all right guys so the uh immediate media reaction to the Trump VCA debate and um I guarantee you Trump has not been sleeping at night now I guarantee you he's not been sleeping at night because he is uh Furious and desperately trying to cling to some semblance of a narrative that says no actually I won and I did great by the way he's already saying he doesn't want to do another debate and he's saying he doesn't want to do another debate because hey KLA asked for it immediately after this last debate and that proves that I won because you know like a UFC fighter or an MMA person the second they lose they're like hey I want a rematch I want a rematch that's why she's saying it cuz she lost that's why she's saying it meanwhile every poll is like bro you got absolutely railroaded so first let's go to Chris Wallace former Fox News host he's now on CNN uh By the way when he was at Fox News everybody knows this he was one of the relatively more moderate Republicans he's more of a center right guy he's more of like a Mitt Romney conservative than he is a Trump Republican um so he still believes in the low taxes and the deregulation and the wars and all that stuff but he's more hey don't try to steal the election maybe he's more one of those guys but he comes out and he goes in here we go kamla Harris pitched a shut out uh on almost every subject I can think of she shut Trump down on abortion she shut Trump down on January 6th in democracy she shut him down on National Security and turned to the former president and said the military leaders who served with you think that you're a disgrace and then as Dana mentioned very powerfully at the end made the point that she is the candidate of change and we need to turn the page from a a decade of division and polarization on substance I think she she pitched a shout out and I think she did on style as well I mean my the image of the debate to me is she's there happy smiling expressive shaking her head uh and dismay at things Trump was saying and Trump looked angry scowling she was looking directly at the audience he was looking at the moderators and arguing with them and something else he he Donald Trump look old tonight the mirror image of the Biden debate the mirror image of the Biden debate look Trump was unhinged in that debate too but relative to how Biden looked everybody thought oh he's way more with it he's way more together so he got he largely got a pass all the talk after that debate was how bad Biden did it wasn't necessarily how great Trump did Trump did great relative to a guy whose brain doesn't even really function anymore now look it all came out bro by the way so Trump saying he doesn't want to do another debate but he also said on Fox News if I do another debate I don't want Brett Bear and Martha mcallum to be the moderators cuz uh you know he doesn't think they're fair enough to him these are conservative people who do the absolute bare minimum in terms of uh pushing back against him he goes I want uh Sean Hannity and Jesse Waters oh my God this so embarrassing so they want to arrest the moderators of the last debate they want to take away the license and shut down ABC totally overturn the First Amendment no more free speech no more free press and now he's saying I don't want to do another debate but if I do I want Sean Hannity and Jesse Waters to to moderate it so that we can stack the deck in my favor by the way in 2016 for people who would say oh my God but you know the moderators were like sort of tough on Trump in 2016 there were many debates where they were too and not only did he handle that competently he flipped it and turned it into a positive for himself sparring with the moderators remember sparring with Megan M Megan McKelly with Megan Kelly and uh saying to her you know about women bleeding from certain places and he said I was only talking about Rosie odonna I was only or he called women fat pigs or something and he was like only Rosie odonnell and the audience exploded and everybody was like oh Trump's crushing them bro so even in instances where the moderators were kind of hostile to Trump he was able to handle that and flip it and turn it into a positive because he wasn't washed back then homie is washed bro homie is Celtics Shack to the max you want to say Suns Celtics you want to say um uh Shack Celtics you want to say sunshack or you want to say Celtic Shack or you want to say uh maybe Tracy McGrady on the Spurs right like this is what we're talking Trac M Grady on the Knicks this is what we're talking about bro so and by the way let's be clear yeah the reason why the the moderators did have to jump in at certain points and correct Trump real quick is because he was saying insane things like Democrats murder babies they support infanticide postbirth abortion you have to [ __ ] correct that you you can't you can't let that slide that's insane to let that slide it's a lialis comment lialis okay so there's uh Chris Wallace now let's go o the ultimate coper and Seether this is Jesse Waters watch this I don't think the American people are watching and thinking any of these people won wrong oh people have a very clear idea of who won this was rough this was pretty intense at times she started off shaky she regained her footing but I thought you was going to come out with some of these memorable lines all the memorable lines were from Donald Trump Run Spot rum sh I'm speaking does that