FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR NEW CASTLE COUNTY. INCLUDES WILMINGTON, NEWARK. IT'S BACK INTO PARTS OF DELAWARE COUNTY AS WELL. THIS IS UP UNTIL 2:15. HALF AN INCH TO AN INCH OF RAIN HAS FALLEN ALREADY, BUT POTENTIALLY PICKING UP ANOTHER INCH OR TWO. YOU CAN SEE IT'S DOING WHAT'S CALLED TRAINING. AND THAT IS STORMS DEVELOPING OVER AND OVER IN THIS AREA. SO JUST BE MINDFUL. I KNOW IT'S LIGHT AT -- LATE AT NIGHT. BUT IF YOU ARE IN THIS AREA, WE HAVE SOME VERY HEAVY RAINFALL. THE BIGGER STORM IS DOWN NEAR DOVER CURRENTLY. IT'S NOT WARNED BUT IT MAY GET A FLASH FLOOD WARNING ON IT AT SOME POINT. BUT YOU SEE THESE SCATTERED STORMS. THIS IS WHAT WE HAVE FOR THE REST OF THE NIGHT. OFF-AND-ON SHOWERS AND STORMS. I PAUSED THIS EARLY TOMORROW. IT'S AT 4:00 AND WE'LL STILL BE TRACKING SOME OF THAT THROUGH ABOUT 6:00 OR 7:00.
