ranking the best quarterbacks in college football Ultimate Team and boys we are back here with another tier list update today we're going to be taking a look at the quarterback position now if there are any new story of the week cards we will be covering them at the end of the video I'm recording a little bit before those officially dropped before we get into today's video I do want to talk about these new cards right here let's take a look at the old tier list and what do I think needs to change well I will say Tim TBO I think he's more on like the Vince Young and Lamar level than like Kad MCA Marcus will Howard P Pat White and Tua but I do think there's also a new s tier of quarterback today so I'm going to go ahead and drop everyone down now what I will say about Lamar Jackson specifically is the fact that I I still think he's the best value in the game Vince Young I also think is great I think there's a singular quarterback that does what Lamar does just a little bit better so I think it goes from like Lamar to this next quarterback now we're going to get it started right here with story of the we Grant Wilson from ODU now this card has 80 speed 82 acceleration 82 throw power and hits 80 for short and medium accuracy 78 deep but I think this is a fantastic budget option right here he can get the magician ability and also he's like 8,000 coins like I I actually don't think this card is that bad at all man I am going to go ahead and put this card in the D tier which does seem a little bit low but I mean for an 82 overall man I I use this card and again if you can't afford like if you are really on a budget man this card can do some good things for you now after that we get 82 overall Grayson maau with 82 speed 82 acceleration what's kind of interesting is this Grayson maau right here I actually think he's better than his 85 so this one is a speed Point faster but he has less throw uh Power right and for accuracies he does have a little bit less medium and deep but hits the 80 short accuracy threshold this card can get the magician ability which I think is just another thing over his previous card so this Grayson Macau for me I like the speed I like the Excel I like the throw power the accuracies aren't the best but for me Grayson Macau I'm going to go ahead and place him on the same exact level as his 85 again I think there's some give and take and I think he's a good representation of what I want the C tier to be and then after that we get a big group of Roger starbox right here we get 83 to 88 overall Roger and this card even at an 83 overall really isn't that bad so 80 speed 80 acceleration 83 throw power and hits 80s across the board for accuracy I think that's all really really solid and based on his top end card that I use doesn't have the worst release in the world too this is a card that could get like the magician can't get the doubt ability but I don't think this card is that bad really I think this card and the 84 are going to be on the same level for me cuz again they hit the same accuracy it's like just literally plus ones from the 83 to the 84 and I'm going to place these two cards right here in the ooh are they D or are they C though yeah I don't hate that I think they're a little bit better than Grant Wilson also think on the same level as 82 Grayson Macau I don't hate so I'm going to place these two in the C tier then after that we have the 85 and the 86 and I think the 85 with 82 speed 82 acceleration also does hit 85 short accuracy 85 throw power too I like that I do think the 86 obviously with the plus On's a little bit better hits 85 for medium as well one away from hitting 85 deep I'm going to place okay so this is what I'm going to do I'm going to place the 85 like top in the C and I'm going to place the 86 in the B tier right here and then the full Roger 88 overall with 84 speed 84 acceleration can't get the dot ability but does have 88 throw power with great accuracies across the board is this Roger though a s tier quarterback oh man that's kind of tough for me again I use this card do I think he played on that s tier level I don't really think he played on an S tier level man I wasn't really really too impressed when I used him I don't think you play better than Lamar so I'm going to place him in the a tier yeah I mean I'm going to have him behind Lamar as well I can see the argument for S this really comes down to play style cuz even though he is 84 speed I I just feel like not getting the dot ability hurts this card cuz I think he's again like he's 84 speed which is pretty mobile but when you use Lamar I think it's a nday difference so I would say Roger a little bit more in the pocket style of quarterback can't get the DAT ability now after that we get 84 overall AJ Swan that has 66 speed 71 acceleration does have 82 throw power with 86 short accuracy but I just really can't recommend a quarterback with this low speed and Excel unless he's getting like gold or platinum abilities I I I can't recommend it man so yeah AJ Swan for me it's just a speed and Excel the mobile QBs are just simply too good so so in my opinion AJ Swan is going to be in this F tier I just feel like there's really no point to run the card and then after that we get in case you missed JJ McCarthy as well with 83 speed 83 acceleration has 86 throw power can