Hi everyone. I am so excited to introduce
a brand new, special sequel of Father of the Bride, called Father of The Bride Part Three-ish. The filmmakers and the cast of
the Father of the Bride movie have have reunited after 25 years to raise
money for World Central Kitchen, an incredible organization that
has served over 20 million meals. To children and families and
seniors and frontline workers across America during the pandemic. So, if you can please join me
and the entire cast of Father of the Bride and making a donation
by visiting the link below, it would be so appreciated. And in the meantime, let's all watch
Father of the Bride Part Three-ish and see how the Banks
family is doing in 2020. George! Time for the Zoom with the kids. George! Matty said it was important. I'm just washing my hands! One more "Happy Birthday" to go! You're only supposed to say it twice. They'll do it 10 times. Oh, am I the first one on? Sorry! I'm here, Mom. Oh look at you,
you shaved your quarantine beard. Well I had to, Rachel hated it. Oh honey, It's great to see your face again. How's the writing going? There will be new comedy
on TV at some point, Mom. Just not sure when. Hey guys! Matty you shaved, It looks so good. How you doing, Mom? Oh, I'm hanging in there, sweetie. Did you let Dad back
in your room yet? Oh, no, not yet. He's been a little too much
right now, even for him. He's driving me just, a little bit crazy. Oh, I love how some
things never change. After 50 years of marriage,
he can still drive you crazy. 20 weeks sheltering at home. Just the two of us. Oof, oh and he just retired so... Exactly. I mean It's the first time in his life
he doesn't have a job. And now this happens. It's been a lot, kids. He's in the guest room, it's all good. Hey mom, where's the baby? I'm right here! Hey, sorry. I had to get out a work email. Oh, Mom, you look so nice. Yeah, I put on a little lipstick, you know. Oh my God, Matty, you shaved. Welcome back. Hey, where's my birthday twin. Why is he always the last one
to get on every family Zoom. Hang on, I'll text him. Annie, I'm really into that sweater. You are? I just bought it online,
but you know, I'm thinking it's a little young for me. I'm going to send it to you. You will? Yeah. Thank you. Hey, what's up guys? I was just getting on. Hi nanny. Hi Georgie. Hiya Mom. Hi honey. Are you good? You look good. Mom, we talked two hours ago. I know, but I couldn't see you then. Well, I'm still good. Okay. Are you going to send
us a new song soon? Yes, yeah, I'm almost
finished with a new one. Meggie, I am very sorry
about last night. Yeah, me too. Guys, we were FaceTiming
and he fell asleep, while we were talking. Okay, well, it was
one in the morning, so. My apologies. Where's poppy? Where is poppy? George? We're all here, come on! George? Hey everybody! You know what I just figured out? George, why are you wearing a mask? Oh, because I was just outside
and I forgot I had it on. Okay, so, alright. Now I have to take it off
without touching it or my face. And I just washed my hands, so. Oh, this'll do it. You see what I'm living with? All right, now look, so I was
just outside measuring and for our family
to all sit around a table and have a meal
and be six feet apart. We need a 54 foot table, but
divide that by two sides, also six feet apart, we just
needed a 27 foot by 72 inch table. So, either I have to buy
the house next door to have room for the table or we're never going to
be able to eat together again. I need to see my family in
person and not on a screen. Nina, how much do you miss them?
Look at them. What are we, the Schmaltz family? Oh, I wish I'd been there that day, you pretended to be moving. We weren't pretending
he sold the house. I mean, who needs this old shack? Now look at it. Okay. That was a bit of a mistake. Hey Matty, you shaved,
what's the occasion? Uh, well- Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait.
Speaking of mask, before I forget. Sorry Matt, one second. Everybody have what
they need, mask-wise? Yep. Let me get my list, hang on. Okay. How are you doing
on rubber gloves? Anyone need refills? The first thousand you
sent are still good, poppy. I only sent a thousand? How about zinc, you got zinc? Vitamin C? Alcohol? Oh! Did the pulse oximeters arrive? Yep, got mine, pops. Mine too. I love mine, I use it daily. Excellent, now anybody find
Clorox Wipes online? You know, you can wake
me up at any hour if you're up shopping and see them. I just- I'll just get
enough for everybody. Nina, do I know where my Tums are? Right in the drawer, George. Okay, what else? You still leaving your packages
outside for a few days, right? I know they say the virus doesn't
live on cardboard that long, but just to be safe, still do it. Then disinfect with gloves,
mask, open with scissors, then disinfect the scissors. And everyone's changing their
shoes when they come inside, right? Yep. Copy that. Dad, we still have that booklet that
you wrote with the instructions. I memorized it. Thank you. Now, most of you aren't responding
to my forwards anymore, but show of hands, who's still reading them? Okay. Okay, I know you all think
I'm an overreactor, but sometimes overreacting
is not overreacting. And this is one of those situations
I've never had anything this huge to overreact to, except the wedding. Of course. Dad! You're comparing my
wedding to the pandemic? No, you know what I mean. I heard it was a lot, Annie. Epic. Okay guys, anyway. Hi everyone. Sorry, I had to stop by the office.
