Space Marine 2 Day 1 Patch Update Coming!? Hope This Gets Fixed!

okay guys loads to go through today in Space Marines 2 as we have undergone some server maintenance we're going to take a look at what's going on there as well as a day one patch which is looking to be issued tomorrow at launch we've got some stuff to go over from the Reddit and some ideas which have been wishlisted by the developers we're going to take a look at everything today if you haven't Marines after that we are going to announce it via the giveaway announcement sector of the Discord this weekend next coming up though we have got loads to go through apparently this morning September 8th servers underwent maintenance from 8:00 a.m. UTC now the update will take 1 hour in total online modes won't be accessible during this period sorry for the inconvenience yada yada yada now apparently there was no patch update for it no patch notes it was just server maintenance but what that means I have no idea the servers don't seem massively better with regards to the loading times I personally have had very little problem with it all day although we're seeing all over the Internet that the issues with the loading times still persist hopefully this does get a little bit better as to what they did in the server maintenance we've got no communication about it so I'm a little bit confused as to what that means but nonetheless Le hopefully we'll find out what's going on soon with the day one launch happening tomorrow on top of that what is showing that a day one patch is going to be coming up well actually in the branches of the steam files via steamdb you guys can check out a load of the information on it's including patch three times steam features test FCS steam features overall test FCS test back end and test prod steam Feats went up 7 hours ago so there seems to be quite a few things that working on at the moment hopefully leading to a day one patch which should rectify the issues we've had during early access and again for those people who are heavily complaining about the server problems during Early Access we obviously know that nine times out of 10 that's how these things operate you do pay for the Early Access of it but should be aware that there will be issues in those time periods nonetheless we have got a couple of posts to go through from the Reddit before we take a look at the ideas that have been wishlisted by the developers it's extremely interesting but this one right here should give you guys a bit of an insight as to what it is you're in for it Sayes campaign was genuinely Peak no spoilers here but holy fman just finished the c campaign and it was actually the coolest effing thing ever me and my buddies all did the co-op together and as we're all 40K fans we are swinging at every detail hats off to the dev team they created a genuinely perfect effing product this is probably the best 40K game to date and one of the best games I've ever played and the comments under underneath it seem to definitely agree I have so enjoyed majority of the campaign that I've got through at the moment we're going to be finishing off the rest of it on stream hopefully today but we'll take a look at what time we've got we're going to see exactly what it is that's happening but this one right here is something that needs to be issued out afterwards it states how unreasonable would it be to ask for versions of the campaign missions to be reted and added to operations after the campaign is complete I ask because with six missions it seems like it's going to get old real quick and apart from making sure that their assault doesn't cheat the level geometry and coming up with some way to handling the jump pack selections sections of the campaign across classes most of the work is already done and that is pretty much key I think that they could definitely get round with that and with the game the six missions on the PVE it does get very boring very quickly vouch for it I can definitely vouch for it but the PVP does keep you entertained quite greatly now at the moment the reviews have took a massive turnaround or are now on mostly positive although some people are really confused by this it states why is the game mostly positive 2 hours and I have played a quick match of the story and one match of multiplayer the game runs like dogwater it softc crushes I have to control alt delete to shut it off and the servers stay dropping how the f is it mostly positive you're leg glaze demons now please please take into consideration the amount of graphical requirements that are involved for this game it is so graphically enabling it's ridiculous not only that but obviously if you have not got a PC spec that is much further than the minimum requirements you are probably not going to get the greatest experience inside of the game with console as far as I'm aware it's going absolutely fine bar obviously the loading times and server issues but as far as crashes and issues like that I'm not seeing a massive amount when it comes to the Steam Reviews you do have to take things with a pinch of salt mainly because people have different things that they're running and operating on for me my PC runs this absolutely perfectly and I'm only running a 4080 and it is absolutely amazing I am loving every second of it and even while streaming with high demand on usage it is doing absolutely incredible let me know what your guys experience is via the comment section below but taking a look at some ideas that you guys have put into the system of the focus entertainment.com