my very first stalker maybe this Force vacation will be more interesting than I imagined Netflix has announced a 2025 premiere for the second season of Wednesday the hit series from executive producer Tim Burton which puts a new spin on The Adams Family story Jenna Ortega stars as the creepy and cookie Wednesday who solves a series of murders while attending Nevermore Academy a school for outcasts Freaks and monsters in the fictional town of Jericho Vermont we don't have details on the story line but we do have interesting updates here's what you'll need to know going into the second season of Wednesday a recent cast announcement featured thing providing the names of new and returning cast members with some clues about the new season thank you thing the first episode is titled here we woe again and is directed by Tim Burton it isn't known if a new mystery will unfold or will the events of season 1 continue to play out in the finale Wednesday discovered the identity of the Hide monster responsible for the murders at Nevermore it was Tyler Galpin the sheriff's son and Wednesday's love interest he was arrested and taken away but actor Hunter Duhan is listed among the cast for the new season so a jailbreak may be in his future it appears the new season will again take place at Nevermore as most of the cast playing the students are returning that includes Emma Myers as Enid and joy Sunday as Bianca Barkley Wednesday's one-time rival of course the entire Adams Family is returning including Luis Guzman as Gomez Katherine Zeta Jones as mortia Isaac ordones as Pugsley and Fred Armon as Uncle Fester another Adams family member will appear in the new season Joanna lumbley best known for playing py in the British comedy series absolutely fabulous will play Grandmama Steve bashim is joining the cast is Barry Dort the new principal of Nevermore Academy as you'll remember principal Lissa weams played by gwendel and Christie was poisoned and killed in season 1 and we're still angry about that more familiar faces will appear in the new season including Doctor Who veteran Billy Piper Westworld star thway Newton and and Haley Joel Osmond also Christopher Lloyd who played Uncle Fester in The liveaction Adams Family films will guest star in a role yet to be announced season 2 will hopefully answer some burning questions including who was texting Wednesday in that final scene why is she being stalked and who wants her dead is it a student she knows or a new character we have yet to see all will be answered in 2025 when Wednesday premieres its second season thanks for watching
