's all part of this agenda that they have so let's go to the next story I'm not going to beat that down you know I broke it down and I'm not going to beat it down so Michael SP s the first individual to breach the US capital during the January 6 2021 attack has been sentenced to 53 months in prison the sentencing occurred on January 27th 2024 marking a significant legal consequence for his actions during the riot Sparks was convicted on charges including felony obstruction of an official proceeding and civil disorder among others despite expressing belief in conspiracy theories about the 2020 election Sparks actions were deemed serious enough to Warrant a sentence well above the initial guidelines now we're I'm going to explain federal guidelines in a minute reflecting the gravity of breaching the capital and his lack of full remorse as perceived by the court okay the DC Court perceived that this case underscores the ongoing legal ramifications for those involved in the capital breach with sentences intended to reflect the severity of the t attack on the Democratic process now before I go into the sentencing guidelines one I want to correct myself from from from Mis statement yesterday and two I want to talk about somebody called Jamal Bowen who was in Congress who did the exact same thing he went because he didn't want a vote to be taken place on the floor so he pulls the fire alarm and interrupts an official proceeding what do they do they give him a misdemeanor $1,000 fine and they let him stay in congress it's the exact same charge but this guy he gets sentenced above the federal guidelines now judges they have these federal guidelines set in place federal judges do they don't normally stray from the guidelines like it'll say these charts read like uh they give you levels it's a level at the top for the severity of the charge and then within that level there's a range it'll be 18 to 24 months let's just say level 12 I don't know if that's what level 12 is but I'm just giving an example so it'll say level 12 18 to 24 months and the judge will sentence you somewhere between 18 to 24 months if he thinks there's severity within your crime or you're not you don't feel remorse he'll give you 24 months if he thinks that you're on the lower end he'll give you 18 months but they stick within those guidelines but yet this J sixer they went outside the guidelines which judges don't necess they that's what those guidelines are there for so he goes outside the guidelines sentences him way above what he's supposed to be sentenced while we have a congressman who was charged with the exact same crime who doesn't get a felony like this guy gets who gets a misdemeanor this guy should be held to a higher standard because he is a congressman but he doesn't want him to take a vote on a certain issue so he goes and pulls a fire alarm gets a misdemeanor instead of a felony and $1,000 fine against to stay on stay and be a congressman now as far as me correcting myself yesterday when I was talking about the guy that talked on CNN Corey Booker um and he said that we need to kill Maga we need to kill that part of the Republican party which you know I went on about a littleit by his language and what would happen if the shoe was on the other foot I I said I think he was the one that pulled the fire alarm well Cory Booker I knew I knew the last name ended with a B but it was actually Jamal Bowen Bowman so I misspoke yesterday when I was talking about him he's not the one that did it it was Jamal Bowman so I did misspeak yesterday on the video I just wanted to correct myself stuff on that so anyway that's what we have on the j6 it doesn't surprise me you know and uh I'm sure there's many more people I mean people have gotten 20 years for this mess and now that it's made it to the Supreme Court I think I put a short out you have to scroll down where the the the judge is I mean just stripping down the government talking about how the severity doesn't match up the severity of the sentence doesn't match up to the sen I mean he he's really letting them have it now that this stuff's made it to the Supreme Court I don't think they're going to let it stand I don't think are going to let these crazy egregious sentences stand and if Trump gets in there obviously he's going to be doing some pardons so um So based on recent information from various sources now I want you to remember I reported on uh sources who said that the JD Vance rally that was done I wanted to say they said was in Michigan but it was somewhere up up there I want to say they said it was in Michigan I don't remember because it was several might have been a week ago but they said it was so small they had double space the seats and you know it was it was really small rally well it was it must have been a misreported story that that I think it was it was misinformation is what I think because now there's a story that comes out that's talking about from various sources he held a Michigan rally which drew a very big crowd so the crowd siiz observations there were reports that the J Vance rally attracted a huge crowd for instance there were post highlighted and substantial turnouts in Big Rapids Michigan with some claiming the crowd was in the thousands this was noted without the presence of high-profile entertainers or the main presidential candid Donald Trump indicating strong grassroot support for JD fans which you know there was reports that came out and said he's the worst vice president pick ever well I guess this counter contradicts what those reports were trying to say political context the rally was strategically held in Michigan a pivotal swing state where Vance spoke against a proposed Chinese battery plant it's funny that there was a proposed Chinese battery plant and just yesterday I was speaking about um Tim Waltz the governor who is now the president nominee for KLA Harris his ties an investigative journalist found out that he has had ties to China since the 80s he actually taught over there and he took pension fund money from the state to invest in China so uh you know the investigative journalist actually said that he actually may be implanted into the government to push communism you know I don't know I don't know if that's a fact or not but it's kind of a coincidence that now he wants to bring a Chinese battery plant to his State he's got a lot of involvement going on with China I mean I listed it yesterday on the on the on the the live stream you know there's a lot of and he already had a lot of skeletons in his closet now we're talking about he's got these ties to CCP and money going over there and all I mean there's a lot of lot of smoke there got to be some fire so um he's tapping into the local and sentiments against foreign investments and sensitive Industries this move was part of a broader campaign strategy to leverage economic and National Security issues which it would be a national security issue media and public reactions there was a mix of reactions on several social media platforms and in news reports while supporters celebrated the crowd size as evidence of strong support critics and some media Outlets pointed out that earlier photos or videos might have represented the actual attendants now we're going to go into this they were here goes the media with misinformation suggesting that while there was indeed a crowd claims of its size might have been exaggerated or misrepresented in some initial reports event details the rally in Big Rapids was part of Vance's campaign activities focusing on economic issues manufacturing and criticism of the democratic administration's policies and we got some policies to go over today this event was one of seral planed in Michigan underscoring the state's importance in the Electoral strategy verif verification efforts some sources including factchecking efforts clarified that while initial photos might have shown smaller sections so that's what the news was reporting on how it SM showed a smaller section and I've got a short where they reported that Trump shoved Somebody by by showing a closeup when actually when you zoomed out he was patting him on the back and letting the guy take a selfie with him the guy actually came out and made a statement against the news's reporting so they they they actually did Fuller images and videos which later confirmed a more substantial attendance than what was initially circulated by critics and the News who obviously is are trying to you know downplay the support that Trump has and and JD Vance given the information JD Vance's rally in Michigan did indeed draw a crowd that was significant enough to be noted and discussed widely though numbers might differ based on when and how the crowd was measured or reported the event coverage reflects both the political fever surrounding Vance's campaign and the ongoing debate over crowd sizes and indicators of political support so our next story I think Trump is making some very very good moves very strategic ones so Trump has added we know he from yesterday's reporting that he had added RFK Jr to his transition party his presidential transition team which is going to bring a whole different Dynamic he has also now added tulsy gabard who he brought in as a coach you know on policy to get him ready for this comp Cala Harris debate because he does he realizes he needs to be able to go deeper into policy on how he's going to tackle these issues not just I'm going to tackle them and she wiped the floor with kamla Harris back in 2009 19 so he has brought tulsy Gabbert into his presidential transition team a moved aimed at broadening his electorial appeal by including figures who until recently were associated with the Democratic party or ran as Independence so here's a det detailed overview RFK Jr previously RFK