hi and welcome back if you're new it's nice to meet you on this channel I read legal documents out loud but sometimes I delve into Data analysis and other times like today I share articles that pertain to legal cases usually I try to keep my opinions to a minimum but today is a big exception because as we review Turtle Boy interview with the juror from Karen Reed's trial or should I say mistrial there are are a lot of things that I just can't hold in anymore since I'm going to be injecting so many opinions I want to give a Content warning in case you want to back out I don't want you to be surprised by something that may be personally sensitive to you here's a list of the potential touchy subjects discussions of coercive control techniques criticism of Adam Loi Brian Nicole and Brian Jr um Albert and Jen mccab an opinion about the McCabe's original Target and a light critique of the juror's responses if you enjoy this content I hope that you like and subscribe to support the channel and help spread Justice every thumbs up is a signal to YouTube to get Karen's Quest For Justice in front of new viewers plus I think you'll really enjoy it here the current subscribers are the nicest group of people you could ever meet on the internet going back to today's topic this is Turtle boy's first interview with a seated juror you can find the original article at Aiden's website which is TB daily do or TB dailynews.com I want to give all due respect to his work and amplify the message for Karen sake so here's what his website looks like if you want to head on over there to read the article with your eyes and let me give you a quick overview of what it is that we're going to be reading today um I also I believe that Aiden said that on the jury the foreman was a physician's assistant who was a former police officer if I recall correctly he said there was also an EMT or first responder a mailman a nurse and an attorney who ended up being an alter so uh what Aiden did is he composed a bunch of questions and sent them off via email to the juror so that the juror had time to thoughtfully compose their responses and I think that this was a fantastic decision um Aiden didn't try to reshape it into an article with quotes and I feel like this gave it more authenticity it's broken up into 31 questions and they're basically grouped together like this foundation and procedural overall experience type questions perspectives regarding J O'Keefe's family the judge attorney Witnesses credibility of the witnesses testimony the juror's perspective about deception such as the inverted sallyport video and the FBI investigation the deliberation process for the juror Reflections upon completion of the experience now that it's over and then there are also eight unanswered questions at the end Aiden summarized with a list of key takeaways let me share those with you first in case you're running short on time today so Turtle boys top takeaways jurors clearly had no idea that the most important Witnesses in the case the Arca experts were hired by the FBI many believed they were hired by Karen Reed's insurance company the defense should fight harder before trial to to oppose the Commonwealth preventing disclosure of the federal investigation during the trial the juror completely missed Ryan Nagel accidentally mentioning that he spoke with the feds not sure what would have happened if yannetti had asked him to expound on that why shouldn't Witnesses be able to tell the jury who they spoke with about the case sorry I had to clear my throat this goes for Lucky laughrin who was also questioned by the feds long before the state police interviewed him the medical examiner was supposed to be a strong witness for the Commonwealth but ended up being a strong witness for the defense the juror clearly felt intimidated by Brian Higgins Brian Albert and Michael Proctor all of whom are cops who addressed them directly defense should file a motion to prevent Witnesses from speaking to the jury like this and sitting in on closing statements considering the Sullivan sisters and the kids were only called as witnesses to prove that Karen had motive and he doesn't have air quotes but I'm going to put air quotes around motive to murder joh o'keef and that the vote on murder was 12 to0 it wasn't surprising that the juror found them the least relevant Witness will the Commonwealth be dumb enough to waste their time with them in trial too the fact that this juror reached out to me Turtle Boy of all media members and was the first juror to actually talk about their experiences as a juror as opposed to just the vote count speaks volumes about how I Turtle Boy am perceived by the general public and should help me with my bogus quote unquote witness intimidation charges okay let's dive into the article but remember anytime that I say I or me I'm referring to either turtle boy or the juror depending on the context so two weeks ago I Turtle Boy received an email from someone claiming to be a juror in the Karen Reed trial I was immediately skeptical as there is no shortage of degenerates who would spend their days pretending to be a juror in order to Fe me misinformation to see if I'd report it in the hopes that it would damage my