pink wig she had the yellow hair in the last one right yeah well what a I like that shot at the end Thoughts there I don't know where I've heard it from before but yeah I when it got to the part where they hit him with that do I was like wait I know this from something I don't know why but some point I've heard it whether it was like radio or if it's like in fortnite or something okay this is the largest music Accolades video of black pink at 2.2 billion views currently 2.2 you know what the2 is billion it's 200 million point2 a two billion like you know what we need 200 million more appeared on Helen and Rolling Stones list of the best K-pop songs of all time peaked at number one on the guy on digital charts for three weeks top Billboard Japan Hot 100 and certified double Platinum for streaming and platinum for digital sales in South Korea all right 2.2 billion that's crazy Meaning that's an insane amount they're getting Millions a second it makes sense cuz like I don't know how I've heard it I don't typically have a lot of a lot of K-pop in my like like showing up in my Spotify or any of that kind of stuff so you've been hit with did it was heard it yeah but he hasn't watched the video that's just video watching that's a hell of a video you imagine streams like number of total song streams like that must be insane so like it must have gone everywhere and was huge and that makes sense like yeah the visuals were crazy too there was a lot of big stuff there was so the I was wondering if the which one did you say it was uh Jesu J with the pink yeah when she was walking in Falon right yeah snapped her ankle yeah but like then it cut back to having like everyone was like holding their phones on her kind of like guns but it felt sorry felt like maybe they're going for a uh I don't know like being watched Paparazzi kind of thing like you make that mistake and now everyone's on they all yeah like they're the phone gun imagery is really evocative really cool I like that yeah did you did did you look up what it what it means you said you want to look up what it meant well my phone's charging I go get it are shooting at you cuz they they do this too when they do I hit him with a According to some translations of the song it can mean come here over there or take off like a rocket that is it whistling is it a whistling rocket like a missile it could be a like a whistle like a missile it also describes the experience of being in love the sense of exhilaration excitement and anticipation that comes along with it I'm going to hit him with that love that's just that feeling of right they're hitting him with kind of s a theme in their songs kind of a theme I think when we did the pink Venom video there I briefly explained what the meaning of black pink was where it's two sides The Duality of being girly pink but also like the black you know like the darker more hardcore side the hard side stuff okay going for right I know that it's only because it's like my first group of K-pop but baby monster the same thing right they're monster babies yeah so in terms of the theme like they have like that power mhm but they tend to use it to Hype people up not to like claim their you know enthrall that a lot of their Like lyrics are have to do it like don't cross me you wouldn't dare do that you know like they have a certain danger to them because of there's an edge part there's EDG side of being feminine you know I get you and that's kind of the theme in a lot of their songs or in like all of their songs all kind of all there's the off bside slow tracks you know that are more about them and more personal to them but all of their big hits that they're so known for have that feel of like that Duality that Ed yeah well let's see if we can see a little bit of that in the dance performance moving version what what all dancers Dance Practice have to move oh the shoulder work it was funny cuz the that music there I was like that music sounds familiar why is that like I've heard that I don't know yeah they got a guy a Ste cam moving in and out the kind of style baby Monster adopted for their dance practice I got to admit I think I prefer the locked off camera yeah I do just because see more I want the dance to draw my eye not a camera operator I have that in the music video I don't need it for this also might be practicing however like a stage performance is going to be having their cameras moving they do this a lot where they like lean on each other it's really cute I like that different interlocking and stuff in the dance they literally shoot it at you music too yeah but I don't know why he I'm noticing it more I like that her bangs are always in front did you just see them fall back into place yeah train I believe that they're also one of the first K-pop groups to put a lot of English in a lot of their releases and that helped them go Global more Global I can see that being being a helpful like just reach into I think this is my favorite instrumental any song I've heard from him yet yeah yeah I love it I like the dances they have during the instal parts too I get help with it really cool awesome they it's almost BLACKPINK like they holster their fingers done with it did it did it do now with with the uh instrumental moments there the dance has moments of It's Just Dance because there's nothing other singing they don't have to try to like let's sing and dance or have one person as to sing so we can't do maybe as much cuz it can be exerting and then your your vocals can shift and then whenever you just have those instrumental moments you can just have a fun dancing area and this one has that a lot I think it's such it's such cardio they have to do they use ripples a lot too one person and the next person joins and the next person joins and the next person yeah what I like about those is you