Jr was running as an independent candidate against Trump but ended up his campaign in his campaign to Endor Trump despite past criticisms um which we know Trump you know you have to take what he says with a grain of salt he had called him a radical left lunatic but RFK you know he still endorsed him and he has been a I mean he's been pivotal into this uh campaign he has gone hard against the Democrats I mean he he came out with a statement and I reported on it when it came out he came out with a statement and it said that the Democrat Party is no longer a party of the people that they are a party of big Pharma corporations they are corrupt I mean the list goes on and on so he has now been positioned as an honorary co-chair of the transition team his role includes advising on personal and policy for a potential second Trump Administration including a significant shift in political alliances now Tulsi gabard gabard who left the Democratic party after her 2020 presidential run and endorsed Trump also joins as an honorary co-chair her involvement in Trump's informal debate preparation sessions and her endorsement reflect her alignment with Trump's campaign aiming to appeal to a broader voter base transition team composition alongside RFK Jr and gabard Trump's son Donald Jr Eric Trump along with his running mate Senator JD Vance serve as honorary chairs the team composition underscores Trump's strategy of creating a diverse Coalition that trans transcends traditional party lines I think that is a wonderful strategy for Trump wonderful so um political strategy and implications the inclusion of RFK Jr and gabard could be seen as Trump's attempt to appeal voters voters disillusioned with the mainstream media Democratic party focusing on issues like vaccine skepticism environmental concerns and anti-war sentiments which both RFK Jr and gabard have been vocal about however this move Alo also risk alienated parts of his base due to the controversial stances of these figures politically particularly RFK Jr's views on vaccines um I don't think he's going to alienate his base his base is his base they're going to stay his base they're going to vote for Trump no matter what they know that Trump is the best option for this country if you listen to what Trump says I mean just listen to what he said about taking the money that's being siphoned to the illegal immigrants and putting it towards the veterans I mean anything he's being endorsed he he's being there the Democrats are saying he's the biggest threat to democracy yet the military law enforcement and Veterans the people who have fought for democracy who continue to serve democracy are all endorsing him it is literally it makes no sense no sense what it's an oxymoron it makes no sense these people wouldn't be endorsing him if he really was and then if you actually get into KLA Harris policies I mean she has come out and said within the first 100 days I'm going to do an executive action now this is something that should be done by Congress that's why there's checks and balances so she's going to basically supersede Congress to go against the Constitution the Second Amendment and do an executive action which I'm sure will be challenged in court by the NRA for sure to take away and ban assault weapons and she's talking about other weapons I don't even think you can do an executive action that goes against the Constitution I don't even think you can do that that's why I say it'll be challenged and I'm sure it'll be overturned she's all her stuff that she comes out with and we're going to go over a lot of stuff that she's now come out with you know it it it actually like she comes out and says if you don't play ball or if you don't do things right if you're a company we're going to come in and sees your patent you're legally obtained that you own patent and then I guarantee you on her in her mind or in her party's mind the progressives what they want to do is take the company's patent and then turn around and license the technology back to the company so they get royalties off of everything that that company manufactures now guess where that royalty is going to come from the company's not going to eat the cost the consumer is going to eat the cost so gu where what that's going to do that's going to drive up inflation not to mention you're breaking the law you are literally stealing you are stealing someone's property that they have legally obtained do you know how hard it is to get a patent I've helped with with with a patent before and it is hard you know how many Hoops you have to jump through how much research you have to do how much money it costs to get the lawyers and all that especially if you do a global patent but even just a US patent and she's talking about taking them and then her her uh um and we're going to go into this story uh her whole thing about paying taxes on unreal unrealized gains that's what she's called unrealized gains having to pay taxes on things you haven't even sold yet if they appreciate how do you afford that and what happens if it goes down I mean she is literally her policies aren't I mean they don't hold water but anyway so let's get back to to uh the transition team so the where was I at on that public and media reactions the decision has sparked varied reactions with some seeing it oh no we were finished with that this development signifies Trump's ongoing effort to redefine political alliances potentially reshaping the landscape for the 2024 election by integrating figures who challenge The Establishment from various angles so what I was saying was his base is going to stay his Bas and he's bringing in people who are basically Centrist Democrats Democrats who have sense who are the Bill Clinton age Democrats Democrats like Joe Mansion Who cross the aisle to work with Republicans we don't have Democrats like that anymore we we're full of progressives that's why Joe Mansion left the party in such disgust and said this is not the Democratic party I joined not only did he leave but he changed his voting status his personal voting status from Democrat to Independent so anyway I don't think Trump's going to lose anything I think he's going to gained by this so Trump's done something a little different with his campaign ads he's he's doing something a little different there's been discussions about Trump's campaign spending on ads particularly in Florida where a small ad bu was noted this has been interrupted by some as a sign of nervousness or interpreted excuse me about the state's competitiveness in the election which I believe is completely being misreported especially with KLA Harris gaining momentum I do not believe she's gaining momentum in Florida this ad campaign includes Trump's image and voice effectively making him the star of his own campaign head now what I want to go back to until I get before I get into these actual things that he's doing that're they're they're pretty creative um is I want to go back to when she tried to speak at a retirement community and I think I mean it was huge retirement community and I think there was at least 85,000 registered golf carts there may have been more I me this was a story I reported a long time ago it may have been over 100,000 but it was somewhere near to over 100,000 registered golf carts within the community she only attracted 150 golf carts to listen to her speak at her rally in the community that she is not gaining momentum in Florida and these polls about her being ahead of trump are absolutely ludicrous and these these these these dagum articles that are talking about oh everywhere you go there's a there's a Harris uh Walt sign I have yet to see one I have yet to see one just one this is all just media misinformation I just don't understand how they get away with this stuff it's just they don't even do journalism anymore they just parrot stuff that's given to them by the party that they're supporting which they're probably paid to support anyway so Trump's C uh digital trading cards he's doing uh Trump has ventured into selling Series 3 digital trading cards with an offer that includes a piece of the suit he wore at a debate if buyers purchase at least 15 cards this initiative has been criticized for focusing on profit rather than campaign strategy essentially turning Trump into a marketing figure for his own merchandise during his presidential run now how can you say that this is going into his campaign com Harris has somehow magically gotten over a half a billion dollars so why can't he get creative use his brand for campaign money how are you saying he's profiting this is campaign money this is where that misinformation comes from these critics they just spew this misinformation nobody says anything about this half a billion dollars where did it come from they tried to say it's coming from firsttime donor Grassroots no you don't make a $540 million with Grassroots firsttime donors it doesn't happen you people that believe that wake up that story does not hold water you do not make over a half billion dollar in a month in a campaign from firsttime grassroot donors doesn't happen so then the critics want to want to criticize him and try to say he's selling merchandise for profits when he just got creative with a campaign ad and did digital cards and said if you buy 15 I'm going to send you a little piece of my suit from a debate or Rally or wherever it's creative yes it's marketing but it's Market Creative Marketing for his campaign what did KLA Harris do to get over a half a billion dollars she for the longest time I mean she still may not have done an interview on the media but for 24 days I know she didn't do an interview so what has she done she hasn't given any policy of substance so what did she do to get $540 million who has her in their pocket