reputation this juror said a couple of things about clothing they were wearing and other context clues that helped identify them but Paul O'Keefe and various MC Alberts got to see the same juror as I did so I wasn't convinced yet luckily this alleged juror agreed to FaceTime me and when I asked or when I answered the phone I was staring back at a face that I spent 10 weeks looking at this juror agreed to speak with me under the condition of anonymity they were very afraid of being doxed and attacked by the anti- Karen Reed mob but they wanted to share with me what they could without giving up information that would make it easier to identify who they were I Turtle Boy sent them a list of almost 40 questions most of which they answered however the one thing most people want to know about is something they don't feel comfortable talking about yet specifics of Juror deliberations that may change as time passes but for now I was able to ask what I could and they answered what they could all right are youall ready for the interview questions let's get to it why did you decide to come forward and speak with Turtle Boy of all media outlets and the juror said after the trial I did a lot of catching up across multiple platforms and sources and realized the way news is reported has changed exponentially over the years no longer coming from mainstream media alone you're a gritty and unshakable journalist despite being perceived as a bit rough around the edges above all you seem to genuinely care about the truth that was the driving force behind my decision number two had you ever heard of this trial prior to being called for jury Duty and the juror said I'm sure I heard about it when it happened but it seemed to be another story like any others that you see on the news I didn't pay more attention to this than I did to anything else okay next set of questions number three when you got jury duty that day were you aware that the read case was picking a jury and the juror said I was aware they were picking a jury but but was still surprised when I was chosen from the hundreds of people they brought in during jury selection number four where did you park and what time did you have to get there every day the answer is we reported each day at 8:30 a.m. and took the bus to arrive for the 9:00 a.m. start time I am not going to disclose the location I assume this location may be used for upcoming trials and it's not fair to Future jurors I think that's a very prudent decision fully support that okay question five did jurors have a chance to converse socially during the trial what sort of things did you guys talk about did anyone ever discuss the case and the juror says we never discussed the case we spent a lot of time together during bus rides lunch and breaks and tried to maintain some normaly during this very different time in our lives our conversations were social like you would have with anyone you spend time with discussing how the weekend was things we had going on outside of Court ETC number six did jurors see protesters assembling outside the court every day and the juror said there were times that we could hear them or catch a glimpse from the bus but we couldn't see everything going on outside so that's a relief I suppose okay next set of questions number seven how hard was it to not go home and read about the case did you have to just stay off the internet and not watch TV at all and the juror said to be honest it wasn't that difficult I went into this completely impartial and I felt my job as a juror was to ensure that Karen got a fair trial where only the facts and evidence were considered versus information from outside sources I took my job very seriously Karen's life was at stake and she deserved the benefit of not having outside information or opinions cloud my judgment now this next part is a comment from me it is a relief to see given that the standard was to a moral to a mortal to a mortal certainty to a moral certainty for some reason to me that phrase is even more of a powerful commitment than Beyond a reasonable doubt so as a naturally skeptical person there are very few things that I could attest to a moral certainty I'm grateful that at least this juror was aware of the gravitas of their role and did take things so very seriously question number eight were jurors made aware that I turtle boy was kicked out of court for most MC Albert testimony and the answer was no next set of questions number nine were you made aware that jurors would not be receiving transcripts during deliberations and would have to rely on their notes and the juror says yes we were told at the beginning of the trial that no transcripts of testimony would be available and we would need to rely on our notes during deliberations question 10 what do you think of John's mother crying during the trial did it seem to influence you or any other jurors the juror said I felt immense empathy for both the O'Keefe and read families the death of a loved one is not something anyone ever wants to go through and their emotions throughout the trial were at times heartbreaking to see while I didn't let this impact me when it came to the evidence being presented I'd be lying if I said it didn't affect me on