can follow the Ripple down but I love watching the first person what they do after they've completed their Ripple usually it's like a magician they're drawing your eye over here what are they doing over here you know they'll wait but I always like the to see choices made in those moment those are cool um one difference I know like I don't know how many other K-pop groups that are larger out there that do it too but baby monster also does it sometimes where they'll put some members off to the side and just have four dancing with the rapper or you know and stuff so they're just standing on the sides waiting where black pink I don't think I've ever seen them do that they're always they don't have the position four of them I think you can do the same thing with like with some of the bigger groups like BTS has quite a few members so you can kind of shift around and have like put out there for now or something that's the detriment of only having four is that it's so noticeable if someone's not there but they were also the first I think K-pop group boys and girls um to headline Coachella ooh coella really which is a big big Music Festival that is not Korean at all so we're going to watch their performance at Coachella 2019 Coachella okay well let's check it out I'm actually really looking forward to this okay see I'm looking forward to Coachella 2019 Reaction this a lot cuz some of the other ones you don't get to see the crowd yeah maybe we should start including concerts inste stages look at her sparkly outfit right I love it man feels Madonna I like seeing them run on and like kind of themselves up before running onto the stage I love they have such good Silhouettes and the band too all of this is designer they're made by their designer companies okay specific for them so Ros is in YSL J's and Dior Jenny's and Chanel Lisa's and Seline you can tell they're hyped up too they' also got a lot more experience now the confidence is there they definitely see yeah they did really good at coach you got the backup dancers back that electric guitar yeah no it's great love that it it does fit the black pain thing that you're talking about like a lot of their songs do that soft and this one this one especially gets like harder softer yeah I love when they change up the music for the live shows yeah I know well cuz they have I mean it's it's being played back then you know you can just hear that that tension on the guitar staying and they got Solo in down there oh she missed the spotlight oh that drum oh crap that was awesome man he tip the drummer I almost want you guys to watch Confidence the whole Coachella yeah no that was really cool like yeah the the music there like the difference between like what it's like in the music video processed being there live just elect guitar here's drums stood out and felt different when it was it was cool and it just had sometimes we watch the stage shows you still have this feeling of uh like hyper control of the production but like sometimes when you're on a stage like this like it gets out of your control and that's when it gets good you know you guys saw something behind the scenes where like black pink themselves were a little nervous to perform at Coachella because they weren't sure they were going to command the audience you know to to their stage and stuff but then their theirs was packed yeah even in that video you could see people just doing this with their phones you know like no I like to like in the beginning like getting to see them trying to like get excited themselves up and then that energy kind of carries to like you can tell like one of you guys said about they singing there in the beginning like it feels like they have an energy in their singing that's different than what it felt like doing like the music video yeah they delivered they did a great job just in that one song yeah I'd be curious to check out more of that yeah but that's that's definitely more of the energy I chase we get the end of these and we're like all right this is what You Know theic video this the dance and this is what the f feel you know so yeah it gives you like three different kind of feelings for it all and stuff too no I like that and like one of my favorite parts of that is like I said it's it's the music which is like it's black pink but it's like I I don't know who did the music before but it's almost like yeah it's almost like I love what they're doing but I love what's supporting like just ramped up some stuff a notch or two or 10 like the drum and that guitar yeah yeah and they brought in backup dancers for him too backup dancers the the the drummer maybe they were just like we we left a drummer home do any of you guys have a drummer I like I can do it yeah he was so good is it electric guitar or electric bass that we were hearing we were hearing both but there was like a guitar soloish at one part but there was somebody like putting a little bit more lick into the into the tension he was holding was like yeah that face yeah hear me and there's times where like you could hear the guitar it even sounds sharp like it sometimes like the way it like peeks up there was a there was something about this one where like you could tell the performers were really into what they were doing and they were just putting a little bit more Jazz into it that's what I kind of felt like a little bit even the way Jenny W she was like yelling a little bit to Hype up the crowd yeah yep awesome I'm sure it was a fantastic concert to go to yeah and uh that was really cool maybe we should watch some of the other coach on yeah Next week... now what I'm really looking forward to is the next title of the next black pink thing we're going to be doing next week and it kind of goes with the black pink theme yeah yep okay and that is kill this love that's all the title