who has paid her for if she becomes president to basically pull the strings who's paid for that because it's some billionaires what billionaires guarantee it's the military-industrial complex guarantee it's companies like Black Rock guarantee that's where that money came from Super Pacs from those companies guarant it but they want to say it's a first time Grassroots people just like they're saying all signs are popping up in everybody's yard but I have yet to see one of their signs one just one so anyway debate and campaign strategy Trump's potential reluctance to participate in a debate with KLA Harris as highlighted by his comments anding the campaign's squabbles over debate rules has been turned into a narrative by the Harris campaign of course it has yet there was no narrative when she backed out of the fox debate okay you can back out of a conservative debate that he's got some issues on doing a liberal debate but you can back out of the conservative one and nobody's going to say anything nobody wants to report on that no media wants to talk about that so they've taunted Trump with chicken noises in an ad suggesting he's afraid to debate thereby using his image and the controversy around the debate to their advantage see this is why I say this is why I say if I could give Trump some advice if I could which I actually was able to do through Mike Johnson who I met at my daughter's first jiu-jitsu tournament it just so happens he came in and I went up and started talking to him and told him about you know the YouTube and the the you know the news platform news I did across social media platforms and an idea that I have for Trump and so he gives me his personal email and tells me he loves the idea and he'll get it to Trump's campaign manager so I sent him you know it was an oped I'd wrote about child sex trafficking and how the the bid administration had facilitated it and it had all the details and the references where I'd gotten all the information and everything so I thought that you know Trump had forgotten about it but actually Trump has come out with it now and he's used a lot of the information that I had sent to Mike Johnson so it's kind of cool so I actually did get something him but if I could if if if I was a if I was one of his uh you know advisers which I'm not obviously I'm not close enough in that Circle but I did get something to him but I'm not close enough obviously to be advisor but I would just tell him just to rise above these childish chicken noises and name calling and just talk about policy all he would have to do is go on there and tulsy gabard could tell him exactly how to do it all all he would have to do is go on and every time he did an interview or every time he did a rally he could point out KLA Harris's policies and then how ridiculous they are because and how they wouldn't work like the facts of why they wouldn't work and then his policies and how and why they would work and that trumps any kind of name calling you can do because it's facts and it shows substance and it shows you've risen above so that would be my advice to him if I could don't listen to all this chicken noise that's what it is just a bunch of chicken noise childish chicken noise so the endorsements and alliances Trump has been endorsed by figures like tulsy gab and Robert he Kennedy Jr which has led to the creation of powerful ads featuring these endorsements these ads aim to appeal to Democrats and independents showcasing Trump alongside these figures to argue against the political establishment effectively using Trump's for as a unifying figure against a common political adversary now I think this is great that's why said I think with him bringing these people in you know they are the ones putting out oh I guarantee you it's it's them putting out the doubt saying oh it's splitting his party just like they got 200 little staffers maybe that he fired to come to their DNC and they're putting out um information and ads and and and and media reports oh with these little staffers that held you know little teeny positions it shows a deep divide in the Republican party it was 200 staffers come on that shows no deep divide in the Republican party you are misinforming to try to make the American people think there's a deep divide in the Republican party there is not a deep divide the Republican Party came together to get behind Trump now there may be a few but they're outliers and when he brought JD Vance in that's why I called that when I did you know a strategical analysis on the short list several weeks before he picked Vance you know Vance brought the populist to the table which was the biggest part that Trump didn't have and he was a strategical pick and that's who he ended up picking and so he brought the Republican party together so they're trying to insert misinformation to split the party up they are a party of misin misinformation hyperbole contradictions and hypocrisy that's what they are and we talked about it at the beginning on what they're trying to insert in schools because now the people that that they're trying to to appeal to appeal to don't have to deal with those issues in society so they want to insert it and teach it in school to still create that divide because that's how they control the populations those of you didn't see the beginning you'll have to watch the beginning want some done so anyway public sentiment and media coverage social media post an analysis reflect a mix of criticism and support for Trump's approach to campaigning some see see his ad strategies as merchandise selling I don't understand that uh how could you see anything as sales that's going towards his campaign as distractions or signs of a campaign more focused on Trump's personal brand than a traditional political engagement conversely supporters view this move as an Innovative way to connect with voters and fundraise I mean does that mean that when the girl scouts or the Boy Scouts or any of them sell cookies that's going towards a fundraiser or any of these people that are fundraising and selling merchandise that goes towards fundraising and and sending school you know students on a vacation it he is selling something but he is selling it to fund raise for his campaign so these people are literally criticizing like I said what did Camala Harris do to get over half a billion dollars whose pocket did she get in cuz that's the only way that happened he's out there putting his you know nose to the grindstone figuring out innov innovative ways to get money and if he's got to use his brand he's got to use his brand I mean that's that you can't criticize that that's working with what you got to try to defeat someone who has obviously done something to get a half a billion dollars over a half a billion dollars and nobody even knows it because she didn't speak to the media or about policy for at least 24 days and I don't even know if she spoke to them now she hasn't spoken I mean I don't know I don't watch the mainstream media so I don't even know but I know there was 24 days when within that 24 days she was getting hundreds and hundreds of millions of dollars and she wasn't speaking to anyone what did she do where did it come from why did people give it to her we know why people are giving Trump money I'd rather know I think it's cool buy 15 of my virtual cards I give you a piece of my suit okay that's cool you know if you're a huge Trump fan you'll put it in a frame and hang it up on a wall what's wrong with that it gives people something tangible for them giving you their money what's wrong with that I mean that's like saying if you donate you know $100 you get a free Trump flag or whatever what is wrong with that the Shriner Institute you know the the Cancer Institute for the kids and all that stuff if you donate a certain amount of money you get like this teddy bear or this blanket okay what's wrong with that are you saying that they're selling merchandise because they're helping kids parents that can't afford cancer treatment so what is wrong with fundraising to go towards a campaign and giving somebody something to remember what they spent their money on because when Lose or Draw at least they've got that sentiment at least they don't feel like they wasted their money if you lose I hope you don't lose I don't think you're going to lose but if that happens hey they got a a a a uh memorabilia a piece of memorabilia something they can hold on to and you want to put that down what does Cala Harris done for $540 million so from these points it it's clear that Trump's image and actions are being leveraged in various ways within his campaign from direct ad appearances to merchandise sale uh debate tactics and strategic endorsements all of which place him centrally as a campaign ad star in his own right I don't see anything wrong with any of it and I don't really see him selling the merchandise I mean he is getting a donation and he is giving merchandise he's not really selling it it's more of a barter I mean I just don't even see he selling it not when your all your money is being donated for a cause and that's for him to win the presidency from these points it's clear that Trump's image and actions are being leveraged in SE several ways within his campaign from direct data okay we already we already read that the latest on the Trump Harris debate schedule on AB C indicates that both Donald Trump and vice president conla Harris have agreed to a debate set for September 10th 2024 on ABC News and here's a summary based on the information that was available up until August 27th confirmation of debate despite earlier hesitations in public back and forth Donald Trump has confirmed his participation in the debate against Cala Harris on ABC News and gosh I can't wait to see it I hope tulsy gab has