pretty empty oh it's actually really empty right now they got a pretty decent menu they have Homestyle French toast sticks TOS drinks how you doing can I help you can I please do the grilled chicken wrap just wrap or you want to go with that um I'm just going to do that and then can I do extra chicken uh can sure you're going to put extra chicken is going to it's not going to be folding like that way if you want a chicken extra on the plate I can give you a yeah if you want to put on the side so just grilled chicken wrap can I do double extra chicken and just charge me however way you want to charge me okay I'm going to add extra chicken right yeah double extra chicken double extra chicken yeah cuz I I do low calorie high protein meals I know it's okay sorry it comes with ranch right it come with ranch can I do no Ranch on it so what do you want on it do you have hot sauce we can give you a ghost pepper on the side yeah perfect and then I'll just take a fountain drink just let me let me see if I can do something for you for that okay yeah can I adjust you with that thing like extra chicken all right I manag it anything else sir and then just a fountain drink what you want can I drinks I'm going to show you some my favorite right here we got SE Gams you have ginger ale Mellow Yellow now it's gone now it's back okay so crrs they have zero sugar that's a really good option I don't think I've ever had that dude just get a regular Coke bro what's wrong with you no I can't do a regular Coke I'm Kidd I don't think this works okay so it's a one touch and go okay let's go let's go over here as I was saying some really awesome lowc calorie drinks aha is a really good one Sprite Zero font zero one of my favorite usually I've only seen Diet Coke and Coke Zero at these fast food places like KFC and Chick-fil-A if you see this machine get whatever you want it says zero sugar diet coke is always zero calor so we're going to get font zero no we're not now we're getting this there you go okay so we got different flavors we got orange cherry strawberry fruit punch grape Peach lime pineapple we're going to go with the classic orange and let's go find a seat you guys this one's always empty you notice that we can sit over here by ourselves is that me oh my God all right go back just real quick sauce is over here cool thank you so much is the hot sauce do you have hot sauce cool thank you and P napkins right in okay cool thank you so much is zero no this is definitely not zero calories all right so I'm going to get ketchup the ghost pepper ranch is I'm pretty sure I just said no Ranch but this has calories so play it safe you guys I'm getting ketchup on the side ketchup grilled chicken I think it works so right here so I got extra Chicken on the side for the grilled chicken wrap this looks actually really good dude that's a lot of chicken I'm going to be honest I'm looking at this price I don't know if I got charged for it all right so what I paid for this the grilled chicken wrap was $6.49 medium drink was $3.49 and the total was only $164 for this meal amazing probably one of the best deals I've seen all right let's go through the calories you guys we're going to take a quick break just to show you guys just got the meal shirts are now out 100% con this is a medium it fits true to size different colors 61 175 180 just got the meal sweaters you guys this one is a medium this one's under Hanes 50% cotton 50% polyester pretty comfortable as well on the inside you live in the colder States these will help warm you up they fit true to size below now back to the video the grilled chicken wrap is400 20 calories 27 g of protein I did no Ranch minus 50 calories I did double extra grow Chicken on the side I ordered this because we want to stay lean and in the best shape of Our Lives while eating out this total right here is 220 calories 40 g of protein I'm going to leave it like that right now they gave me ghost pepper but honestly I don't think this is low calorie I think this is like 50 calories I rather go with ketchup ketchup's a really good low calorie sauce option if they don't have hot sauce font is zero zero calories and then this is all for a total of 590 calories 67 g of protein let's see if it's worth it it's not bad it's worth it because it's cheap and the amount of chicken I got it's worth it