What I miss? What's up dad. Oh, that's exactly
what I want to know. Matty never initiates the zoom. What is up? Okay, well I was waiting
for everyone to attend so, here's the reason I shaved
and the reason why we're Zooming, since Rachel and I had
to postpone our wedding until who knows when,
I just decided that I don't want to wait anymore. I don't blame you. I don't either. So Mom, Dad. I met a girl online and
we're getting married. Ahhhhh! Oh my God. Are you getting married
right now on the Zoom? Of course not, that's ridiculous. You can't do that. Actually, that is the plan, Dad. Yeah. Oh, wait, I think Dad-
did Dad freeze? George? Oh no, he's frozen. What? No I'm not! I'm not frozen, I was
just thinking, say this again. Okay, we've been together for six years and I don't want to wait anymore. And I just hope that
she feels the same way. Oh, wait a minute,
you mean she doesn't know? No, I'm about to
tell her or ask her, I mean. Wow, that is pretty romantic actually. Hold on. If she says yes, then you're
going to marry her right now. Right now. Come on, I was looking forward to
being father of the groom. Well, you're still
father of the groom. I mean, at a big wedding
I didn't have to pay for. I've waited almost 30 years
to be father of the groom. And now her dad is getting
out of paying for the wedding. I just wanted to be a guest
and see all the food and all those flowers,
dance to the band. Know I didn't have to pay for any- Was this her father's idea? Of course not. George. Really, Dad? I guess you're really looking
forward to my wedding day, Dad. Of course I am, you're my baby. And when will it be? I'm not getting any younger,
you know, I mean, you don't want an 80 year old shuffling you
down the aisle in his bathrobe. Why would you be in your bathrobe? I'm in sweats for Matty's wedding. Her father not paying for the wedding is what you're going to focus on, right now? At this moment in history, at this moment in our family's history, our son is about to
get married right this minute and we're here to see it. This is joyful, George. Personally, I think this is a
brilliant beyond brilliant idea. Thank you. Okay, no it's not what I want
to focus on right now. I mean, you know, kind of,
I kind of do a little. I feel like I'm bailing you
out of jail again, George. Why do I have to point
these things out to you? Oh, I love that story too. The hot dog buns. Uh, we missed some
good stuff, Georgie. Yeah, well you're not going
to miss this one, okay? So guys, Rachel has worked a
24 hour shift at the ER yesterday and they put her up at a hotel
just for safety, but I know she slept a bunch today and I told her the Zoom
was starting right now. But remember, she
doesn't know anything. So, Banks family part one,
Are you ready? Ready! Banks family part two? On it. Oh, this is the best. Hey. Oh, hi Rachel! Hi! Hey Rache. Oh, everyone's here already. I'm sorry, am I late? No, not at all!
You came right on time. It was perfect timing. Perfect time, I'd say
couldn't be more perfect. So Rachel, how are you doing? Everything okay? Yeah, yeah, I'm good. They put us up in
this super nice hotel. The hospital wants us to
quarantine after our shift, so. We are so proud of you. Thank you. And thank you,
George, for the masks. I mean, everyone in the
ER was really grateful. N95's too, that's incredible. You sent masks to the hospital? just a- just a few hundred. And he sent pizza for 50 people. It's the least I could do,
you're a doctor. I'm just a worrier. Hey, Rache. I have a question for you. Kind of a big one. Okay. Will you marry me? Yes, I will Matt. That's why we're engaged. Oh, you shaved? Yeah, I shaved. I didn't want to look
like a mountain man in our wedding pictures. Rachel, I don't want to not be
married to you for one more day. And I don't know how, or when we are ever having that wedding in
Tuscany and lately, I don't think any of that
actually even matters. It's just us that matters. It's you and me being
together forever. You know, I knew almost
immediately after meeting you that we would one day get married. And I didn't necessarily think
that it would be on a Zoom, during a pandemic but, I knew that we were the ones
that were supposed to meet and find our way to this moment. So, I was thinking, everyone's here. Let's seize that moment. What do you say we get married
right here, right now. So this is like a
surprise party wedding? Kind of. You know what, lately I've
been thinking the same thing. I mean, what are we waiting for? Okay, let's do it. Let's get this party started. Matt by the way, doing it this way. It's so inexpen- George. Inexplicably great. Oh Matty, I wish my dad was here. Well, then the timing on this
thing is working out crazy great. Okay, three, two, one. Hello. Hi! Hey James. Well it looks like I'm a tad overdressed. I don't know.