him Prim and ready this confirmation came after a period of uncertainty where Trump suggest suggested he might back out due to perceived bias from ABC News and you know I don't even know if that was true maybe it was maybe he did but he did the CNN one and he didn't have a problem with it so did he really do that or did they put that out there so then they could campaign on chicken noises I don't know I don't put anything past these people just like I called the other day we'll see if it comes true a lot of the stuff I call comes true some of it doesn't but just like I called the other day with their DNC super spreader Co event I said this is the start of another lockdown and what they're going to call an outbreak and then they're going to try to campaign off that and his missteps which were actually the media's misreporting so what happens that happens and then the very next day which I think was yesterday we had school closures in I think Alabama and Tennessee and the CDC saying it's going to come out with new guidelines it's like a domino boom bo bo bo boom bo boom Maybe I'm Wrong I hope I'm wrong because that would definitely change the Dynamics of the election this is such a fluid election and I'm going to go into something here where they are I mean they are throwing the kitchen sink at Trump legally they've done something else Jack Smith he's add it again I mean not only is he appealing the decision in Florida that was made on a constitutional basis but he's done something again and we'll go over here in a minute so the debate rules the debate will follow the rules agreed upon for previous debates which include mics being muted when candidates aren't speaking a format that was used in the CNN debate involving Trump and Biden however there was a dispute over whether the mic should remain muted with Harris's campaign initially pushing for live mics throughout the debate a preference not ultimately reflected in the final agreement was her campaign really pushing for live mics I mean we know how what Trump does when there's a live mic he would will not let up he's a Pit Bull with a bone was she really pushing for that cuz I'm going to go over some stuff that that that now her campaign saying she's pushing for now she's saying she's pushing for that's completely against what she's ever pushed for was she really pushing for that or is she just like showboating sturing you know is that what she's doing cuz I just don't know I don't know what to trust when it comes from that I don't trust anything that comes from the Democratic party at this point so public sentiment and media coverage expost reflect a mix of anticipation and skepticism regarding the debate some users Express relief or excitement over the confirmation of the debate While others indicating Trump himself criticized ABC news for perceived unfairness indicating a contentious atmosphere leading up to the event political strategy and Optics Trump's initial reluctance and subsequent agreement to debate along with his public criticism of ABC might be seen as part of a broader political strategy to frame any negative outcomes as biased against him conversely the Harris campaign pushed for unmuted mics which I think was Grand standing on her could be interpreted as an attempt to Showcase Trump's temperament or lack thereof Under Pressure I think he did great last time and I think he's going to do great this time the debate is poised to be a significant event in the 2024 election presidential election cycle offering voters a direct comparison between the candidates the confirmed rules and dates set the stage for what could be a pivotal moment in the campaign with both sides gearing up for a high stakes confrontation okay so I you know I understand him being a little you know standoffish if that if he was if he actually was and and you know I understand it um but he's agreed to it so we're going to see that's that's all I can say about that now we're going to get to what Jack Smith's been into and I don't like it because they're piling stuff up again so we're going to get to what he's been into and then we're going to break down everything that they've thrown at him I mean they are throwing the kitchen sink at him right here at the end and I just don't like the way it looks I don't like the Optics now I think it'll all backfire even if the worst case scenario happens I think it'll backfire I think it will drive more people to him it's driven a lot of people to him a lot of Americans are like wait a second if they're going to weaponize a doj and do all this stuff to this guy right here and none of it makes any sense then there's a reason they don't want him in there and that means I should want him in there a lot of people that didn't even support him before support him now I've got a short I'm not going to do it today I don't think I'm going to do it tomorrow because I'm going to do the Arlington Cemetery when where he's the only one that showed up and nobody else did for the 13 dead soldiers on the third anniversary but uh tomorrow I think I'll do the one where somebody wasn't an anti-trumper who was who was an interview on a show who actually because of the weaponization of the doj came over and said Trump is now their president um and it's done that to a lot of the American people so let's get into what Jack Smith's done the latest Donald Trump superseding indictment so he's done a superseding indictment for election subversion he had to change everything and we'll we'll get into why as of August 27th 2024 it involves special counsel Jack Smith filing a new indictment against former president Donald Trump this action follows the Supreme Court ruling on presidential immunity so he had to do a superseding indictment with a new charge that curtailed the crime around the immunity uh win that Trump got and we know it's going to go in front of Judge chuckin who rubber stamps anything Jack Smith puts in the court and denies everything Trump's lawyers put in front of her and we know this is the largest documented case in the history of court cases only second to Walmart versus Visa which had half as much Discovery and took seven years I think it what 10 or 12 million page Discovery Walmart versus Visa was seven it's enough to do what did they say 10 uh Washington monuments worth of paperwork I mean how many lawyers how much tax money how much tax money did we spend just on this one not on all the other cases they've done who knows how much Discovery there is just on this case how many people how many hours of work went into 10 to 12 million documents typed documents how many hours how many mad hours of government officials who are probably high paid government officials because they are lawyers and in the legal legal sector of the government how many tax dollars cuz I know on the Russia collusion hoax we spent well over a quarter of a billion dollars when it was a hoax how many tax dollars are we going to spend trying to get Trump and if he wasn't running for president they wouldn't even be charging him with any of this stuff I mean it's a against the money that we pay in it's just being thrown away for no reason like it's a crime against the people because we're not being allowed to have a free and fair election and you're using our money against us and what we want as people you're using our own money it's like a bad divorce I went through I was paying her alimony wasn't ordered by the court but my lawyer advised me it was when I had all my companies open What's Up GTO Planet so it's when I had all my companies open I had five of them in Charlotte making good money so I was paying her good money and she was literally sitting at home researching on how to screw me worse so I was paying her not to have to have a job so she could have all those hours to sit at home and she was very smart graduated Penn State with like a 3.7 or 3.9 very smart girl so she oh I know and I was paying a lot of it she I I I let her stay in my house for free and I was paying I think $5,000 $5,000 something dollars a month just in in in alimony and then child support so I was given and I wasn't ordered to do it this was before the divorce case and she was literally using my money against me so that's what the government is doing right now with Trump they're using our money against us to not let us have a a free and fair election and to impede Trump's ability to campaign so and for what so they are in interfering with the election with our tax dollars that we pay it's just freaking ridiculous it's freaking ridiculous so Jack SM Smith's done this superseding indictment and we just talked about how long it is so the latest on the Trump superseding indictment up for election subversion as of August 27th 2024 for involv special counsel Jack Smith filing a new indictment against President Donald Trump this action follows a Supreme Court ruling presidential immunity anyway the indictment details a Federal grand jury in Washington DC has issued a superseding indictment against Trump this new indictment maintains the same four core felony charges related to Trump's efforts to subvert the 2020 presidential election which is false it was his right to get alternate electors it's been done several time throughout history elections have been contested it's it's he had that right these charges include conspiracy to defraud the United States how was he defrauding the United States he just said I want a free and fair election I want to make sure there was no fraud which they ended up finding out years later I mean literally this year that there was 25% fraud in melin ballots and then Georgia that didn't submit 380,000 votes wow they found out uh you're right I know so you're absolutely right G you don't make me laugh I'll get i'll get off Target no I won't remember