get the do ability with 85s across the board for accuracy I think JJ McCarthy is a great quarterback in the game and yeah I don't have an issue with this card I just think with the cards we're about to cover there are better options so I'm going to lean JJ more like top into this a tier again again you can argue like him first Lamar I don't hate them being on the same level cuz I kind of have similar thoughts where I can see both of them in the S tier but yeah I'm going to lean him in the a tier right now and also I want to Circle back to TBO right here cuz I think I'm going to get some questions about TBO TBO for me the reason he's not s is simply because he's left-handed and you might think it's something to like do with like having to flip your offense stuff like that no the reason for me tbo's an AER is cuz lefties going out to the right get like this 10-point turn animation I'll link the TBO game play we had at the end of this one so you can see I did try to Showcase that and it just really hurts his Mobility I do like the throw power on him and the fact that he doesn't get like any crazy abilities on that like silver or gold level I feel like he's more along lines like an a tier than S tier quarterback now after that though we get Charlie Ward and Charlie Ward right here has 86 speed 88 acceleration 86 throw power and hits 85 for short and medium accuracy 84 deep 82 throw accuracy so yeah Charlie Ward in my opinion is the card that is like a little bit better than Lamar is he worth his price over Lamar no I'd rather just run Lamar but this card I think is slightly better so Charlie Ward is going to be our first s tier quarterback I think Charlie Ward is just ever so slightly better then after that we get ultimate alumni Quinn ERS this card has 84 speed 83 acceleration with 88 throw power 85 throw accuracy so can get the doability 85s across the board for accuracy and when I used this card I really felt like his release was kind of money I can't lie he had one of the better releases that we used and I don't really do this a lot but it's like Quinn yers and also this other card right here Josh Allen I feel like they're so similar man I mean Josh Allen 83 speed 88 though power 85s across the board for accuracy 83 throw accuracy so can get the dot ability like both of these cards in my opinion are two of the better pocket passers now I know they have 83 speed 83 acceleration they can move the reason why I consider them more like pocket passers is because the fact that I think we have quarterbacks that move a little bit better than them and also they get the dot ability and again it's not like they can't get out either but yeah I'm going to place both of these cards in the S tier by the way yeah I I really like both of them I couldn't not put them s tier and again it's kind of making me want to move Lamar up and then after that we get College kickoff Conor Wyman right here again I suck at pronoun pronouncing some of these names but this card is 78 speed 80 acceleration so really doesn't have the top end Mobility does have really good throw power and accuracies 88 throw power 85 Plus for short and medium accuracy 80 deep but he doesn't get the doubt ability I just feel like this quarterback yes he has good throw power I don't think he's that much better than like Cade M theera so I'm going to place this card on the B tier level by these guys and yeah you can argue placement of course but yeah yeah I think he's more B tier than he is a I just thought he was like okay he wasn't anything like spectacular and now we're going to be circling back to a card that we already did Cover in the previous update but 84 will Howard can now go up to an 89 overall which I feel like they did him a little bit dirty with one thing so I think this had potential to be an S tier quarterback but look 84 overall 81 speed goes up five overall gets one speed man I mean come on they should have gave him 86 speed 86 acceleration then like the 8 throw power the 90 like this card is still really good do not get me wrong like the throw power the accuracies are all amazing I just feel like again he's not on that s tier level but he should have been he could have been I feel like if they would have done his speed properly again like a plus five speed increase is like five 86 speed 87 acceleration at that point with that throw power and accuracies again I feel like he's just better Lamar at that point and for me will Howard this card is going to be on this a tier level as well again I think Ward Allen and ERS are my top three quarterbacks and I think they are the here and we did end up getting a field Phenom quarterback we got my goat cam Ward right here from the U going to be at the Florida A&M Miami home opener this weekend and cam Ward 85 speed 85 acceleration 86 throw power low throw accuracy which this just kind of determines if you can get the dot ability or not he can't and also it's 85 for short and medium accuracy use this card this card's gameplay will be linked at the end of the video but yeah I think cam Ward was absolutely phenomenal I think he's very similar to like Lamar Jackson value and I literally Mar and cam Ward love the two cards man so I'm going to end up placing him in the a tier so yeah boys hope you guys did enjoy this video man if you did make sure to leave a like And