a personal level both during and after the trial John lost his life a tragedy regardless of what other events may or may not have taken place and I often felt like that aspect was forgotten amid the trial wow that's a very powerful statement okay next set of questions number 11 what did you think of Judge kenon do you feel like she was partial to the Commonwealth with her rulings or demeanor during testimony and the juror said she was kind to us she always made a point to remind us to stand up and stretch during sidebars she kept the schedule for breaks and lunch like clockwork she did didn't she and she REM reminded everyone to keep their voices up so that we could leave the AC on it got hot in the jury box sitting in a chair listening to testimony all day is very different from real life you need to be attentive to catch everything and you can't just get up and move around whenever you want to it sounds pretty silly unless you experience it but it's very different when you can't just get up to get a snack use the bathroom take a brain break or get some air anytime you want to of course when we asked for breaks there was never any push back but we were also cognizant of the need to keep things moving at times I did feel there was a level of professionalism that wasn't being maintained and that the severity of the circumstances was not always at the Forefront I concur with this statement it bothered me when there was an objection and her response was I'll let them have it or let's see how did she say it I'll let them have it I think that there was also some bias against the defense particularly Mr Jackson but I also think there were times when she was hard on Mr Loi particularly when it came to repeating questions about wellestablished things already made clear throughout prior testimony yes in normal courtrooms that would be uh objection cumulative but not in judge Bev's courtroom there were times that I would glance over and wonder if she was paying attention but to some extent I can understand it was hard to stay focused I struggled with this myself mainly if it was something we had already seen or heard eight times like the weather report the layout of the waterfall bar Etc and question 12 is was it hard to stay awake and focus during some of the Lolly questioning of witnesses and the juror says what if anything can I really say about this you were there and I think that that is a very telling little wink wink nudge nudge um but here here's my first big rant at the beginning of the trial I thought that Adam Loi was just an unfortunate kind of oblivious fuddy duddy of an attorney like the Mr meoo of the courtroom but recently I started to do a deep dive into the possibility of coercive control in Jon O'Keefe's death and Karen's persecution and in my research I learned that repetition is a powerful component of hypnosis and hypnosis can be a coercive control strategy here let me flip to the next slide so that you can kind of follow along with what I'm saying so uh this is all according to a an expert from Massachusetts named Stephen and I believe it's pronounced Hassen Hassen he actually has a pronunciation guide on his website um and it did me no good it was just hyphenated h a s and then s n so Hasen I'm really not sure uh and he has something called a bite model of authoritarian control bite is an acronym for control of a person's Behavior information thoughts and emotions hypnosis is a state of awareness that can help people to feel more relaxed and more open to suggestions and think about it for nine weeks everyone was lulled with what if any who if anyone when if ever the high top tables white claws there was a band it was snowing shoveling the apron down at the station I hit him I hit him I hit him in my opinion and my opinion only Ada Loi with Bev who should have been sustaining cumulative objections stacked the deck with repetitive testimony and excessive Witnesses because repetition can create that sense of familiarity and coherence um it can be comforting and hypnotic and therefore make people vulnerable to the power of suggestion after I realized this it increased my empathy for the jury they were competent professionals capable of critical thinking but they were systematically brainwashed throughout the 10- we duration of the trial I have many more thoughts about this but I'll put a pin in it for now so that we can get back to the interview let's move on to the next set of questions number 13 what Witnesses did you find most compelling and the answer was the medical examiner I felt she was a straight shooter and gave her medical opinion based only on the facts there was no point where I felt her opinion had been influenced by either the Commonwealth or the defense to fit a theory being presented and I have to inter with like a tiny little mini rant here this perspective struck me as odd because I would have chosen different words to describe the medical examiner I mean I can agree with what they're saying about um no point where they felt that her opinion was influenced by either party but to me that seemed like she was reluctant to commit to anything she seemed knowledgeable but I got the distinct impression that she was in survival mode while