jlr investigates Joseph couch armed and dangerous still on the loose and a victim speaks this individual right here had their vehicle hit with bullet fragments from this individual right here Joseph couch 32 years old uh the I75 shooter around uh 49 Exit 49 in Laurel County I want to share a clip from this victim right here that spoke about the terror Ying incident check it out one woman told CNN she and her friend heard a loud noise while they were driving that sounded like a gunshot and later saw several police cars speed by when they made it to their destination Christina dado noticed damage to her car she told CNN her hands are still shaking here she is all of a sudden we just heard this deafening loud sound and it sounded like like a rock went through my back window and our ears were ringing and we just looked at each other and we were like was that a gunshot and then we're like that can't be a gunshot you know because we're driving down the highway um and there was a white truck that was next to us in the right hand lane and all of a sudden he slowed down and he pulled off to the shoulder and we thought maybe it was his tire had blown out or something but it was much louder than a tire blowing out um and it was just so loud and so scary you know it's something very unexpectable you're just driving police are looking for this man 32-year-old Joseph a couch of Woodbine Kentucky police say he is considered armed and dangerous London mayor says authorities know the general area where the suspect is but they're not releasing that information and the police Chiefs had this to say to area residents now she also made a Facebook post I want to share this Facebook post with all of you so this is a Facebook post one of the shooting victims made proof that God is real driving back from Rochester Jeremy Allen and I were on I75 in Kentucky when we heard a loud explosion that sounded like it hit my back window was that a gunshot we asked each other as the truck next to us slowed down and stopped on the shoulder minutes later dozens of police cars and ambulances flew down the Northbound side of the highway fast forward 2 hours and we learned that there is is an active shooter on I75 in London Kentucky that we just drove through several people have been shot and the highways closed down in both directions we arrived safely in Knoxville but looks like my Forerunner has some Ricochet damage prayers she put uh prayers also I got pulled over and got a speeding ticket earlier today in retrospect that small delay changed our timeline is it odd or is it God and she attached photos here look at that look at look at that right there look at that right there look at that and you got here look at that bullet fragments bullet holes look at that right here so sharing she's sharing her vehicle that got hit luckily they didn't die so this is Christina denado let me know what you think so it could have been much much worse folks uh any of these victims here uh could have easily died it could have been anybody it could have been any of you just traveling down the road minding your business listening to music um just paying attention to traffic and then boom because of this individual right here we still don't know motive and this individual has still not been CAU caught armed in dangers Joseph couch 32 years old previously served in the military and uh he's still on the loose now the question is if he did this crime is he going to do it again since the fact that he hasn't been caught now authorities say they retrieved and recovered the AR-15 rifle that he used to shoot at these vehicles on I75 and his vehicle but authorities think it's possibility still is armed or has more weapons on him uh interesting to know where and how he got the weapons considering this individual here has been charged with making terroristic threats earlier this year uh even though I'm not so sure the case has been adjudicated uh definitely red flag on why this individual here had uh a a gun and was able to possess a weapon considering terroristic threats but he's armed on the loose heard from one of the victims if any other victims speak I will share with all of you we are covering this case extensively on jlr investigates will he be taken in alive is he deceased is he going to shoot again we are paying attention subscribe the channel like hit the notification button when more information comes out about this case I will share with all of you I am jlr investigates stay tuned
