EATING ALDI FAST FOOD DUPES FOR 24 HOURS | Greggs, McDonald’s & Dominos dupes

hello and welcome back to my Channel or welcome if you're brand new here for today's video I'm going to be spending 24 hours eating only Al day fast food jups if you're from the UK or America actually I know America has an L day but I don't know if it's the same thing I know it's the same kind of shop but I don't know if they do fast food jips I don't know but if you're from the UK you know that Aldi does fast food jups as such and I have actually filmed a video previously trying the McDonald's range from Al day this video here but today I'm going to be spending 24 hours eating the different dupes so I have things like Gregs McDonald's and dominoes just a we trigger warning I will be speaking about calories in this video not so much calorie counting I just kind of want to compare the calories that are in the real deal and the AL fast food dup so if that's going to be triggering for you please don't watch this video um and I'll see you in my next one so if you want to see what I'm going to be eating for the day and the kind of range of fast food dups Aldi has just keep watching right the lighting in the rest of my house isn't the best but we're just going to have to deal with that so we are in my kitchen now we we're probably going to spend a lot of today's video so it is 11:00 that's my usual time for eating breakfast I'm quite a late eater I can't eat first thing in the morning and I had a we Ling because it's my day off work so for breakfast today I have picked up this pack of four sausage rolls obviously these are supposed to to be your Gregs and they're from the brand Crestwood and you bake them in the oven for 30 minutes I'm not going to lie I have had these before and I do really enjoy them and used to buy them regularly to go with my sausage roll I'm going to have some hash browns and obviously these are supposed to be your McDonald's hash browns I have also tried these before and I used to buy them regularly because they are so so good so I'm going to put these in air fryer put this in the oven and then come back and show you my breakfast so my breakfast is made I do like to overcook a lot of things because I really like my hash Brands crispy and this really didn't need 30 minutes in the oven like the package said but this is how we're looking I'm also adding some tomato sauce and no I'm not a tomato sauce snob this is £149 for the shop across from my house doesn't eat behinds I have looked up the calorie intake and the calorie difference for what I have in front of me and the real deal so my Aldi sausage roll 41 has 269 calories in it a Greg sausage roll has 331 calories in it my Aldi hash browns are 88 calories each and I have two of them and in one McDonald's hash brown there's 127 calories so I'm going to taste test this and then I'm going to watch some YouTube and continue with my day because I have a busy day ahead of me I really do I have been stressing because me and Harry go down to England tomorrow we have four different plans so tomorrow which is Thursday we are going to scarra to see corn and that was our original plan that was all we had to begin with and then on the Friday we're going to spend the day in York I'm so excited for that I've always wanted to go to York I just think it looks so so nice this Saturday we're meeting up with Jamie who we met at download festival and we're going to go with him and go a blood St festival for the day so we're getting to see what another Festival looks like because obviously we've only been to download um for like metal festivals then on the Sunday we're meeting up with a f group that we met download and we're going for dinner and drinks for them so I will return to Scotland on Monday I'm a bit scared um if you're in the UK and some Americans actually I've seen lots of Americans talking about this on Tik Tok um there is a lot of RI happening across towns and cities in England at the moment it is so scary for me as a white female never mind people of color which a lot of the riots are targeting which is so so sad this is probably really selfish and possibly ignorant of me to say but I'm quite scared to actually go down to England um which is just our sister country basically it's literally right next to STS on the map so it's disappointing it's disgusting but it's also frightening so I'm going be bit up to hi though because obviously I know I'm going to England tomorrow but that's a bit scary anyway let me try my food I'll hold it here until I try it so firstly the hash browns obviously I have tried these before and I absolutely love them I already stopped selling them for a while so I was so glad that they were back in stock that crunch I honestly like these better than the McDonald's ones I'm not actually a big fan at McDonald's breakfast I was going to get the muffin patties to make a McMuffin at home but two reasons I didn't make it one they are never in my Ai and two I don't really like them I maybe like them better if I made them at home but I'm not a big McDonald's breakfast person I will eat it if like whoever I'm with want to get it but I'll never like crave a McDonald's breakfast ever let's try this sausage roll obviously it looks a bit different from the Gregs one here we go I honestly love these sausage rolls they might need to become a regular thing in my weekly shop again yeah have kind of bit off like Greg sausage rolls anyway if I go and get a sausage roll I will always get the vegan one I prefer the vegan one so much more so yeah like I said we are going down England tomorrow and we're coming back next Monday it is currently wedes day Harry's cousin is kindly staying in her house to look after the cats while were away so that means the full house needs to be cleaned from top to bottom so I did make a start on that yesterday day after work and I got a decent amount done and today I need to just finish the rest it I also want to do my nails it's not disastrous if I don't they are still fine no major chips I still have a video to edit