testifying and kind of just trying to make it through a really tough situation where she was kind of between a rock and a hard place question 14 who do you think was the most pointless witness and the answer is pointless the two women that were in Aruba with John and Karen a few weeks prior to January 29th unnecessary John's niece and nephew I didn't see any reason why the children were brought into a courtroom to testify after all that they had been through it could be that they wanted to be heard but it felt wrong to have them on the stand with everyone watching I agree with that sentiment very much next set of questions number 15 Brian Albert Brian Higgins and Michael Proctor all greeted the jury and thanked them after their testimony what did you think about that and the answer is these three men were a huge focal point of the trial so while I wish I could have taken it as nothing more than a polite gesture I did not H something to consider number 16 did you find Brian Albert's story believable about not waking up to come outside and the juror said I was very torn on this throughout the trial on one hand I can understand being pretty drunk going to bed late and being deep asleep to the point where nothing wakes you up but I also find it hard to believe that a first responder's instincts which are ingrained and become part of who they are over the course of their career had this much commotion on his front lawn and those instincts didn't kick in at any point and that takes us to my next rant with a few little um Graphics here to support said rant nobody can convince me that Brian Albert Nicole and Brian Jr were unaware of the emergency vehicles on the lawn first of all think about how quiet it is when it snows it's like a blanket descends upon the neighborhood and the muffled silence makes you feel like you have cotton in your ears bird calls Echo the plow Thunders down the street think about how loud emergency vehicles are I don't mean like sirens I mean engines rumbling and the hiss of the air brakes now visualize the lights reflecting off the snow on the ground reflecting off the cars in the driveway reflecting along the the tree line on the side yard and then see these two arrows right here um I'm pointing to Brian and Nicole's bedroom on the left and then Brian Junior 's bedroom on the right they both have front-facing bedrooms and now I'm going to show you something else have you looked at those real estate photos as I was saying the bedrooms of both Brian Senor and Brian Jr face the front the curtain in Brian Jr's room is a valance it's just 6 in of fabric at the top of the frame and there seems to be a cheap light filtering shap the adults have thin sheer curtains with those skinny aluminum blinds look at the sheen on the ceilings and the satin finish on the walls look at the light on the Dormer wall inside of Brian Jr's room and these photos were taken on an overcast Day red and blue lights would have been bouncing all over both of these bedrooms also consider Chloe if Chloe was in there in her kennel near the window as Brian Albert claimed that dog would be going Bananagrams with all that activity 25 ft away my goofy golden retriever goes Bonkers when the recycling truck passes through the alley and that's like 200 ft from the house she puts on her big girl bark and alerts anyone with ears that strangers are in the neighborhood and we're talking a golden retriever I mean this is not exactly a reactive dog she's more likely to lick you to death that never lay a paw on you if a reactive German Shepherd Kine flunky was in that house with that commotion she'd be going nuts additionally I have never met a combat veteran who sleeps through everything my husband is the lightest sleeper put yourself in the Albert's shoes you see all those emergency vehicles outside what would you do well I can tell you what I'd do I'd out there asking what they need blankets extension cords portable charging Banks an opportunity to come indoors to get warm or use the bathroom coffee snacks please anything you need do not worry about tracking snow or mud into the house a human life is at stake take anything that could help truly so the fact that they didn't even come out is just stunning to me just stunning and I'm glad that the juror found it peculiar as well okay next question is what did you think of Jennifer McCabe's testimony and the juror said I found Jennifer mccab to be very combative which was off-putting her demeanor made it difficult to process anything she was saying something fell off when she continued to ask to be reminded of statements events Etc with evidence of her prior accounts it felt like she needed reminders of what she had previously said before she answered to keep from contradicting herself well we have ourselves a very astute juror don't we and it's time for the next rant that I have been holding in for so [Music] long okay so Jennifer mccab did not ask for police to check on her family when she arrived on scene the police later said oh you know we had no probable cause we had no search warrant okay well there's a dead man on the lawn without a coat or a shoe with a partial drinking glass the dog is apparently silent nobody's coming outside nobody's