where I'm at so um how is it a conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding cuz all he wanted was just like he wanted to make sure there wasn't fraud and conspiracy against rights they got him with conspiracy against rights what what are the right all right all right so before we go on yesterday I reported about Georgia about how the DNC was suing Georgia and their election board because their election board had come out with new rules and regulations and their rules and regulations were if we think that there's any funny business that's happened within the voting process that we have the ability to go double check that's pry PR much what it says I mean it's not the legal jargon that they used but it pretty much said we have the ability to go double check make sure that that that everything's on the up and up and the Democrats said that that's voter suppression and my argument was the only way that you can say that's voter suppression because everybody's already voted the only way you can say that double cheing is voter suppression is if there's fraud in there if there's fraudulent votes yes then you are suppressing the fraud so that's the only way you got to read in between the lines of what the Democrats really said oh you're voter suppression you're you're creating voter suppression no you're not you're not messing with the ballots being turned in or the the ballot boxes or anything that has to do with the voting process this is after the process is over oh I mean absolutely you you're absolutely right jto you're absolutely right so you know that's what they're really saying and then this fake Republican governor in uh in Georgia actually is trying to see if he has the ability under an Ethics complaint to kick out members of the board to change the rules back and I'm like under ethics it's actually unethical not to have the ability to double check and see if there's fraud fraudulent activities going on within the voting process so how can he label it as ethical to go in Kick Out people out of the Board of Elections and then you know change it back so they don't have the ability to double check to make sure everything's done properly that is unethical and he labels it as ethical he's dagam Democrat I mean that's something they would do some kind of tricked out reverse psychology it's crazy absolutely crazy then the the RNC up in Detroit had to had to sue we reported on this yesterday had to sue because the the uh the the poll people that work in the polls they're supposed to be an equal amount of Republicans as Democrats they had a seven and half half to one ratio they had 2300 and some Democrats and 300 Republicans they are stacking it every which way and and and and it just seems like the Republicans I'm going to give a story here in a minute about what's going on in North Carolina with the Republicans having to catch something I'm glad the Republicans eyes are open this time and they're like no no no no no and they're bringing in you know legal actions I'm glad that they're they're actually looking into everything it seems like they are but gez with all these slick m lose they're not going to be able to see everything that's coming I mean these these guys are something so anyway they done the sueding indictment to basically circumvent the immunity ruling that happened in the Supreme Court it's a bunch of BS uh conspiracy to Def the United States that's that's ludicrous so the legal strategy this move by the special council's office reflects an attempt to tailor the legal case against Trump in response to the Supreme Court immunity ruling what I just said and public and political reactions there's a mix of reactions on several platforms and uh with several U Outlets with some expressing views that this is an example of political lawfare While others discuss the legal implications and the narrowing of charges based on the Supreme Court guidance this is absolute laware and I'm going to give a an ex example of this coordinated attack here in a minute so implications this development sign significant signifies a strategic adjustment by prosecutors to ensure the case against Trump can proceed in light of legal precedence set by the Supreme Court focusing on actions deemed outside the scope of presidential immunity the situation remains fluid with legal proceedings expected to continue potentially influencing Trump's political future and the broader disc on legal accountability for former president Trump so let's break this down they first come at him you know Bam Bam Bam Bam Bam and hit him with four cases two in New York one in DC One in Georgia well you you know the debacle that went on in New York the $83 million defamation case which was ridiculous we're not even going to go into details about that this almost half a billion dollar fraud case where there was no fraud literally I mean it we're not even going to go into that I mean it's just a a forensic accountant who was the state that that was actually the state's witness their expert witness for a previous case was Trump's witness and tells him that you that this tells the state they should be ashamed of theel there are there is no fraud here and then we'll go into it just a little bit and then in the Egan Carol Case uh or no this was the hush money case so there was five they got him with five the hush money case that his accountant put it under legal expenses which it is because he gave it to a lawyer who put it in a trust fund who then gave it to another lawyer but he he didn't put under non-disclosure agreement or something well there was no category under the accounting software so what I mean he doesn't do that stuff himself all these cases I mean so the one down in Florida it gets dismissed but they're hitting him right so so so here's what here's what's happened let's let's talk about what's happened like last month now presidential immunity I it's got to be there it's got to be there or the it doesn't cover everything there's still channels these presidents have to go through like Barack Obama he could be charged because he didn't go through the proper channels to and he killed three US citizens and I have a short up where a woman's talking about that um I forgot what the name of it is but I put it up like within the last couple of weeks and you can he she actually breaks down um I think it's called Barack Obama needs presidential immunity or something but it she breaks down why he committed the crime so yes he could have been he could be impeached and then they recommend him for criminal charges but You' got to have some kind of immunity or you can't make split decisions because you're going to be thinking oh am I going to be criminally charged or and when you run the country and you get faced with so many geopolitical decisions you've got to be able to make those split decision so you got to have that immunity there now I don't agree with the immunities that law enforcement has like all those immunities where they can abuse their power or that the Das have they are I mean they're protected where they can I mean they can almost they can almost do anything they want so I don't agree with certain immunities but when it comes to the president they got to have certain they got to be able to work within a realm that they're not constantly thinking about getting hit with charges or it'll just I mean it'll it'll break the system and they won't be able to they won't be able to be president they won't be able to run the country properly they won't be able to make split decisions um so anyway and implications the development signifies a strategic adjustment to prosecutor oh no no we had gotten to the end and when I was going to actually lay this out so let's talk about the last month let's talk about the last month so there's a filed assassination attempt now the now the analysts are saying that the 34 felonies which came from the hush money which was just a m a clerical era that Trump had nothing to do with his accountants did because the soft didn't provide a category that the judge liked or that the prosecutor liked but it actually was a legal expense but they wanted a non-disclosure expense there it was mis mislabeled so they make 34 felonies out of this craziness now they're saying that judge Merchant is going to put Trump in jail I don't think he'll ever make it to prison because this thing is going to get overturned in the Supreme Court and I'm sure they'll hear it very quickly because of the m harm that it can do to the country with the election I'm sure it'll be heard quickly and I'm sure it'll be expedited so we got a failed assassination we got possible jail time now we got Leticia James coming back out and oral arguments on what date is the the 26th on September 26th 8 days after the sentencing to try to reinstate the half a billion dollar fine or make him forfeit Trump Towers and properties in New York so we got Bam Bam Bam and now we got Jack Smith coming out to do a superseding indictment tailored around the Supreme Court decision of presidential immunity if you don't see this as an organized attack literally within a month if you don't see this as an organized attack you are wearing a blindfold and you have earplugs in there is no way that this is not a coordin coordinated attack an organized coordinated attack but on the positive side whatever happens the reverse of what they think's going to happen is going to happen it's happened the whole time it's just going to bring more people over let him put Trump in jail do you realize that that will make him Mar without actually having to die he will be he they will come out of the woodwork especially this will Garner so much sympathy from the African-American Community who have been drugged through the mud by the criminal justice system