and what's been wishlisted by the developers is this right here remove the player limit on classes now there is a massive description here that he goes through to stating about balancing and all this sort stuff but I do completely agree the player limit on classes is an absolute nightmare you go into a PVE section and there is a massive problem you can only use one of each class and yes it will revols around the main balancing reasons but on top of that it means that then you have a standoff of two people who don't want to change their class now I do use a couple of characters including the ball walk and assault but the assault is my primary usage character it's the one that I've leveled up the most and the one that I like utilizing the most unfortunately it seems to be a across the board quite familiar with a lot of other people's choices which means you end up in a standoff with people nine times out of 10 who will more than happily just not move and then disappear from their setup to wait for you to do so so it means that you don't get to run the characters that you always necessarily want to run it does force diversity but mainly not in the positive way and the admin AKA development teams responded to that saying hello we have made this choice for balancing reasons mostly we'll see what we can consider in the long run so they're obviously acknowledging it they've put it into the wish list of things that they definitely somewhat agree with as well as this right here saying Mark 6 corvis patent helmet aka the b key and it states maybe this is already planned but it would be nice to see the iconic helmet added to the game at some point and the development team responded with we are planning to expand customization with different chapters as we stated in the live Ops road map we will consider ravengard as one of the options which is extremely interesting to see and hopefully something that we manag to get to come through the Woodworks at some stage or another next update please make the py blaster or heavy flamer a weapon in PVE SL PVP I absolutely ecstatic when I saw that the pyrro Blaster was going to be in the game but also slightly worried that it was going to be campaign exclusive I would absolutely love to see in PVE and PVP modes as flamethrowers are awesome and everyone knows however if this is not the case I would still love to see the Fire based weapon in the game game modes and the development team responded with hello thanks for this suggestion this is not something that we have planned to have on the short term but we'll see if it would fit later on which is extremely huge mainly because things are a little bit shaky at points and especially when it comes to weapon balance and stuff like that some people want what some people don't so I think that these things are extremely extremely to take with a pinch of salt so let me know go if you guys wanted those flamers in the PVE PVP mode I think with the PVE there's nothing really stopping it but with the PVP might be a little bit crazy this one right here States add PVP crossplay for PC and consoles and we've seen this quite a lot it seems to be all over the shop and everybody is stating about it cuz they can't play with their friends now the response that they got from this was a PVP crossplay for PC and consoles has not being implemented for fairness and balancing purposes we will consider this option later in the live Ops planning and I think it should be something that they definitely need to utilize it's been spoke about enough now which is probably why it's on the nice to have section and hopefully they will go through to utilize it a little bit more on top of that though customizing Titus in the campaign this is something that I really really wanted and I thought that it would be pretty common knowledge that you would have been able to do it unfortunately you can't so it's hit the nice to have section where it states High apart from the pre-order DLC Titus is not customizable but this is still a good idea we may take into consideration for the future and I do think that it's something that we definitely need to have I think that Titus is due some customiz ation options we want to keep his generic aesthetic but it is definitely needed to be able to contain a bit of a customization option for him now looking into your guys top comments this one has been an interesting one to say the least we covered the woke Community going full force at this game for not having quote unquote females as playable characters inside of the game now the first comment that we have right here is there is no woman in the game the woman in the first mission yeah there are women in the game they're just not playable and it seems to be one of those things that no matter how many times you tell the community it's bloody annoying second one right here says no females did they even play the game the Cadian major is female for f sake yeah yeah we know we know on top of that the third comment states that battle sisters exists the W Community op prend I didn't see that we seem to get through a lot of these issues and a lot of the problems that happen within the woke side of the community versus what it is that people actually expect to see and then everybody in the comment section was talking about Concord stating there was a game specifically made to push out that narrative for those sorts of players and it failed because they didn't bloody buy it make it make sense nonetheless unfortunately that's all we've got time for today thank you so much again for