supposedly answering their phone it's apparently well known that the front door is unlocked and Good Old Uncle Brian a has likely pissed off any number of criminals and Jen's not worried that her whole family and the dog have been assassinated I would be begging the police to enter under exent circumstances with guns drawn why in the world is she sneaking off and entering that house unless of course she knew that they were fine and while we're on the topic Jen loves to claim that she gave her phone over quote unquote willingly but she forgets to include that it was if I remember correctly six days after the fact and after deleting conversations with her daughters well why like why in the world would you delete your conversations with your daughters what illegal thing were you concealing regarding your daughters nobody found this suspicious on top of all this Jen mccab has the nerve to say so emphatically I did not delete anything from my phone okay then who did who touched your phone Jen if it wasn't you who was it that woman just gets my goats okay back to the questions next set of questions number 18 what did you think of Michael Proctor's testimony Michael Proctor was mentioned every single day of this trial so to say he was someone I was anxiously waiting to hear uh let's see anxiously waiting to hear from would be an understatement I was obviously disappointed that an officer of the law behaved in a way that showed so little integrity and didn't uphold their oath to protect and serve our community while I do not agree with a lot of his behavior when it came to the investigation and understand that said Behavior was a critical part of the trial for the defense I wish it hadn't come down to reading texts in open court where he essentially dehumanized Karen none of that had anything to do with the core facts of the case but it was a bit eye openening to hear how investigations are discussed amongst some of our law enforcement oh God you know I just it just kind of reoccurred to me that the juror really does live in this community not necessarily Canton but within the county and therefore this truly is their law enforcement speaking that way and that does hit differently I mean I think that all of us who don't live there were just sort of appalled on a human level but it does hit differently when it's your own law enforcement that's behaving that way that's that must add an extra level of betrayal okay let's see there were many things that didn't add up in his testimony but that can be said for other witnesses as well I felt hurt the Commonwealth oh wait I felt it hurt the Commonwealth that the lead investigator wasn't there to testify solely about the outcome of the investigation but to testify about his actions throughout the investigation fair point I think that this is a very tactful and restrained response so restrained in fact that it almost telegraphs that the juror is concerned about retaliation from the state police and based on the behavior of Yuri buenik and uh company making house calls to citizens who have expressed a strong opinion in public I think the juror has every right to be worried and therefore restrained number 19 did you find Colin Albert's testimony believable and the juror said I found Colin to be purposely elusive when asked questions that he was prepared for but when it came to questions he was not prepared for the cracks in testimony started to show I think we can all agree that none of us has ever slipped on ice while holding a solo cup and broken our fall with just our knuckles good job juror good job okay next set of questions number 20 did you believe Colin Albert was inside Brian Albert's house and the juror says I know that at some point Colin Albert was in the house that was proven Beyond A Reasonable Doubt but whether he was there past the time stated is not clear I do put weight on Ali mccab seeming to slip up during the part of her testimony where she stated that Colin wasn't in the house when John was I could believe that is the truth but the statement also put John in the house which is something the Commonwealth has said did not happen here's a message from me to Colin clear it up right now you say that you still have the same phone well when did you disconnect from 34 Fair viws Wi-Fi if they can find when Karen connected from John's Wi-Fi surely they can figure out when you disconnected from the wi-fi at your aunt and uncle's house you can make all of this go away for yourself and for your parents unless you can't next question 21 do you believe Katie mclin's testimony that Karen Reed said I hit him at the scene that morning and the juror says I believe Katie mcclaflin believes she heard this whether it be from her own memory or what she was reminded she heard however I did find it hard to believe that of all the First Responders on the scene that morning she was the only one to hear the statement but at the same time there were a lot of conf there was a lot of conflicting testimony from First Responders of what they heard or saw that morning I don't put any more weight on this testimony than other testimony related to what people heard or saw that morning well that's a relief okay next question did you believe lucky