ranking the best defensive tackles in college football and boys we are back here with another tier list update today we're going to be updating our defensive tackle rankings before we get into today's your order now right forward you go ahead and look at the new cards today we're going to take a look at the old tier list now defensive tackle is a spot that I think has changed quite a bit I think everyone needs to come down two tier with the cards we have today and yeah boys this is what it's looking like before we get into the new cards and now the first cards we're going to take a look at are all mean Joo greens and we're going to be ranking all his Legend set pieces as well starting with this 80 overall going up to the 87 and we'll take a look at the 80 overall first 76 speed 76 acceleration offers you basically no pass rush no block shed or impact blocking either and as you're going to see right here uh for the most part Legends their traits they just have everything on no which I believe isn't accurate so like these legend cards the traits aren't one to one but the current day players are correct now this 80 overall Mean Joe Green really offers you nothing and really the two cards that I think kind of offer you a little bit are the 82 and the 83 with the 78 and the 79 speed also hits 80 for power moves and then 70 for finesse moves I don't mind the 82 and the 83 but the 80 and 81 are going to be in the F tier but 82 83 I think they're on the C tier level but I will place them in the D tier and that leaves us with the final mjo green right here the 87 this card has 81 speed 81 acceleration which this right here here for a defensive tackle is really really nice and he is 6'4 296 has 855 power moves with slightly lower finesse moves but great block shed and impact blocking I think it's a great defensive tackle in the game and I would be willing to say that this the the 87 is a step above Christian Wilkins in them yeah I don't quite think he's an S tier defensive tackle anymore but I think he's very much deserving of this a tier spot and then after that we get 80 overall Ricky Samuel and this card has 61 speed 63 acceleration so really offers you nothing from that to compartment uh 6'3 305 as well this time does have 80 power moves with 80 block 80 impact blocking but again for traits has everything on no which we check his 67 also has everything on no as well that means is if you do have everything on no you kind of get like an auto shed timer but I just don't feel like his core ratings are really that bad I mean for me to say you're a decent card in the game I want you to hit 80 power moves 80 block 80 impact blocking 80 finesse moves he doesn't hit the 80 finesse moves I'm kind of debating on if this card is f tier or D tier I mean I like the I like just Shamar Turner like more than this card like I buy a lot I will place him F tier but I actually don't think he's that bad of a card now after that we get 81 overall jiah Peterson and this card has 76 speed 80 acceleration he's 6'4 295 this time 83 power moves with 78 block shed 79 impact blocking and again for traits nothing on yes so kind of similar to the other card and this card could have been just a lot better with with better traits and what we would be looking for on this card is only the bull rush move on yes so think a bull bull rush as power moves that's on yes we know he's going to use that power move rating but his Spin and swim are on no he won't use the Finesse move which again is kind of why I said earlier that if you have nothing on yes it's more like an auto shed timer that like incorporates all your ratings which sometimes is pretty crazy when you have like 90s for everything but this card again if he would have had better traits I could have placed them D but I will be placing this card in the F tier we also get 81 overall Jacob Holmes and this card has 69 speed 81 acceleration he's 6 with 3 297 with 80 finesse moves 78 power moves no real block shed or impact blocking and again kind of similar story where the traits just really aren't there for this card for this card we would want the inverse though we would only want that spin and swim move on yes and bull rush on no and we can check his 79 as well right here and he also has everything on no too this card is someone just with no traits so we're going to place him in the F tier as well we also get Tavon Coleman right here with 80 speed 81 acceleration which is actually really nice at the DT spot he just really doesn't offer you much as a pass rusher and nothing in the Run game either and again we would only want the bull rush trade on on this card literally offers you nothing as a run Defender as a pass rusher so for me this card is going to be in the F tier now we get 83 overall JJ I was about to say Pegasus and I don't know why but you know what 83 overall JJ right here 73 speed 80 acceleration this time actually really decent power moves at 84 63 finesse moves 84 block shed 83 impact blocking and his traits again we would only want the bull rush on yes if we look at JJ's other card right here he again like it's the same thing so I think he just has to be right by his 82 overall for us right now is going to be in the F tier what I will