we we had some interesting developments out of Northern Ohio so if you've not been following why would you you could be like the king of the point deers to pay attention to roster Cuts before the season so we have learned now that the brownies are shopping their backup quarterback jamus Winston at this point they have kept not one not two not three but four quarterbacks now they're not going to use four quarterbacks by the time the season comes around there's even noise that the Chargers Holy Jim Harbaugh Batman are interested in Winston to be a backup to Justin Herbert although nothing has come down the pike at this hour if something breaks overnight we'll let you know but don't bury the my man it is all about the reality that jamus Winston's name has come up here a top backup quarterback in theory for the Cleveland Browns and his name is being tossed out let us discuss the question is rather obvious here why why are the Browns pondering a trade of backup quarterback jamus Winston so I've got station wagon The Temptations and and paper plates and we will combine all of these things together and we are going to punch you in the schnaz is what we're going to do so a when you answer the question why when you examine the question why you start connecting the dots backwards and I might be making too much of this but when you when you examine what's going on in Cleveland one for the Gipper Rah raah speeches before Brown's exhibition games which were hilarious comedy gold from famous James and the way I look at this Winston already is more popular than DeShaun Watson with the esteemed panel of Browns fans and he's got this charismatic personality and people love him what's not to like he's got a lot of Joy it would appear in his life jamus Winston so uh Watson my theory is that he's raised a halalu behind the scenes here now what is my evidence I have indirect evidence I know the Browns let Joe Flack exit stage left after that Cinderella run at the end of last year and he went to Indie Flaco wanted to stay in Northern Ohio but the Browns didn't bring him back and the reason they didn't bring him back is because he had become a folk hero and DeShaun Watson was uncomfortable with his popularity among the fan base and didn't want to have to worry about flacko breathing down his neck well history's repeating himself a bit jamus Winston not that he lit the world on fire in the exhibition games but he was signed by the Cleveland football team for the very specific purpose of being Deshawn Watson's backup and you're telling me a couple months later they're at least considering cutting bait and trading him when the other quarterbacks on the Browns roster blow right that does not pass the smell test it doesn't so I look at that and I say whether they trade Watson or not the Cleveland Browns are trying to reassure Deshawn Watson that hey uh we have affection for you and do not be jealous uh we'll even think about trading this guy for a late round draft pick all right page two we go now to the injury tent Miami Miami Miami Miami and if you thought that obj would be playing when the season begins you are a loser Odell Beckham Jr is going to start the season on the pup list the pup list puppet pup uh he has been placed on that list with a mystery injury the Dolphins have not said don't want to violate those HIPPA laws maybe it's his hip I don't know uh but we do know that Beckham had a predisclosure that was not announced to the public but the team knew about it and the word is he's out first four games of the Season W they'll be without Beckham the Cleveland former Cleveland Brown he was at loggerheads with Baker Mayfield back in then he went to the Rams won a Super Bowl then he stole money from the Ravens and now he's like hey I can steal some more money from the Dolphins so what's the word for Odell Beckham not being available for the Dolphins how are things looking at the career Arc of Odell Beckham so I'm gonna give you my word the classic 1970s band The Temptations which is two words The Temptations A a tune called Shaky Ground that would sum up Odell Beckham at this point because that is what Beckham stands on
