Breaking it Down with C-Train: San Francisco 49ers Initial 53 Player Roster.

yes welcome come on come all we have roster decision day that's right Niners fans San Francisco 49ers fans this is your 53 man roster breakdown it's Tuesday the Niners just cut a bunch of players the whole NFL every team just cut a bunch of players and we're here to take a look at the ners 53 man roster let's break it down real quick what do we got here oh Cur y of this roster this awesome dle Google Docs doogle Docs Google Docs sheet is uh courtesy of David Lombardi so let's just break it down real quick quarterbacks I can dig it I love it we got Brock Josh dos Brandon Allen I really like Josh dos at the two remember that I said this a couple years ago the Falcons beat the ners a couple a few years ago Marcus Mariot was the quarterback when the Falcons beat the ners I believe that Josh dos can do what Marcus can do for them for the ners what Marcus Mariota did against the ners for the Falcons remember that I said that let's look at our running backs CMC hopefully Christian mcaffrey can uh can stay relatively healthy you know he had the what was the calf issue um he seems to take care of himself pretty well I'm not too worried about durability even though there's a Target on his back I love love JP Mason at that too though I love the backup running back so look unfortunately it looks like Elijah Mitchell is is injured again Bank on Elijah Mitch look you should definitely Bank on Elijah Mitchell being injured every season and the only reason I say that is because I believe he's been injured every season okay moving on uh Kyle ju of course we got juice here Patrick Taylor okay oh sorry let's go to running back I like Isaac ureno that three um if the ners if I'm telling you right now though if if mcaffrey and Mason get really banged up the Niners are going to have an issue because I like what I see from ureno but um I strictly see him as a return man this year this season anyways yeah so ooh our wide receivers we're at our wide receivers Brandon auk is he really on the squad we're not even going to count that this is the bigest question mark right here one of the big this is the second biggest question mark the wide receiver and tight end core okay uh so we're looking at starters because don't auk is not on the team right or he's not playing right now so Debo Samuel and Jennings I think Jawan Jennings is one of the most underrated ners I like I think he's more of a dog than auk um I love him after the catch as well a couple pre-seasons ago I know that's a couple preseason ago go Jawan Jennings was like getting the ball on these screens these little bubble screens and blowing people up for like 15 20 yard gains check that out if you don't remember Jawan Jennings man right when it was coming out of Tennessee I believe okay huge issue okay bad news what the heck is going on with iuk okay for the record because I haven't given an iuk update that much um I just think that iuk really wants attention wants to be loved and wants you guys to like feel gratitud ude appreciation and love for him so it's like I don't even know if it's about money seriously I just think that he wants attention I just think that like he could have signed and would have signed for like less money or whatever but it's just like he just wants he loves those socials he gets the serotonin bumps obviously because he trolls all the time off of his socials and stuff like that I despise that I despise that auk is uh for a lot of things that c train is not for also ners receptions for like 140 yards in the whole playoffs okay including that one reception against Detroit oh yeah okay it guy does just doesn't move the needle needle okay wow look at these tight ends though George KD we got two tight ends now that is I see tight end okay Steve Young would always say the tight end is the quarterback's best friend if the tight end is quarterback's best friend then the Niners hate their quarterback because they only have George KD pretty much Jake Tong yeah okay sure he did what eight receptions for for Big Jake in the preseason I believe their number two tight end now yeah I don't dig that at all how about this actually for the record I was in favor this is super I know this is crazy this is crazy but I'm crazy I was for uh getting Brock Bowers I thought I believed that rookie tight end uh from Georgia Brock Bowers I think he got drafted way early like 10 drafted by the Jets I believe I believe that Brock Bowers with George KD that both of them would be Hall of Fame tit end George KD's already a Hall of Fame tit end I believe that Brock Bowers next to KD on the opposite side would uh be a Hall of Fame tight end in the Niners offense so that's why I believe that the Niners not moving up and getting him wasn't issue but that's fine I mean whatever there's a lot of players in the draft who they didn't draft it's fine this is the biggest issue though we're going to the top of the screen see where I'm jiggling the mouse that offensive line is ghastly I don't know how Brock p is going to survive behind that offensive line and I'm not kidding real quick but I don't think he's going to die but I think he's going to get injured I he's get hurt and hit a lot um if you are Robert Sally okay if you are the Jets head coach this is all you say you say look at those men up front look at the ners Players up front Jake Brendle Colton mckivitz jayon Moore those guys are protecting the goodies if if you're if you're still if you're solid pumping up the Jets you punch those niners offensive linemen in the face they're either just going to stand there and bleed or just get injured whichever one comes first but wowza um Jaylen Moore and Colton mckivitz at left tackle and right tackle um is the worst they're the worst pairing I've ever seen I believe for um Niners offensive lineman however I don't remember those like early 2000 teams too well like the Alex Smith Mike Nolan