lochan's testimony and the juror said lucky is a very likable man as is his boss Michael trada Lucky's testimony appeared to be very truthful it didn't seem he had an agenda but that he just wanted to share what he knew and I'll just put this graphic up for you while I give a little mini rant about the irony of Lucky being the MC Albert's Fall Guy and lucky escaping blame here he was extending a courtesy to them by not reporting that their vehicle was out of compliance on the side of the street during a snowstorm while they were actively trying to set him up for manslaughter it would have crushed his soul would lucky have even questioned the allegations would he have had the resources and wherewithal to fight like hell probably not and for this lucky has truly earned his nickname by the way uh before I flick to the next slide here see how you can actually see the mailbox like in this particular photo which I think I literally just got from Google Maps you can see the mailbox in the lower right hand corner you can see the front door and the front steps and over by the tree line and that shrub is where they found John's body um and as you can see it is not a tremendous distance and once again picture all those emergency vehicles where they're light lights are sitting so high up like what 8 10t up spinning right into those bedroom windows you cannot convince me that the Alberts were not aware of what was going on the front lawn never in a million years okay and rant next slide did you feel deceived by the inverted sallyport video and the juror said yes very much so the prosecution's emphasis on this video and its supposed significance in proving Beyond a reasonable doubt that nobody was near the damaged tail light was a primary focus throughout the trial it was a shock to find out that what I believed I was seeing and what I was actually seeing were not one and the same agreed agreed agreed okay number 24 had several components to it did the jury have any idea about the federal investigation if not what did you think Ryan Nagel was talking about when he said he spoke to the feds what did you think all the references to the quote unquote other proceedings Witnesses testified at were in reference to and the juror says perhaps others caught on but I honestly had no idea I missed Ryan Nagel mentioning the feds during his testimony and I assumed the other proceedings were another grand jury or something like that I had no reason to to think that there was something as big as a federal investigation going on outside of the trial okay next question 25 do you feel deceived not being told about the feds and the juror says I don't think I would use the word deceived but I would say misled looking back not knowing the entire scope of what was happening and not having what seemed to be crucial information likely Hind my ability to see the whole picture if I had known the full scope the ARA Witnesses would have made more sense and the things that I thought were important may not have been where I focused my attention and I may have looked at some witness's testimony differently once again tactful and restrained eloquent at a time when most people would Express outrage I truly believe that this person is worried about retaliation these are very carefully chosen words okay next set of questions um oh wait a minute I missed one I'm so sorry okay 26 how could anyone on that jury think that Karen Reed hit Jon with her car after hearing from the Arca guys and the juror said I can only speak for myself but you have to understand that we were not not told where these Witnesses came from there was a lot of conflicting testimony throughout the trial specifically regarding it and acent reconstruction quote unquote experts I understood that neither the Commonwealth nor the defense hired them but I had no idea where they came from for all I knew they were just two very smart and well-educated people who read about the case online and decided to analyze what happened I found them credible but there were things that they weren't aware of that I thought were important and I couldn't understand why they were testifying when they didn't seem to have all the information the positioning of their presence and the information they had been provided to analyze was strange no doubt but being hired by the FBI or any other agency never crossed my mind number 27 here let me turn the there we go how did you feel about Brian Albert being in court for closing deliberations and the juror said I felt it was inappropriate he was a key witness and a major focal point during the trial so I don't think he should have been allowed in the courtroom at any time other than during his testimony this goes for Jennifer mcab and Colin Albert as well number 28 did you feel that a not- guilty verdict for Karen on the manslaughter charge implied that the MC Alberts Were Somehow responsible and the jury said this is a tough one to answer human nature is to want to be Perry Mason and solve the case and I wasn't exempt from that I had times during the trial where I would think if this isn't what happened then what did happen as the weeks went on I realized that my job wasn't to solve the case but to focus on the the one possibility