Intro Shalom and good evening, this is TV7 Israel
News broadcast to you from Jerusalem; And in today’s top stories; Tension continue to run high throughout the
region, as the Islamic Republic of Iran and its proxies are positioning themselves to
launch a multi-front attack against Israel. The United States send additional military
assets to the Middle East in support of Israel. Hezbollah Secretary General Hassan
Nasrallah proclaims that the war with Israel has evolved into “an open battle on
all fronts and it has entered a new phase." Prime Minister Netanyahu visits Home Front Command Tension continue to run high throughout the
region, as the Islamic Republic of Iran and its proxies are making preparations to launch a
multi-front attack against Israel. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, during a visit to
the Home Front Command’s headquarters, highlighted Israel’s preparedness – while further stressing
that the IDF will respond with force to any attack against Israeli territory. I am now finishing
a visit to IDF Home Front Command. General, I am impressed by the important work that has been
done up until now. Of course, we are prepared for what may come. Israel is in a state of very high
readiness for any scenario – on both defense and offense. We will exact a very high price for any
act of aggression against us from any quarter whatsoever. After we eliminated Hezbollah
chief-of-staff Mohsin on Tuesday, today came the final verification on the elimination of Hamas
chief-of-staff Muhammad Deif. Deif was responsible for the terrible massacre of October 7 as well
as for many murderous terrorist attacks against the citizens of Israel. He was Israel's most
wanted fugitive for many years. His elimination underscores a simple principle which we have set:
Whoever harms us, we will harm them. Alongside Jerusalems National Security Council releases travel alert Israel’s preparedness to confront any threat
to its sovereignty and territorial integrity; Jerusalem’s National Security Council released
a travel alert to all Israelis traveling abroad, urging them to “exercise increased precaution.”
It further stressed that “It is possible that...” Iran, Hezbollah and Hamas, “will retaliate against
Israeli/Jewish targets abroad, such as embassies, synagogues, Jewish community centres, etc.” In
addition, “there is mounting concern that the escalation will increase motivation among Global
Jihad organizations and lone wolf terrorists to attack Israelis in various countries around
the world.” Consequently, we recommend that those planning foreign travel seriously reconsider
the necessity of traveling to countries for which the travel alerts have been issued with moderate
and high threat levels, including South Africa, Nigeria, the Philippines, Turkey, the United
Arab Emirates, Bahrain, India and Russia, among others. Separately, the National Security
Council urged Israelis and Jewish Communities to exercise caution in the Netherlands, the Untied
Kingdom Sweden, Germany, France and Spain. For the full advisory list, please visit Israel’s
National Security Council’s Website. Meanwhile; Biden holds phone conversation with Netanyahu U.S. President Joe Biden held a phone conversation
with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, during the course of which they discussed placing more
American military equipment in the region in order to help Israel defend itself against UAVs and
ballistic threats. The White House announced that the president had reiterated the U.S.’ commitment
to Israel’s security against the threats that it faces, while reiterating the importance of the
efforts to prevent an escalation in the region. Following the phone-call, while standing on the
tarmac at the U.S. Joint Military Base Andrews, President Biden voiced concern over the
latest developments in the Middle East, and emphasized his hope that the proposed hostage
release deal would be finally accepted by Hamas. I’m very concerned about it. I had a very
direct meeting with the (Israeli) Prime Minister (Benjamin Netanyahu) today and very
directly he got it. We have the basis for a ceasefire. They should move on and they should
move on it now. Asked whether the targeted-killing of Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh essentially killed
the deal; President Biden ascertained that it was not helpful. It has not helped, That’s all I'm
going to say right now. Thank you. Meanwhile in Hezbollah funeral for Fuk Beirut, yesterday; A funeral was held for the top
militant commander of Hezbollah Fuad Shukr, also known as Sayyed Muchsen. Death to America! Death
to America! Death to America! This martyrdom…we, as the axis of resistance in the region, gain
strength with the martyrdom of the leadership. We say from this position, that the response
will be earth-shattering, that the response will shake Israel, and Israel's security, as it
did during the ‘Al Aqsa Flood.’ The response now will be much stronger, God willing, and Israel is
in demise, in demise, in demise and Jerusalem is going to remain the capital of Palestine and the
people of Palestine. We consider, God willing, this battle to be a prelude to salvation and
to the demise of the cancer that is Israel. Fifty to sixty years ago Imam al-Sadr (founder
of the Amal Movement) said Israel is absolute evil and hopefully this evil will go away very
soon. Addressing those in attendance from an Hezbollah Secretary General Hassan Nasrallah undisclosed bunker, Hezbollah Secretary General
Hassan Nasrallah initially sought to delegitimize Israel’s reasoning for the targeted-killing
of Fuad Shukr, claiming that Hezbollah was not responsible for the rocket that murdered twelve
Children in the Druze Golan Heights Community of Majdal Shams. This is the biggest falsification
and deception taking place these days. In the Majdal al-Shams incident, a missile fell in the
town. We categorically denied our responsibility for this incident. And we have the courage to
assume responsibility if we had bombed any place, even if it was a mistake. Because some people
have said that maybe (Hezbollah) was wrong. If we were wrong, we would admit it and apologize.
