Weekly Vegan Grocery Haul/ Food Lion, Harris Teeter & Publix! Dinner Plan/ All for $152

so this week I went to Food Lion hair Teeter in Publix and I got some really amazing deals that of course I'm excited to share with you all um first let me go over the meal plan for the week so last night we had red beans and rice the red beans and rice or the red beans mix that we got from Food Lion I think it was for free um or either it was really inexpensive it's been so wonderful like the kids and I have been having it for lunch at least once a week um but yesterday I had made lunch a little later and they weren't hungry cuz we had been snacking on fruit and stuff and so we actually end up having it for dinner so that was great for me cuz I just had to cook that once um tonight we are actually having pizza and bread sticks you can see my mixer back there I have my pizza dough it's rising a little bit now um Crimson place today and Carter is such a huge Clemson fan and so he requested pizza so he could watch the game and I am doubling it so that I don't have to do dinner so that's great for me um then we're going to do barbecue lentil sandwiches with COA and I'm going to make some fries Alexander's been asking for COA so I thought that would be perfect then we're going to do nachos but instead of using the tortilla chips I was watching acre Homestead and she actually sliced her potatoes very thinly and she used those as the base of the nachos and I thought that would be incredibly delicious so I want to try that um then we're going to do roasted bread pepper pasta with I'm just going to make a little rustic bread and some peas so last week I made or this week I made um some homemade bread and we had some of our tomatoes on a tomato sandwich with that homemade bread and oh my goodness it was phenomenal and so we have a couple more back there you can see there's what four and so um I think I'll probably making some bread for that either today or tomorrow so we can have tomato sandwiches again um then we're going to do jerk tofu bra cabbage and rice and this is from um sweet greens vegan or shaa Feliz I think it's her name here on YouTube and so I'm really excited to give that a try and then we're going to do Buffalo chickpea wraps that's just really easy to put together and then I'm going to do some roasted um potatoes I'm going to do the Yukon Gold and the sweet potatoes and I am really excited about all of these meals this week it's going to be a lot cooler it's going to cool down again um this week so I'm really excited about that it's going to feel like fall and I think all of these fit the bill all right let's get into the haul so here are all my goodies that I picked up from food this week so I got two things of tomato paste I'm making pizza tomorrow and I think I have one can left but I'm just I just went ahead and got two more um cuz I plan to double the pizza I got this huge head of cabbage I think this was 69 Cent a pound and then I got some muscadine grapes these smell absolutely incredible my mom was telling me about a pie that my grandma used to make my dad's mom um a muscadine whole pie and um I'm really excited to try that out so we'll see how that goes then I got some soy milk and these were just regular price I think $3.49 I got three pineapple and these were on sale for $1.99 I got some red onions the Cs Mayo not mayo oh my goodness mustard I think this was 174 and then I had $150 digital so it made it just 24 the bin and Jerry's were 2 for7 and then I had a two off of two digital and then I also had a two off of two um Catalina coupon that had printed so I got them um basically for 250 each and so I got the cookie dough the kids really like that and then I got the chocolate fudge Brownie and then more um cookie dough cuz they didn't have the Cherry Garcia one then I had actually picked up these Tomatoes um earlier in the week I went to Dollar General to get a birthday card and my Dollar General is right beside food line so I had to go in and check out the clearance but they had the petite diced tomatoes and these were on clearance for just 50 Cent and it's funny cuz I was talking about tomatoes last week and then when I made red bead and rice today I realized that I'm completely out of the petite dice ones and um I really enjoyed those so I was happy to get more of those so I went ahead and got all they had which was nine I got some oats because we are completely out but I wish I would have just waited because I was looking over at the hair seeder deals and I saw that um the Quaker Oats are on sale at hairer buy 1 get one free plus we have 75 C back on I bought it for each one and I have a fetch offer so it's going to make them super cheap I think like less than a dollar a piece but it's okay they'll be eating um then I got some um cornmeal for cornbread I don't have it on a plan for next week but it is starting to cool off and we love to make cornbread so I figured I would go ahead and Pi this up especially since it was on sale I got some grapes these were all 1.99 a pound so I got the red grapes then I got these um black grapes they look beautiful and then I got some of the green ones and these look really great two and then some more red ones the violife cheese and the cream cheese is on sale $2.99 and then I had $250 um digital so it made them like $150 or $149 I got some more Peaches I ended up making a peach cobbler um this week and we really enjoyed it and so I think I'm going to make maybe um some little Peach hand pies or something with these cuz they were $129 a pound and then I got some more of the mini cucumbers we really like to have these for salads and and for snacking and I got some bananas cuz we are out and I got some more of the um Watkins rainbow sprinkles cuz I used the last bit of the ones we had um to make some Fetti cupcakes last weekend so I got us some more and this was $399 but I really like this brand cuz it doesn't have the fake colors in it and then I got some tofu I wish I would have got more than four when I was at ALDI um but these were two 49 each I think so I went ahead and got two of these cuz I want to make um the oh what is it the jerk tofu um recipe so I think that is everything so let's take a look so here's my first receipt when I did the petite diced tomatoes and you can see they were just 50 and I got nine of those and so that was $459 and then um scanning it to fetch and excuse me fet and marfield got back 4 Cent so $455 there and then here are my other things that I picked up tonight and so it was $804 and then um oh I did have a digital coupon for 75 cent off of grapes so that came off of one bag and then I also had and I bought a rebate for 35 Cent on grapes too so that was really great um oh really great grapes anyways 2 cent from Fetch 2 cent from Maryfield and then the 35 Cent from iata so that makes um this $81 and then for both receipts combined or both trips it was $ 8456 so really happy to get all of