that was being presented to me so no I didn't feel that a not-guilty verdict for Karen implied any of the Alberts or mccabes were responsible having been back in the real world for some time now I see that it's very likely the public would have perceived it precisely that way though wow that's a very telling sentence let me read it back again having been back in the real world for some time now I see that it's very likely the public would have perceived it precisely that way so would have perceived that the MC Alberts were responsible very telling okay next [Music] slide okay how long did the jury take to reach a unanimous not- guilty verdict on the murder charge what was discussed during deliberations that made some jurors change their vote from not guilty to guilty for manslaughter and the juror replied given that motions on counts 1 and three remain outstanding I don't believe anyone should discuss this at this time anything related to deliberations and their outcome should be kept inside the courtroom and if I recall correctly um I think that judge Bev's verdict about how to handle the Mist trial came out at the same I think possibly even the same day that this was released so it's understandable especially understandable why the juror would have been so extremely cautious okay next questions oh mercy I think I hear the recycling truck so don't be surprised if you hear my golden retriever Going Bonkers for a little bit now that you've had time to research the case post trial what have been some of the most surprising things to learn about and the juror said the amount of people who are invested in this case I went into this not knowing what a following it had and how much it had taken over social media podcasts Etc the federal investigation was also a huge surprise a lot of things made more sense after learning that I bet they did number 31 do you think Chloe is alive and the juror said I hope so I think we all hope so poor girl all right now let's take a look at the questions not answered sometimes the jur provided a reason why they didn't feel comfortable answering and other times it was just left blank so would you ever consider coming forward and using your real name if not why not and Aiden wrote juror won't commit to that next one are you in contact with other jurors in the case and Aiden wrote the juror doesn't want to talk about other jurors at this time fair enough number three do you know why the juror in red was eliminated and the juror doesn't want to talk about other jurors at this time next question what sorts of questions did Loi and the defense ask you during the Vader and the juror is worried that this will lead to identifiable information totally understandable okay did your friends and family know you were a juror did they ask you about it how hard was it to keep your identity a secret and the juror is worried that this will lead to identif identifiable information um next question did you understand the J mcab Google search testimony from the three Witnesses which did you find more compelling and why uh and in this case huh apparently my phone is or my Google is listening to to me oh I'm so sorry for the interruption I need to learn how to edit okay um let's see here I was expecting the dog and instead it was my own either phone or computer blabbing out that disrupted us okay um so the juror was worried that it would lead to identifiable information number six did you understand that Jen mccave okay so um this was one where like literally no answer was provided um so I I honestly couldn't tell you um why the juror is reluctant to answer that one perhaps they even just missed it like literally it was it was left blank number seven do you believe Karen Reed killed Jon O'Keefe with her car the juror is worried that this will lead to identifiable information that is a puzzle to me like I don't know if like how like that that one just doesn't really make sense to me because I'm assuming that a large portion of the the jury felt that way um you know or or were at least split so I mean I guess it would just narrow the jury down ever so slightly I'm not sure number eight has this case changed your attitude and Trust towards police and no answer was provided in the article so there we have it um that that's it if you had assembled a list of 40 questions would it have been similar to this list besides the unanswered questions what else do you wish had been addressed in the interview were there questions that were including that you felt were kind of unnecessary um and just you know were could have been better spent in another way what is your opinion of the juror do you find the juror to be credible so I I do look forward to reading your feedback in the comments because y'all always say the the most clever things and give me New Perspectives to consider so thank you as all always for listening spending time with you is one of the best parts of my day I hope that you'll like And subscribe because I have got a lot of topics incubating right now that I am eager to share with you and I can assure you they are topics you have not seen anywhere else so stay tuned for the next one because goodness knows with this case there will always be a next one