To Nasrallah’s dismay, a UNIFIL investigation has reportedly found Hezbollah responsible for
launching the rocket. Irrespective of the truth, since Hezbollah launched an unprovoked war against
Israel on October 8th of 2023 and has launched thousands of rockets since, The Hezbollah leader
insisted that Israel crossed all red lines against Iran and its regional proxies. There is a battle
in Gaza, there is a battle in southern Lebanon, there is an open battle in Yemen and even in Iraq
because all of this is happening at the same time. Al Hudaydah is being bombed in Yemen, and Jof
al-Sakhr was being bombed yesterday or the day before yesterday in Iraq, and Commander
Ismail Haniyeh is being killed in Tehran, and Commander Fuad Shukr is being killed in
Dahiyeh (neighborhood). These are no longer fronts, this is an open battle on all fronts and
it has entered a new phase. Despite claiming an all-out-war, Nasrallah has left an open door for
de-escalation. Regardless of who you have killed, regardless of what you have destroyed, or
declared war here and there, and went to the furthest limits, and crossed all the red
lines, regardless of what we do, there will be no solution but to stop the aggression on Gaza.
It is important to note that while Israel, whose US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken ceasefire arrangement was endorsed by UN Security
Council Resolution 2735, stands at the ready to enter into the arrangement – despite painful
concessions; The leadership of the Islamist Hamas in Gaza continues to reject it. Nevertheless,
U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken remains steadfast in his efforts to realize a deal. From
day one, since October 7th, the horrific attack on Israel and on its men, women and children, one
of the things that we have been focused on is trying to ensure that the conflict that emerged in
Gaza doesn’t spread, doesn’t go to other places, doesn’t escalate. And we are going to continue
to do that as well. Now again, the best way to bring the temperature down everywhere, and to put
us on a better path, is through a ceasefire in Gaza. That will have, I think, important effects
on other areas where you could see conflict, whether it’s in the north of Israel and Lebanon,
whether it’s Iran, whether it’s in the Red Sea with the Houthis. So that’s why the focus on the
ceasefire needs to remain and for us it will very much remain on that. Asked whether the targeted
killing of Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh has brought about an end to diplomacy, Washington’s
top diplomat said the following. First, this is something that we were not aware of, or
involved in. It’s very hard to speculate, and I’ve learned over many years, never to speculate on
the impact one event may have on something else. So I can’t tell you what this means. I can tell
you that the imperative of getting a ceasefire, the importance that that has for everyone remains,
and we will continue to labor that for as long as it takes to get there. Meanwhile in Berlin; The
German Foreign Ministry has once against called German Foreign Ministry on all its citizens to leave Lebanon while they
can, while calling upon all parties in the Middle East to exercise restraint. We call on all actors
to use maximum restraint. The logic of reciprocal retaliatory acts is the wrong path and what’s most
important now is to keep a cool head and to react with a cool head because the very tense situation
in the Middle East must not further escalate, in the interest of the people there. That is
one reason why we intensively continue with our efforts to deescalate the situation. We
continue to be concerned and we continue to call on all Germans who are still in Lebanon to
immediately leave the country. We have all seen how the situation can literally worsen overnight.
We don’t know for how long airports will remain open. What I can tell you is that the number of
Germans who have registered with the ELEFAND list, our so called crisis provision list, has risen
since Monday from about 1,300 people to 1,800. This shows what we had assumed, that there
are a lot of Germans in Lebanon who did not register and it also shows that the extent of
the seriousness of the situation was understood. Thank you for watching TV7 Israel News. It