disproportionately it'll go from getting 20 or 30% of the African-American males to probably getting like 70 to 90% so let them do it let them do it that's what I say let them do it let them do their worst cuz it's not going to work and he's protected by the 20th Amendment where JD Vance now he's finally picked because I I've been saying all along pick a VP pick a VP because now that he's got a VP he's predicted under the 20th Amendment and Vance can take the campaign home go into the White House as acting president and hold the space if it takes that long which I don't think it will and hold the space until Trump can get all this stuff cleared up and then take his spot as president and Vance would go back to VP so let them do their worst it's only going to help him they're so stupid like you know the definition of insanity is to do the same thing over and over and expect a different result don't they see the results that have happened from what they've done but yet they're doing it again I mean with the with the failed assassination attempt his popularity went through the roof and now they're continuing to do the same thing that that just drove his popularity up these people oh boy I love them I love them I love them so let's talk about what's going on in North Carolina and voting so the North Carolina Republican party along with the Republican National Committee has initiated legal action against the North Carolina State Board of Elections aiming to purge approximately 225,000 voters from the state's voter roles here's a summary of the latest developments legal basis and claims the lawsuit hinges on allegations that the State Board of election has not complied with laws requiring the removal of noncitizens from voter roles and has allowed registration without proper identifying or identity verification specifically not requiring a driver's license number or the last four digits of a social security number as per the help America Act vote act which is called Hava the state boards response the State Board of Elections has refuted these claims of course they have stating that the accusations are categorically false they pointed out that federal law restricts the removal of Voters from rolls within 90 days of an election oh my God they found a loophole and they've been working with these legal constraint within legal within leg these legal constraints to comply with the voter registration laws public and political reactions um there's been significant backlash against these efforts with critics including State officials and commentators accusing the GOP of attempting to disenfranchise voters what under the guise of election Integrity this move is seen by some as a broader strategy to challenge election results or suppress votes they'd love to say that that might not favor Republican candidates how can asking I mean I have to ask myself this how can going in looking at and asking or trying to remove noncitizens how does that disenfranchise voters the only way that disenfranchises voters is the opposite of what they're saying they're not Republican voters they're Democrat voters so you're disen hasing people that are fraudulently voting just like you you want to do down in uh uh Georgia where you don't want them to be able to double check the information the signatures all that kind of stuff you're wanting to do in North Carolina and when they call you to task on it you want to pull up the same thing you always pull up just like you use the race card you want to pull up voter disenfranchisement if the people can't provide a driver's license number of the last four of a social then they haven't provided what they legally have to provide to be able to be registered to vote so how are you disenfranchising anybody they are not legally able to vote and then they say oh you have to have done this within 90 days well one they've either found a loophole so now they found a loophole to get illegals in and there's nothing they can do to get them out or they're just blatantly breaking the law and the Democrats are trying to reverse it and say oh you're just trying to control it so more people vote Republican no they're just trying to make it free and fair elections why can't people understand this what are these critics these critics are like must be Bots like you know Bots they they they they have you know really good computer people putting on there or paid for people you know I mean that's not below them to where they offer money to people that have a large following on social media it's happened before I mean I reported on it once a long time ago but the the Democrats have approached influencers and offered to pay them money so you know that's what these critics are so let's get back to this uh story about the GOP apparently disenfranchising people so legal and practical implications if successful this purge could potentially affect the outcome of 2024 election in North Carolina a swing state however implementing such a purge close to the election date faces logistical challenges and legal scrutiny especially given the federal laws protecting voter registration close to election times so like I said I think they found a loophole to allow illegals to stay in even if they know they're illegal broader context this situation reflects ongoing National debates about voter fraud versus voter suppression with actions like these often criticized as attempts to manipulate electoral outcomes by altering voter roles how can you be manipulating something if the people failed to supply what they are obligated to supply to be a legal registered voter how does that happen I mean can somebody tell me how anybody all right so information indicates the contentious legal and political battle with significant implications for electoral integrity and voter rights in North Carolina the debate continues to unfold in the courts and public discourse highlighting deep division over how to ensure Fair elections while maintaining voter access if someone does not provide what they have to provide to do something then you are not disenfranchising them or not allowing them access they are not allowing s access you have to provide some things to get other things I mean if you apply for a credit card and you don't provide the information they're asking you does that mean they're they're disenfranchising you because they won't give you the card no you have to you have to give them certain information for them to give you what you want if you go buy some alcohol you have to give them a driver's license does that mean if you don't have the driver's license that you're being disenfranchised no there are rules and regulations put in place and all the Republican party is doing is trying to make them follow these rules and the Democrats are fighting and trying to find the loopholes so they don't have to follow these rules so they can stack the deck against the Republicans it is so obvious it's so obvious and all these lawsuits and everything that's going on with Trump it's so obvious and I don't understand the people that can't see it they're probably the same kind of people that you can literally go talk to that's protesting like gays for Palestine and you go tell them hey wait a sec Israel is the one that's liberal they got a gay pride parade if if you went to Palestine right now they'd probably put you in prison or kill you or they will because it's against the law oh well I'm still going to protest some people you can just tell and show them the facts and it doesn't matter they're still going to do what they're going to do that's the only sense I can make of it so let me tell you the democrat's latest trick that they're trying to pull and I don't even know how they're going to pull this one out the hat but they're trying to sew Discord in chaos so the latest Democratic strategy has to do with RFK and ballot inclusion involves a multifaceted approach by the Democratic party to both legally challenge and strategically counterfeit his independent presidential campaign so here's what they're doing they're challenging the ballot access Democrats through a Democratic National Committee the DNC and state democratic parties have escalated efforts to block RFK from appearing on ballots Across the Nation this includes filing legal challenges against his ballot petitions in various States scrutinizing them for any violation of local laws this is what they had been doing the strategy aims to keep RFK off ballots thereby potentially maintaining voter support for President Biden by preventing vote splitting Publican political perception there is a sentiment among the Democrats are forcing rfk's name onto swing state ballots even after he expressed intentions to withdraw allegedly to manipulate voter Dynamics in favor of KLA Harris or against Donald Trump this suggests a perception of election interference although these claims are based on post and I I I I could see them doing this and do not reflect official Democratic strategies I don't I don't so you know we don't actually have of course when we have when we have stuff coming from mainstream media you know half more than half of is not true I mean I can see them doing that I could I can absolutely see them doing that I don't have any facts to back that up other than that's what a lot of people are reporting but I can see them doing that campaign finance and super pack involvement um you know what I'm going to skip this story I'm going to skip it I thought it was a little bit more interesting um so our next story we're going to talk about Comm paris's tax plan so she's got several key components aimed at raising revenue and providing tax relief but I'm going to tell you where these things just don't make sense or hold water it's like when they giveth with one hand and taketh with another