welcome back to it's too easy this is Aiden Hutchinson you may know Aiden Hutchinson is one of the most dominant pass rushers in the NFL but what you don't know is what it takes to become Hutch today we are taking you through a day in the life of Aiden Hutchinson how he works out how he eats what he does to recover we're taking you through the whole routine this is going to be an amazing video we can't wait to take you guys along for the ride let's get right into it it's too easy baby it is 700 a.m. the first thing Aiden Hutchinson does to start his day is hop in the cold plunge now I love getting in the cold plunge but you know who doesn't my girlfriend Katie so she's going to be hopping in the cold plunge this morning because she's making me do something later in this video that I absolutely do not want to do why are you not doing this again you like doing this why am I doing this okay Hutch coming for your ass Hutch okay I just T does cold but H does ice bats for Energy Muscle Recovery when I think just to prove that he's more crazy than anyone else oh y'all are weird bro how much time do I got left 3 hours get out of here how much time you can't get out oh my gosh I'll see you guys at the gym you guys know Hut has actually access to the best facilities on the planet theon's facilities any gym he wants you name it Hut can get anywhere right when I say we're built different this is not exactly what I had in mind because we are at a recck [Music] center I've never seen anybody do this movement that Hutch is doing right here go like that and just extend out like a tea this is actually pretty cool this is a good spot I'd come here it's stuck is you hear that ripping can you hear that through the camera my shirt's about to pop off feels like I'm missing something I just I can't put my finger on it Katie told me she has eye black didn't know she has eye pink right this the thought is what counts right like when I kind of feel like the eye Black's doing something the pump's real Aiden Hutchinson is a defensive end he's probably 100 lb heavier than I am and he got 28 reps at the NFL combine but I think I'm going to give him a run for his money the I black probably would have made me beat him the eye purple probably gives me negative and I'm already going to lose never mind about that challenge Hut I'll challenge you to something later I don't want the smoke in this bench breast contest please God doing Hutch's workout was awesome but we were totally ready to head to our next spot spot woo baby that was a good lift no wonder Hutch is so jacked I am feeling absolutely pumped right now everybody knows after a good workout the most important thing is eating a good meal we are about to go head out and try some of Hutch's favorite food te toally cleaned up looking pretty fresh right now but remember when I told you guys there's one thing I'm going to have to do in this video that I do not want to do at all and that's why I made Katie do the cold plunge after Aiden hits his lifts his favorite meal to eat is oh my God I'm sorry boys his favorite thing to eat after his lifts is Sushi oh oh my god I've never had sushi before Katie's going to make me try it it's it's absolutely what would you pick the most packed sushi spot on earth is it's so quiet in here and not the vibe to film in here at all like I feel like literally so bad we both know that we go over the top obnoxious when we film and didn't want to bother anyone else so we actually took our order to go and headed to the local park but I think Eric was just trying to stall um I will eat one bite for you guys on camera and because I do want to become Aiden Hutchinson a little bit Yeah but I am nervous and I'm try we've been here for about 10 minutes right now and I'm just trying to stall as much not open stalling so bad you guys pretty sure the guy that's said Houston we have a problem was looking at this exact B what the that no there's no way people eat that is that like celery and please tell me that's what that is bro no way in hell people like this I'm not even kidding yeah looking way bigger way bigger well Hutch you may be on to something conditioning drills some dline specific drills and at the end Katie is is going to be filming her 40 yard dash compared to hutches as an athlete I know the most important thing is my feet so I'm going plunges football we finally get to do something that we both love to do I can't not address this Hutch gets to lift be jacked eat the best food get the best recovery play football for a living and he all that it didn't seem worth it but what did seem worth it we are about to whip up some of the best food I've ever had in my life all thanks to the multi-talented Chef Katie and if we're going to celebrate Michigan's game day in a big way we've got some certain things we've got to do so we headed to the store to get everything we need for my homemade pizza and wings can I get 3 lbs of chicken wings please sometimes I think making some good food and relaxing on the couch is just as fun as going to the game I know a lot of you guys are jealous that I have Katie I I just know it because she's so hot she's so fun she essentially lets me do whatever the hell I want right and she's the best cook I've ever met love you now that she put the gun away boys we can go eat some damn food I told you guys Chef ktie is the best in the world look at this look at these wings look at this pizza we are going to smash this food we're going to watch Michigan destroy Fresno State man we had such a good
