Angela Hill vs Tabatha Ricci | UFC Expert Predictions, UFC Fight Night Picks and Best Bets

we got baby shark savath the reachi in the comate event against Angela Hill and gentlemen this is the fight that I was most intrigued by and I I think we might be differing here on this one uh Overkill Hill is defying father time I don't know if she's getting better with age but she's still really good and I know REI is a fighter that I've gotten I feel like I've been on the on the beneficiary of some close decisions that have gone my way with baby shark maybe I didn't know if she should have gotten home with some of those decisions we know she wants to Grapple but to me if if somebody's getting stopped in this fight it's over Overkill Hill and they're pulling the ref's pulling her off of tabichi because the fight stays standing or It's Hammer fist tabichi goes down tries to pull guard and Angela Hill does what Izzy couldn't do drops down and Hammer fist tap the Richi and pulls her off I'm going with Angela Hill here I just think she's she's showing that there is a level to this game and I'm not sure that baby shark is there and then I've got also a secondary play on the under and it's it's so heavily Juiced to the over right now so I'm going to take that plus 350 uh price point here that if REI gets something done it gets done with her on the ground but I'm really looking to the overkill Hillside to get it done with the hands and I know Kyle you don't see this fight the same way I do and I got to tell you it's well it's interesting because the way you talk about reachi is exactly how I feel about Angela Hill I've Angela Hill has been good good good good to me and I'm usually getting plus 350 4 to one on her decision props she goes out there I out strikes them as a has great takedown defense keeps it standing for 15 minutes and wins the fight I love Angela Hill but I think you're right father time is starting to catch up and you're starting to see with Angela Hill a little bit here she's starting to rely more now on her Gra she just submitted Lana Panero which is impressive you don't think of Angela Hill as a as a five takedowns over uh over Gomes she lost a five round decision to Mackenzie dur didn't get any takedowns so she you see the last two fights really starting to use the takedowns but tabi the reachi in my view 29 years old just getting better when I watch that fight with Jullian Robertson a year ago that ages really well for me if Angela Hill wants to rely on her she's not better on the ground than Julian Robertson who we watched if you do if Jillian Robertson has an advantage on the ground she's going to submit you her went over Raquel Pennington she was able to take her down and win over three rounds who's an excellent Grappler in the women's division so over her last five fights she has 13 takedowns three of them against Jillian Robertson still landed 100 significant strikes in that fight and the and the fight she lost to lupy goenz still landed 84 significant strikes I think she's better on the ground I think Angela Hill as she's getting older is going to try to rely more on that wrestling where she'll have a dis Advantage so I'm going to take REI by decision it's the first time I picked against Angela Hill in four years and it hurts my feelings but I'm going to take REI by decision here I think she's just a better wrestler she's younger and you're right father time or mother time as we I guess supposed say it in this in this case catches up to everyone and that's the thing here Maddie it's like I don't think RI can beat Angelo with the hands so if the fight stays standing I think I'm really live here on the hillside and and potentially to get her out of there but to K's point if the fight goes down to the ground I don't know that REI can finish Angela Hill and maybe that's where the decision prop comes in for Kyle's play here how do you see the co-main event playing out I've been back and forth on both sides of this fight uh so we actually had Jason we had Jason anic on the Pod this week and his favorite play was uh was Tabitha richichi and I love I loved what I saw from Angela Hill her last fight that's the only reason I've been back and forth on this but I'm kind of getting the deja vu type feeling of like the Jerry can ear performance like you know similar age he goes out beats the break breaks off of Marvin matori takes a step up in competition his next fight against ovol and then ends up you know putting a very subar performance out there gets you know TKO and Fades late and I'm just wondering here is this kind of a a sell High spot on Angela reaches 29 getting better my initial lean here was Angela Hill I was kind of you know uh my mindset was what what Dave was saying like you're just going to keep it on the feet have the you know better volume better striking but RI is getting better and better and Angela Hill you know you don't want to Grapple with RI you know so no I know she just got her first career submission Angela did her last fight but I don't know I don't know if that's a good I don't know if that's a good timing to get that right into go into into the REI fight here the under at plus 350 is a crazy number here right um way yeah I I played the number here matd that's kind of the point here is that if the fight goes down to the ground re's got finishing potential on the ground especially if she can hurt Angelo with something to get it down to the ground and if not and and Kyle's gonna go Richi by decision here at plus money which I like I'm gonna go with the double chance here of the under which kind of bailed me out by the way that main event last week because I I did have Izzy Izzy was one of my stronger plays but I did have an under parlay which cash and the co-main and the main and I'm going to go with that strategy here again with the plus three 50 that if Angela mother time starts to catch up then REI might be able to get her out of there so I'm going to play that under as well it's just too juicy a number for me at plus 350 and it's still MMA anything can happen and I I do think Angela could either get the stoppage or reaching might be able to get it down on the ground so uh that's the double