that I would kindly want to have edited and uploaded before we go need to finish pack my bag I have planned all my outfit so so it's not so stressful and yeah just have household things to get done that is my plan for today in between filming this video so I'm actually glad I chose to film this video today because getting to eat like fake takeaway food for each my meals in between being Cinderella it's like a we treat right I'm going to put you on a time lapse while I finished my [Music] breakfast that breakfast was 10 out of 10 if you have not tried the McDonald's hash browns from Al day go and buy them I could literally eat them every single day and I will because I know they're back in AI now so I will continue to buy them so that is my breakfast done 10 out of 10 would recommend both of the IMs but yeah I will see you all for lunch so it's a week hour later now it's quter 2 in the afternoon I've done more cleaning around the house and for the last hour and a bit I have been editing a video and I am so tired see staring at that screen I'm absolutely shattered so now it's time to make my lunch and I'm absolutely buzzing about what I'm going to have for lunch let me show you this is what I'm having for lunch okay I'm going to have some spicy chicken nuggets so I've tried the normal nuggets from this range but I've never tried the spicy ones the spicy ones were actually the only ones that were there they only had the big stack Burger which I've had before which was absolutely disgusting these nuggets and the chips they didn't even have the chicken strips the normal nuggets the other burger that they had they never had any of that it's like it the same so I'm going to try the spicy McNuggets I also haven't tried the chips so we have the fries to go with that and then this next thing isn't even in the McDonald's range but tell me these are the cheese baits for McDonald's natural cheese baits no they are in my top three cheese bites from McDonald's and they have anal so this is what I'm having for my lunch I can't wait so I have cooked my McDonald and the chips actually came with a we pack how cute is that the chicken nuggets also came with to dips so we have the barbecue and the sweet chili I'm going to try both and see if there's any similarities to these and the real deal I remember when I tried the McDonald's drinks from Aldi before the dips were very very similar so I'm going to try both these and see if they're similar as well H it smells more like the Burger King barbecue sauce so like Hines barbecue sauce this doesn't smell like the sweet chili sauce either but we'll see when we taste them the chips don't look like McDonald's chips because I have overcooked them right let's try the sweet chili sauce no not McDonald's sweet chili sauce at all that is so disappointing because the last time I tried these dips they did taste similar the barbecue is more on point than the sweet chili let's see if these spicy nuggets taste anything I don't have anything to compare them to cuz I can't remember if I actually tried the real McDonald's spicy nuggets I think I did but it was that long ago I'm not going to be able to remember I will say they have the same shape and the same kind of consistency to McDonald's nuggets the thing that I'm most excited for the natural cheese bites watch me burn my mouth off with this but I am so excited for these oh my God they are identical identical so before I put you on a time lapse I'm going to go through the calories that are in the Aldi dupes and the real McDonald's food so the Aldi fries in half of the box cuz you got two portions out of the box it is 186 calories and then for a medium fries from McDonald's is 337 calories I mean McDonald's fries are so much better better than these nothing is going to top McDonald's fries so for six of the chicken nuggets is 300 calories and a six piece chicken nugget from McDonald's is 261 so the Audi version is actually more calories than the real deal that is meal the natural cheese bites for four of them from Al day is 264 calories and then a 4 count of the McDonald's natural cheese bites are 233 calories so the Aldi version is actually more calories for the chicken nuggets and the natural cheese bites right I'm got to put you on a time lapse I'm going to finish my lunch and try not to fall asleep I am so tired but I actually have so much I still need to do [Music] that was my lunch I'm going to wait quite a few few hours now until I have dinner because I am stuffed so it is a lot later now it is4 8 and it's time for dinner I'm sitting my room because har is making dinner in the kitchen at the moment and it's not quiet so I'm in my room so for dinner we are having this fully loaded pizza and obviously this is supposed to be Domino's this was the closest pizza to my Domino's order so it's fully loaded so it's mozzarella cheese pepperoni chili beef and ham and then we have the cheese and garlic bread so obviously that looks just like Domino's and then to dip it all in we have the big tub a garlic and herb dip again Domino's dup or what so we have the pizza and the garlic bread the cookie may have to wait till another day because once I eat this I don't think I'm going to have any room for that cookie so I'm going to take my first bites here and then go through time lapse sh when I'm sitting on the couch watching TV Because unless you can't tell I'm sh just SP that away myself oh oh my God that is identical to Dominoes the only thing I think that would make this pizza better is if it barbecue based cuz that is what I usually get for dominoes but this is just just normal base I mean it's got similarities to Domino's pizza but nothing's going to be Domino's Pizza still good though I'm going to go back to couch you need the rest and put you on a time lapse [Music] it's F name um sofil but I'm going to make it just so I can try it this is a big cookie this is probably going to be the hardest thing to judge because Domino's cookies comes in a four I have two now and this is just one so oh it smells nice very similar to dominal
