WE UPGRADED TOMORROW ACTUALLY TO A SEVERE WEATHER DAY BECAUSE THERE IS A HEAT ADVISORY THAT IS OUT FOR NOT OUR ENTIRE CHANNEL SEVEN VIEWING AREA, BUT AT LEAST ALONG I-80 AND SOUTHWARD. NOT A FEW COUNTIES NOT INCLUDED IN THAT IN WESTERN IOWA, NORTHWESTERN MISSOURI, BUT IT COULD FEEL LIKE 105 DEGREES IF YOU'RE IN ANY OF THOSE ORANGE SHADED COUNTIES THROUGH AROUND 1 TO 8 P.M. TOWARDS TOMORROW AFTERNOON. NOW WE GO TO SUNDAY. THE ENTIRE CHANNEL SEVEN VIEWING AREA UNDER A HEAT ADVISORY. IT'S NOT ALL TOO OFTEN YOU SEE THAT TWO DAYS OUT WHERE IT COULD FEEL LIKE NEAR 110 DEGREES. WE COULD SEE THAT GET UPGRADED. MAYBE TO AN EXCESSIVE HEAT WARNING. WE'LL HAVE TO KEEP AN EYE ON THAT THESE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS. ALL RIGHT. SO LET'S GO THROUGH STORM PREDICTOR HERE AT LEAST FOR THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS. THE WARM FRONT. IT'S RIGHT ON OUR DOORSTEP HERE. AND WHAT'S BEHIND IT ALL THAT HOT AIR. SO THAT'S GOING TO START SPILLING IN HERE ON SATURDAY A LITTLE CHANCE OF A SLIGHT SHOWER OR STORM SOUTH OF THE OMAHA METRO SATURDAY MORNING. I DON'T THINK EVERYONE'S GOING TO SEE IT. I THINK MOST WON'T. AND THEN THE HEAT BUILDS IN FOR THE DAY ON SATURDAY AS WE E GO OVERNIGHT SATURDAY AND INTO SUNDAY. STILL A SOUTH WIND CLEAR SKIES THROUGH SUNDAY. THE HEAT CONTINUES TO BUILD. THAT'S GOING TO BE OUR HOTTEST DAY THROUGHOUT THE SEVEN DAY FORECAST, WHERE WE EXPECT TEMPERATURES TO GET NEAR THE TRIPLE DIGITS HERE AND MONDAY DOES NOT GET MUCH BETTER. ALL RIGHT, THERE'S A LOOK OUTSIDE RIGHT NOW. THE CLOUDS ARE BREAKING UP A LITTLE BIT. THAT'S OUR DOUGLAS TOWER SKYCAM. 77 DEGREES. MAN THAT IS A GOOD TEMPERATURE HERE AT CHANNEL SEVEN. DEW POINT 64. THEY'VE SEEN MORE SUNSHINE, ALONG WITH A FEW OTHER AREAS INSIDE EASTERN NEBRASKA. A SOUTHEAST WIND HELPING WARM A LITTLE BIT ANYWHERE FROM 10 TO 15MPH. THERE'S TOMORROW MORNING'S LOW TEMPERATURE. HOW ABOUT 69 DEGREES? SO A LITTLE BIT WARMER THAN AVERAGE TO START THE DAY, MAYBE LINCOLN OR BEATRICE AT 70 DEGREES WITH THOSE PARTLY CLOUDY SKIES. AND AGAIN, THAT REALLY LIGHT CHANCE OF A SHOWER. THE MAIN THING FOR TOMORROW. THE REASON IT'S A SEVERE WEATHER DAY IS THE HEAT INDEX. THE HIGH TEMPERATURES WILL BE IN THE LOW 90S, BUT THE HEAT INDEX, ONCE YOU FACTOR IN THE HUMIDITY, WHICH WILL HAVE MORE OF IT IN OUR AREA TOMORROW, WE COULD BE UP NEAR 105 DEGREES. SEVEN DAY FORECAST A LOT OF RED DAYS ON HERE. SATURDAY, SUNDAY AND MONDAY. ALL DAYS WILL BE IN THE 90S, SUNDAY AND MONDAY. THE MOST INTENSE HEAT WHERE WE COULD FEEL LIKE NEAR 110 DEGREES OUTSIDE.