this great produce and some things that we will um use now and for the fall and I also got four um Tomatoes over there too off of my plant so really happy about that so here are all my goodies at haris teer in public so I'm going to start with Publix first so this stem this is the ants roach roaches and um spiders this spray works very well so we have ants whenever it's really really hot hot but I purchased this earlier this year when somebody was having a sale on it and oh my goodness like it lasted I think for maybe around like 6 to 8 weeks and then I think we got a heavy rain and so I think it must have sort of washed away the smell or something and um then we started seeing ants again but then I sprayed and haven't seen any since so that was really great um but this was buy 1 get one free at37 4 I think yep 374 375 and then I had an offer on I bought I took get back $2.50 so it made it just a24 so I just went ahead and maxed it out and got all three because I shared some with my mom um because she has ants too I don't know if it's I think I don't know it's just super hot or it's been super hot um but it works really well she really enjoyed it too and the scent is really Pleasant it's what is it lemongrass and I don't know what that is but yeah you can smell the lemongrass smells really good so I was really glad to get those for $124 each and then I was looking I always like to check for new offers and I saw this for the White Cloud Diapers and it was $8.99 back and the limit was just one and so these were regular price in my store for $8.49 and so these are actually free in a 50 c money maker like that is such an incred deal the food banks and diaper banks are always in need a diaper so I am so excited to um be able to donate this pack of diapers and I guess I just saw it this morning but maybe it had been available for a while because it says one day left and my store was completely out of the smaller sizes so yeah so that was everything from Publix so here is my receipt so it's 2110 and see I saved that on top of that I got two cent from Maryfield 2 cent from Fetch and then $16.49 back from iata um so $653 in rebates so it made these three items and a pack of diapers $457 that's absolutely incredible especially considering the regular price of this is $7.49 and of course the diapers were $8.99 regular price so if you are available to go to Publix today to pick this up this would be a really great item to give to someone that you know is having a baby or to donate all right so now let's get into here catar so this week I had an offer um it was a digital coupon so it was available I think on Wednesday or Thursday um I can't remember what day it started but it's through the rest of the week I think for $10 off of 75 and so I was keeping a running total to try to make sure that I was um staying within my my budget here this week oh so I'm glad I did get my oats because I was telling y'all the F lion part about the um Quaker Oats but it was actually for the smaller ones and the I bought a rebate is for the larger one and so I decided just to wait until the larger ones go and sale but I did want to show you all this so you can be on the lookout at your store so these were on the Barefoot wine and it says save $2 when you purchase a salty snack and it tells you right right here that no alcoholic beverage is required to redeem this offer and so this is basically $2 off bag of chips or some nuts and so that's a really good deal and it doesn't expire until um the end of October and there was another one I saw um I'll put up a picture here for say $3 um so now that it's football season you see all of the um promotions to get um cash back on snack and things like that and since we are a state where you don't have to buy the alcohol in order to get it then we get a chance to take advantage of free money just for buying the products that we would probably purchase anyways so that's really great okay so I got this 5B bag of Royal um bosma rice we love basmati rice and the Royal brand is just absolutely fantastic so this was regular price or not regular price it was on sale for $8.99 and then I got a dollar on iata so it made it $7.99 um this mushkin this was a free offer that I got from hairer this week and it's a oatmeal um smoothie so it feels pretty good so we'll see how it tastes but those are the ingredients so pretty simple so y that was aie I got two bags of pink lady apples I think these were $4.99 each I got some more of the soy sauce this was regular price I think $4.99 and then I had 75 C um a 75 cent digital the brags was on sale for $6.49 and I had a dollar coupon that I found on another BRS product that was for any BRS item so it made at $5.49 then I got four containers of coconut milk cuz I just used the last bit of mine and some red beans and rice and um these were on sale for $2 each I got some th and some Fel because I was out of both those and I can't remember I know they were 25% off but let's see so it looks like the time was 224 and the finnel was 314 I think so yeah I got some more lentils these were on sale for $150 each and that's pretty good so I got that I am completely out of sugar so I got some of this Domino and this is a three and A2B bag I think yeah and that was on sale for $3.50 then I got the Gotham greens so I got the butterhead the Roma and the green leaf and these were all regular price $4.99 but they all had the produce coupon for $3 so it made them $1.99 but then I had a $150 digital for one of them so one of them was just 49 so that was really great I got two 5 lb bags of the Yukon go potatoes these are buy one get one free this week so they are let's see I think it was 350 for a 5B bag so that was really good the Sabra hummus um you can also do this deal at Publix if you don't have a hair teer but it was 50 Cent more um at Publix so I decided to pick it up a hair Cedar these are on sale $4.99 BOGO and then I had a two off of two digital coupon so it made them um $3 for both so I thought that was really good or like $150 each then I got the just egg this was on sale for $6.49 and um I think it like 17 Cent back I think on Mary field for that so there's everybody let me share my receipt with you so there's some apples the humus you can see where that digital came off um the coconut milk here's my K man came off there's the Fel and sugar oh and there's the Gotham greens that was a really good deal so you can see there's my um freebie that came off and then 10 off of 75 so it was 6406 I did The Round Up and so it came out to 65 um even and then I got a1ar back on our bottom for the Royal rice 2 cent on Fetch and 17 Cent on Maryfield um so I got back $119 in rebates so it made this stuff $628 and then in total for everything that I spent this week was $152 even so that's pretty cool when it um works out like that where it's even that's always fun um but thank you all so much for being here I hope that you all are doing well and um I