it's just like they gave us $1,600 but it pushed up inflation so we more than paid for it in Spades so she's going to do a corporate tax rate increase she proposes to go from 21 to 28% this and is intended to generate significant Revenue estimated in hundreds of billions over a decade which could help fund her policy initiatives now what do you think is going to happen if corporations have to pay more taxes that's right and inflation is going to go higher because they're not going to go but so low on their profit margins and we already know Walmart and Kroger are at 1 and 2% and Walmart when they negotiate prices they are such a big buyer that they pretty much tell you what they're going to char what you're going to charge them that's how they negotiate they big boy so if they're at one or two% then you can rest assured that these products they have in their store are making less of a profit margin than they were at a lower price you can rest assured of that so everybody's hurting so if you tax them go from 21 to 28% that money is going to then be passed on to the consumer which is going to drive inflation up but she doesn't think she doesn't understand econom omics and she obviously doesn't doesn't surround herself with an economist um and if she does he doesn't he doesn't hold his weight ins salt I mean she somebody's got to tell her I mean God Almighty I mean the people that gave her all that money you think they'd call her and say hey wait a sec we're going to send an economist down there they're going to help you plan some of this stuff you're coming out with tax on unrealized capital gains this is one of the good ones a significant aspect of her plan targets the wealthiest Americans by proposing a tax on unrealized capital gains households with more than 100 million in net assets would be subject to a minimum tax of 25% on their combined income and unrealized capital gains this is part of a broader strategy to ensure that wealthier individuals pay what Harris's campaign describes as their fair share now these people already pay they buy more expensive stuff that means the more expensive stuff has the same percentage of tax but the tax is higher because it's more expensive but don't think for a minute that if if she does this that in the future it will trickle down to the middle class and it works if it works cuz it always does it always does it it always does it there's never a time where it doesn't trickle down so she's talking about child tax credit and other tax cuts for lower and middle income families Harris's plan includes expanding the child tax credit introducing new tax credits like a $66,000 credit for parents or newborns and other targeted tax relief measures these are designed to offset the cost of living increases and provide direct Financial benefits to families no that's why I say it giveth and taketh so you're going to drive inflation up more and then you're going to give us a tax credit but you've already driven inflation up so much that it cost 11 to $12,000 more to live the same as you did in 2022 with 11 for 11 or $12,000 less now you're going to drop inflation up more and you're going to give us a few thousand extra on tax credit okay we still end up coming down at the poop end of the stick letting Trump's tax cuts expire Harris's plan would allow certain tax cuts enacted under the Trump Administration to expire which could lead to a tax increase for about 62% of households according to some analysis this is her is part of her strategy to fund new spending and reduce deficits so if it's going to increase 62% of households that means it's going to hit the middle class you see how they play the smoke and mirrors all in tax corporations but the corporations are going to then end up taxing you more by raising the prices I'm going to give you a tax break but I'm going to let Trump's thing expire which is going to make your taxes go up so it's really going to offset but you're going to then have to pay more on inflation so you're really going to be end up losing money it's all a game to these people it's a dishonest hypocritical it's just the whole party is I mean the whole party is so screwed up it just it makes me so aggravated and then you do the look at these California and Oregon which I'm sure is going to move to other states 0% zero down home loans where they're giving illegal immigrants more than they give us citizens and they're using our taxpayer dollars to subsidize it it's just freaking crazy it just aggravates and then you look at how they're Federal government's given 22 times more to illegal immigrants than they are to homeless veterans you know there's just all this stuff going on that just really just aggravates the heck out of me overall revenues and spending the plan aims to raise approximately 5 trillion over 10 years through these tax increases now you would think okay well if it's going to raise that we pay some on our deficit nope which would fund around two trillion in new spending proposals indicating a significant fiscal policy shift towards higher taxation on corporations and and the wealthy not only that but 62% of Americans but you rest assured when the government says they're going to spend two trillion they spend six it never happens to to what they budget the discussions around Harris's tax plan reflect a broader economic strategy aimed at addressing inequality funding social programs and managing the F fiscal health of the government critics argue over the economic implications with some suggesting it might stifle economic growth which it will due to higher taxes on businesses and Investments while supporters see it as a necessary step towards a more Equitable tax system and the supporters are who want communism which always leads to Poverty these people never look at history or other countries what it's led to in other countries they just listen to the talking points to the Talking Heads to the misinformation that media is going to give it's it's it's it's so sad it really is just sad it's a sad situation when youve got so many and I call them sheeple they're just sheeps wandering around don't have a clue what's going on so KLA Harris the flip-flopper let's talk about what she's flip-flopped on she first now she's flip-flopped on electrical vehicle mandate with her campaign now stating that she does does not support an EV mandate this statement represents a significant shift or clarification from her previous positions and [Music] actions historical support Kamala Harris had previously supported legislation aimed at promoting electric vehicles noticeably she co-sponsored the zero emissions vehicle Act of 2019 which aimed to require a significant portion of new vehicle sales to be zero emission by certain deadlines indicating a push towards EVS recent campaign statements despite this history her campaign has now explicitly claimed that Harris does not support the neev Mandate this comes in response to criticisms and political Maneuvers especially in light of the B administrations push towards electrification including regulations set by the EPA to convert half of new car sales to Electric by 2030 now what you want to bet that all this stuff that she's pushing against now this is to try to get the gas and the oil Industries um and the unions and the people you know that are manufacturing the gas vehicles this is try to try to get their support no I don't support EVS what you want to bet if she were to get an office that she's she's going to flipflop right back around on all these policies you sh no I don't support fracking or yes I support Frack excuse me no I I don't I I don't I don't not support it but she has spoken against it in the past all these things that she's coming out with that she's flip-flopped on you don't think she's going to flip-flop back if she gets office if you don't think that you are very gullible and very naive so public and political reaction this shift has been met with skepticism and commentary across social media platforms uh where users and political figures have noticed the apparent contradiction between her past legislative uh support and current campaign statements critics argue that this could be an attempt to appeal to a broader electorate or to distance herself from policies that might be unpopular or seen as too regulatory implications this move by Harris could be interpreted in several ways to adaptation to changing political winds an attempt to appeal to voters who are wary of government mandates or a strategic repositioning for potential future political campaigns however it also highlights the fluidity of policy positions in response to public sentiment and political strategy the conversation around Harris's stance on EV mandates reflects broader debates on Environmental Policy govern government regulations in the automotive industry and how political figures navigate their public positions in response to both policy commitments and elector electoral policy politics KLA Harris has recently shifted her stance again she has flip-flopped on the border wall now supporting the allocation of funds for its construction along the US Mexico border are you serious you had 3 and 1/2 years to fix the border and now you're supporting Trump's idea of a wall are you serious this is represents a significant change from her previous positions where she described the border wall as unamerican and a medieval vanity project during the Trump Administration this policy shift was highlighted in discussions around a bipar border wall which included funding for the wall a bill that Harris has endorsed a previous stance Harris had vinant opposed the wall calling it ineffective and a waste of taxpayer money she pledged to block any funding for it current stance now as part of her campaign and in response to