sound familiar wake Joe Biden up at 4 o'clock in the afternoon and go get him to sign this thing to close the border I took a bullet because you said I was a threat to democracy and they're eating the pets he thought that was a good moment for Trump oh my God this guy's brain is so cooked Jesse you have to be minimally objective right I said and everybody I know every Lefty commentator I know said after the last debate Joe Biden got rocked because he did he cannot be honest he's bringing up weird comments that did not land at all from Trump as if they were the biggest and best zingers he's ever heard Run Spot Run what they're eating the pets and you thought that was a good moment for Trump everybody's laughing at him and everybody's laughing at you oh my God he's such a partisan hack if you're red Democrat you're like oh she did a great job she was much more forceful than Joe Biden if you're a republican you look at this and you're like that's Donald Trump he had some moments where you were like oh my God where are we going with this and then he just had some great knockouts oh and so this race just got tighter he is high off his ass zooted on hyper copium his eyes are bright red from the opium he is this close to oding on it what are you talking about son what guys again let me just be clear about bigger takeaways you cannot trust a word any of these [ __ ] people say cuz you look you know he knows he's not telling the truth you know you understand that it's like when you know Tucker got caught behind the scenes saying I hate Trump I despise him nothing positive came out of the Trump era I can't wait to never talk about him again I hate him with a passion and then in front of the cameras he was oh yes Trump is awesome and maybe he did win this election and these are liars they are liars they're not being honest with you being honest means even in moments like this where it's brutal for your side calling a spade a spade we all did that when Joe Biden got his ass whooped they can't do it he can't do it he he doesn't have it in him to be bare minimum honest either that or his brain is so far gone he has the online brain worms so severely that he genuinely thought those incredibly cringe moments for Trump were [ __ ] home runs oh my God incredible incredible but I still got more for you so this is uh Brit Hume Brit Hume is one of you know he's one of the more serious Fox News host who talks like this and he's 512 years old and he remembers back when uh Herbert Hoover was president and he supports Herbert Hoover and right-wing stuff so uh he's going to come out there and he does not sugarcoat this make no mistake about it Trump had a bad night uh he rose to the bait repeatedly when she baited him um something I'm sure his advisers had begged him not to do um you know in the first debate when Biden attacked him he just kept his cool and kept going um in this in this debate he rose to De and we heard so many of the old grievances that that we' long thought that Trump had learned were not winners politically and there they all were you know talking about how he didn't lose the election and all that I mean so my sense is that she came out of this in pretty good shape now how long this will last and and is is as anybody's guest but um for for tonight at least this was pretty much her night you're saying she had a good night I'm saying she certainly did Sean Hann is in I'm saying she certainly did well thank you Brit Hugh thank you for hitting the bare minimum threshold of honesty unlike Jesse Waters so um again you know how everybody knows he got routed look at the reaction from the right the reaction from the right is arrest the moderators shut down ABC basically the only person who's out there still pretending like he won is Donald Trump he's the only one he's the only one him and that whatever that was from Jesse Waters that pseudo half foot foot in half out semi attempt at a pathetic defense which imploded by the end of it they got nothing bro they got nothing so you got the snap polls immediately after and the focus groups which look devastating for Trump and you have there's no way to spin this this is exactly what happened after the last debate on CNN and MSNBC one of them uh one of the hosts was like look there's only so much spinning we can do that's what one of them said this is exactly where they're out now at now with Trump and watch what happens from here because Trump is very likely he's gonna find a fall guy he's going to find a scapegoat he's going to say hey it's your fault this happened who will it be I don't know will it be Tulsa gabard who helped him with the de B prep maybe will it be Chris levita again the guy who was the campaign manager and was just demoted a little bit maybe will it be somebody else who sort of helped in this process maybe but what he does in situations like this guys is he takes the people who are giving him the best advice and he axes them he pushes them to the side he falls back to who's the most sick of fantic who's going to kiss my ass and coddle my ball sack the most that's who I want close to me now and that's who I'm going to listen to so so very likely that's like Laura lumer that psychopath Cory lowski that criminal the people who kiss his ass the most are going to be the ones who he starts listening to more now which virtually guarantees he's going to handle it from here on out in the worst imaginable way he won't