No, you look perfect. Good, mission accomplished. So sweetheart, are we doing this? We're doing it. We're doing it. Yay! And hello, Nina. Well, you look beautiful,
smashing as always. No, no, no, I know, I didn't, you know, I didn't
even know this was going to, you know, anyway. I mean, well, thank you.
Thank you, James. And hello, George. Congratulations, father of the bride. I'm taking away your mantle, George. It's all yours, James. So tell us, how is this
actually all happening? Yeah, who's going to officiate? Hello! I hear you, but I can't see nobody. How do I do this, Matthew? Help your Uncle Franck. Press the video camera button
on the bottom of the screen. Lower left! Oh! Hello, everybody. And where is the lovely bride? Right here. Of course, we met before,
I remember now. Surprise, you're having a wedding! Oh, I love how you look. Very 2020, the year
we all spent in our sweats. Not me of course,
but everybody else. Oh my God, I saw Anna Wintour
on Instagram wearing a sweater. I almost lost my mind. What? But this is very chic, I like that. At least you're wearing pants. Most people in the Zoom
have no bottoms at all. Oh my God, this just
gets better and better. Where are you, Franck? Ciao Georgio! Where does it
look like I am? Big guess! Well, based on "Ciao Georgio," I'd say, Italy? Bango popula! You know that's where they were
going to have the wedding. So I decided to bring
Tuscany to Zoom land. Looks pretty real, you know. The leaves don't move and I'm as big
as the mountains, but okay. Let's get married. I can't believe this is happening. Nina, our son is getting married. I know. Honey, I wish I could walk
you down the aisle. Me too, Dad, but this is
safer for you, for everyone. Oh, I love her. Oh, I almost forgot! Go to your mini bar. Rachel, there's something there for you. My money bar? Your mini bar! Mini bar, okay. Okay, be right back. I love you, Nina. I love you, George. Dearly belated. What the- We are gathered here today to watch this union of
two hearts and two souls, and to celebrate their love
and our love for them. Matthew, when you asked me to, officiate, how do you
say that in English? Officiate. Okay. Officiate your wedding, you gave me
the greatest honor of my life. About love, a great Chinese philosopher
once said to me, being deeply in love- Matty amazes me. Just like Nina, he's always calm, always centered, always a little ahead of the rest of us. We parents never fully see
our children as grownups. We look at them and can still see
the little kid they used to be. The memories of all those
moments we shared stay with us. Not just the big ones,
the ones we all have photos of. But the little ones.
It's especially those memories, The ones you'd think
you might forget over time, that we treasure the most. And then before you know it, your little boy, is a man. A man you look up to. And now he's about to
be someone's husband. Okay, here we go! Game time. Please repeat after me as your
place the ring on your finger. Oh, wait, I don't have a ring. Oh! Shave in the heaven, my mistake. Honey, honey, look in the
drawer in the desk. It was her mom's. All right, here we go. Matthew, repeat after me: I give you this ring
as a symbol of my love. I give you this ring
as a symbol of my love. And as a reminder
that I am forever by your side. And as a reminder that
I am forever by your side. Now Rachel. I give you this ring
as a symbol of my love. And as a reminder that I
am forever by your side. I understood that. Matthew, do you take
Rachel to be your partner, your best friend
and your lovely, wedded wife to love for all of time? I absolutely do. And Rachel, do you take Matthew- I do! Okay, to the point. Well I- I think we're done with this. Someone's in a hurry, okay. By the power invested in me
by the state of California. I now pronounce you
husband and wife. Can I say something
sort of a first toast? Of course, popula. I know you all know what I'm like, I can sometimes take things
a little too far, but this wedding, this moment we
just shared was so sweet. It's so spectacular. I couldn't be prouder of my family, we're happier for Matt and Rachel. We're living in a tough time. And we don't know exactly how to do
this or how it's going to turn out. But we've managed to stay okay. All these months, because
we have each other. And now, thank God we have
a doctor in the family! You have no idea how
happy that makes me. I love you all. And kids, I wish you every happiness that I've shared with
your mom these past 50 years. And James, welcome to the family! I'll hug you in 2021. Exactly. And Nina, one last thing, will you
please let me back into our room? I will, George. Pack up buddy. Okay, love subject, but it's
a wedding, everything works. Now, one last surprise to celebrate
this fabulous moment, a song I know we love. Performed by the one and only, George MacKenzie. Georgie! ♪ Someday, when I'm awfully low. ♪ ♪ When the world is cold. ♪ ♪ I will feel her glow