say about this card okay he does get abilities and also if you put like the pass rush Strat on him hitting 85 power moves is really really nice so I'm going to slightly play some D tier man like yeah I mean slightly makes it for me you can argue that he should be right by his 82 and I'm not going to sit here and say you're wrong and now we get ultimate alumni Dante corleon this card has 63 speed 69 acceleration and he has 83 power moves 83 block Shad 80 impact blocking and also only has the bull rush trade on yes so the first card where he actually has the ideal traits and is very solid across the board if we look at his 84 he's literally just as good as his 84 just gets like the added benefit of having abilities this card yeah I'm going to place him in the D tier literally right by his 84 it's just the fact that this card is literally just better because he gets abilities so yeah it kind of makes his 84 no point to run him but yeah he's he's a decent card in the game and now we get another pretty beastly card right here we get a bunch of Warren saps and even starting off from the jump right here the 83 is a budget Beast like all these cards are crazy for their price besides like the 88 like the 88 is a little bit expensive but like they're still great so let's talk about all them real quick so the 83 overall 79 speed 77 acceleration 6'1 290 that's not going to change 83 power moves as well with 82 block 84 impact blocking and the traits also going to be messed up on the Legends but this 83 waren sap in my opinion I think he is at least deserving of the D tier like he is very very solid in my opinion and then after that we get into the 84 and the 85 where it's just again plus ones or plus twos from the 83 for the 85 where this card has 80 speed or 81 speed 85 power moves 73 finesse moves I guess he didn't get a plus one with finesse moves but yeah I think both the 84 and the 855 are like that next level good in my opinion I'm going to place these Warren saps in the C tier what I'm actually going to do is I'm going to place the 83 in the C tier and I'm going to move the 84 and the 85 in the B like I think both these cards are insane for their price and now we get the 86 right here that is 82 speed 80 acceleration this time 86 power move 85 block shed 87 impact blocking and again I think this card is just ever so slightly better than the other ones so I'm going to place this one in the a tier by mjo Green I think this card is fantastic for its price definitely worth it and then ending it off we got the 88 War SAP with 83 speed 82 acceleration power moves are high I get the Finesse moves are lower but the block shed impact blocking like the speed Excel it's all just fantastic man and for that reason Warren Sap is going to go ahead and be our first s player of the video and after that we get ultimate kickoff Simeon JR this card is 6'3 296 66 speed 80 acceleration has 83 power moves 75 finesse moves 83 block shed 77 impact blocking and this time if you only had the uh the bull rush trade on yes he would have made the list for us but Simeon Barrow in my opinion he is going to be in the F tier I just prefer almost everyone we have D and andc over him and now we bump it on up to 87 overall Darius Alexander and this card is 6'4 310 75 speed but 885 acceleration is actually really really nice and honestly I don't hate to take that you should value Excel more for alinan than speed because the Excel determines how fast you get up to that top speed so don't hate that at all also has 86 finesse moves 81 power moves 87 block shed 77 impact blocking now the traits again doesn't have any traits on yes and if we look at his other card no if he would have only had the Finesse moves aka the spin and the swim move trade on yes I would place this card in the S tier but Darius Alexander is still a really great card in the game man I am placing him in the a tier I think he's one of the better defensive tackles in the game and I think he's better than everyone in B after that we get another pretty beastly card right here we get 87 overall Jaylen Carter and this card has 83 speed 87 acceleration at the DT spot like that is just pretty I mean look if I told you okay there was a 6'3 linebacker that dropped with 83 speed 87 acceleration 81 agility 84 change direction you'd be like that's actually not that bad especially without linebackers are being sted kind of crazy physical stats ban it is also has 86 power moves the Finesse moves are a little bit lower but does have good block shed Jaylen Carter every time I play up against this card by the way he just causes absolute Havoc I think Jaylen Carter is the best defensive tackle in the game like he is just otherworldly good definitely deserving a best in my opinion and ending it off right here we got Howard cross thei this card is 6'1 284 75 speed 87 acceleration with 81 finesse moves 84 power moves great block shed and impact blocking has the bull rush and the swim move trait on yes I think this card is really really great man I think he's one of the better defensive tackles in the game I just don't quite think he's on that s tier level but he is someone that very much is deserving of a tier so yeah boys this has been my thoughts on the