teams maybe they had a worse offensive line I'm not 100% sure um but it is it's just a gross it's a gross error and misjudgment miscalculation for the Niners not to have gotten any backups um at tackle it's just scary um yeah o that is a little scary that's a little scary okay that's fine they drafted even they drafted a guy out of USC it's either Kingsley or Kingston and he got and he got cut today the Niners did they drafted a tackle out of UC out of USC in like the sixth round he's not there I don't see how he can be any worse than Jaylen Moore and col kots though um okay so just this is a red flag this offensive line is a red flag um this is it's an offensive line like this that will lose you a Super Bowl in a playoff game just to let you know I like Banks I like puny don't really like anybody else honestly honestly it's just the truth Spencer berford had some potential though as well so you know um I don't know it's like I guess we're going with potential now uh I thought the ners were like a Super Bowl contending team for a Super Bowl contending team that is not a Super Bowl contending offensive line so that's very tough they going to have to make up for a lot okay defense I like the defense I like the defense look at the starting defensive linemen I like Bosa Collins hardgrave and Floyd love it love it love it Floyd's got to stay healthy um he got knocked up same with uh or you know a little bit of a knock not knocked up it's a different thing uh gross MOS say has to have an Elliot those guys are crucial as is Robert Beal remember that I said that Robert Beal Jr may get some run early I don't know I don't know but I like what I see out of let's say the top seven of these defensive linemen I love Bosa Collins hardgrave Floyd really like Elliot given and gross Matos so look that's as good as the depth as you're going to get I I can dig it linebackers I can dig this Curtis Robinson this is going to be sort of a Do or Die for him um not a do or die but like this is a real Pro it uh he did really well in the preseason obviously impress some coaches I see some issues here as well right um you you you never know how you just don't know how Dr Green lon's going to return you just you can't count on that you don't know how he's going to return that's okay um I have question marks about Campbell's ability to uh gosh his um ability to like cover to cover tight ends I really so hopefully Warner is just going to have all of that responsibility but um I I have questions about DeAndre Campbell's ability to um to yeah to cover backs and receivers and uh tight ends out of the backfield so I hope that the Dink and dunk isn't going to work against the Niners a lot this year cornerbacks in secondary I can dig that she can dig it we can dig it can you dig it can you dig and pay I love Ward love love demo Lenor I want I I hope that they pay demo soon um really good news that taleno hufanga is Act was didn't start on the IR I really really like the secondary what I really like what I like the most about the secondary is that they lay the boom these guys know how to hit Ward Lenor brown huanga green Mustafa can all lay the wood and the wood's going to need to be laid for the ners to pick up some victories okay let's see here Long Snapper pepper we love that Jake Moody Mitch Mitch wishnowski is actually well no he's good he's doing well um he's got good directional kicking Jake Moody I have always disliked I do not believe that Jake Moody has a proper mechanics um his plant foot your plant foot should like generally your plant foot's supposed to go like where the kick is supposed to go and his plant foot's always all over the place Le to aant kicks huh strange coincidence interesting I like coing and ureno and what a job by John Lynch drafting two special teams hopefully projected starters I can dig it okay one more thing don't know why this guy's here but Ronnie Bell is like I don't know I feel like Ronnie Bell is there like as a scapegoat I feel like Ronnie Bell is never going to make it to the end of the season and like the first mistake like say that k drops a ball they'll just be like that was Belle so he drops a lot of things just get him out of here I'm just messing but like I don't dig him as much I do not I see a lot of drops I see a lot of mistakes he wears number 10 I'm still not over Kyle Kyle Williams how about that just just switch the number then for the love of everything switch the number because you're not making it great again I can tell you that was never great anyways I can dig this roster I really like this roster and remember this remember this Niners fans I like the surprises actually I like the surprises um I.E the tight end surprises you got with uh with Jake tongas that they only have two right now um I like ctis Robinson I like Campbell given I think that the defense hopefully is there and is there early hopefully because the defense has been like a relatively healthy you know it's like you got the big guns back hopefully the defense can sort of steady the ship and right or at least keep us in the right direction while the offense figures things out like Trent Williams figures out if he wants to play football or not while Brandon iuk like uh just fishes for more followers and stuff like that and likes because I think he's just an Instagram person now don't know if he plays plays Sports anymore hey anyways yeah but yeah okay overall I can dig it still a little marred by the clouds of iuk and Williams right it's like dang they really are hurting the team's morale this is a goodlook team it's a real so actually here how about this Niners fans you can still have a good morale this is a very competitive team team that could and probably should go very far in the playoffs and content be happy about that be patient with the other stuff because like okay how about that in two months we'll know everything how about that so in a month we'll know everything I'm sure with iuk