political pressure Harris has embraced a tougher stance on border security including support for the wall this move aligns with a broader strategy to appeel to a more Centrist or conservative voter base moving away from from some of her earlier Progressive policies now is she really alienating her Progressive roots or do they know that she's going to flip she's not going to do a border wall there's no way she's going to do a border wall not happening so political implications this flip-flop has been met with criticism from Republicans and some commentators accusing her of inconsistency however supporters and some within her campaign argue that this reflects a pragmatic approach to border security aligning with a bipartisan effort to address immigration challenges public sentiment there are mixed reactions with some users pointing out the irony of Harris's adopting a policy she once criticized While others defend her by saying she's supporting a broader bipartisan approach to border security which includes wall funding but isn't solely about the wall now these are all the same supporters that she had when she spoke out V vinant against it these people just go with the wind where whichever way it blows this change in policy underscores Harris's attempt to navigate the complex political nav uh landscape of immigration policy aiming aiming to present herself as tough on board security while still appealing to a broader electorate so let's talk about Dei for a minute it has come under scrutiny and Boe people that make the planes and its hiring practices have been a focal point of debate and scrutiny especially in the wake of several incidents involving Boeing aircrafts here's a synthesis of the latest sentiments and discussions public and political scrutiny there's been significant criticism particularly from conservative figures and commentators suggesting that Boeing's emphasis on dni might be compromising safety and quality standards this perspective often highlights incidents like the midair panel blowout on a Boeing 737 max9 and other safety concerns linking these events Al Bet controversially to Dei hiring practices what did they think was going to happen when they didn't hire people for merit they hired them for their skin color I mean we had FBI agents retired and active coming out talking about um and I think some National Security people coming out and talking about how it was if we if we put the uh Dei into those government agencies how it was going to um put our national security at threat because we would be lowering our standards and that was going to threaten our national security you don't threat you don't think it's going to threaten the quality of airplanes because you don't hire people based on their Merit it has to be based on Merit hiring people has to be based on Merit it cannot be based on skin color it has to be based on what they're made up of on their Merit on their qualifications it's common sense and by gosh if you're going to do it don't do it in a company where you're manufacturing things that can cost people their human that can cost human [Applause] lives so corporate and legal response Boeing alongside its suppliers like Spirit AOS systems has faced investigations and public inquiries into how the policies might affect their operational Integrity for instance Texas Attorney General Kim Paxton requested Dei related documents from Spirit era systems indicating a broader strategy to challenge the corporate Dei policies by suggesting they might lead to lower quality in Workforce and products industry and public sentiment there is a mixed bag of reactions on platforms like X and other platforms um commentators there uh some people are expressing prioritizing Dei of over Merit which it does others argue that these criticisms May might be overblown or politically motivated which they're not the sentiment often revolves around whether Dei initiatives inherently lead to less qualified individuals being hired so you're going to D dilute the quality of your work environment and your product if you don't hire um based on Merit that's it that's the bottom line that's what it is so musk has offered a global access to SpaceX for emergency calls where it's programmed to any phone in the world can make an emergency call an emergency communication um disaster stricken areas anywhere in the world can use that satellite system it'll be a global thing so he's offered it um so it's not it's not limited to T-Mobile customer or starlink subscribers it's it's it's everyone uh the service is designed to be Global and the thing that's holding him up is he's got to get go through the red tape of getting every country that wants access to it he's got to go through their government there's so much red tape in getting I mean you would think that he could just provide the service that anybody that needed to make an emergency call especially in a disaster uh stricken area could do it you wouldn't think the government would want to step in stand in the way of people making emergency calls but he's got to go through every government agency you know they want to micromanage everything so our last story it's about the F FDA and their misinformation and how they got hit with a lawsuit and I think they settled the lawsuit which means they admitted guilt it was a lawsuit by doctors who argued that the fda's statements on icton interfered with their medical practice by discouraging the use of the drug for treating covid-19 the FDA um put post about it being horse medicine um they settled the suit but in the suit they said we're going to give you this money but part of it is we're not going to admit to any wrongdoing they wouldn't have given money if they didn't do wrong the government's not in the business of just giving money out we know that so I you know that that's that's that so basically it's cool if government agencies want to give you misinformation about treatments that doctors recommend but it's not cool if you want to put out information so let's put this in perspective the FDA put out misinformation about Iver mechon but if you went on the social media platforms that the government was strong arming and putting pressure on and put out that they put out misinformation and that ior mechon was effective You Not only would probably have that taken down but you would either be kicked off for an amount of time or you would just be kicked off for providing misinformation about Co so the government can do it but but you can't do what I say not what I do and you know how they get around it you know how they get around it that's why I do respect what Zuckerberg's come out and done now you know it is a little late but he has come out and done it you know how to get around him you know how to get around violating your constitutional rights on these platforms is the fact that it's a private business they strong arm a private business now if it if they had anything to do with it they would have to uphold your constitutional rights but because it's a private business the business can decide what they consider misinformation or what they want you to be able to post because they're a private business now you can in turn try to sue them but these businesses are so big that you'll be held in litigation for years and nobody can afford that and it's not even worth it so you know it's basically a conundrum that nobody can fix I mean I guess unless you're just like super rich and you just do it for uh you know chits and Giggles that's that's that's the only that's the only uh the only the only people that can actually afford to do it so anyway anyway um that's what's happening right now that's all eight typed pages of what's happening and uh I will finish this with I hope you guys have a great day I don't think I think this is a video that's going to be viewed later or people are viewing it right now so I don't think I've got anybody on here to ask any questions or do any q&as with so you know normally this is a time where we do Q&A we do any kind of debates we do stuff like that but I don't think I have anybody right this second so what I will say is you guys have a great day uh those of you that are going to watch it later I hope you had a great day and um I hope you will come back and join me tomorrow at 11:00 this week I'm doing 11 Central Time 12 Eastern Standard Time next week I'm doing 6 Central Standard Time 7 Easter Standard Time and the following week I'm doing two Central Standard Time three Eastern Standard Time and I'm going to see which one actually does the best if any of them make a difference because YouTube is really just like stifling all my stuff right now so you know we'll see if any of them make a difference that's kind of what I'm dealing with right now um I'm actually you know figuring out X more than I am YouTube because I I was really doing well on YouTube and then they just kind of put a stop on everything um when this Camala stuff started going on and I'm not going to go into detail but anyway um so I'm I'm changing the times up seeing which one's going to work best for me so that's what the schedule is uh this is the week of the I don't know if it tells the video but this is the 28th it's not it is a Wednesday so for the rest of this week all the way until Sunday I will be at here at 11: Central Standard Time 1200 Eastern Standard time so please join me and then I'll give you a reminder when I'm going to switch to um 6 next week 6 and 7 depending on Central and Eastern and then I'll give you another reminder when I'm going to switch to two and three and we'll see what works best you guys have a great day thank y'all that joined me and thank youall that watch it later and I hope you got a lot from it uh we went over a lot of stuff and uh I'll see you later thank you so much
