Kelly Stafford NOT ATTENDING Detroit Lions Week 1 Game....& THAT'S A GOOD THING!

you know every time I do this every time I say this is it or I'm not talking about this anymore I realize that that is a moot point because I am in the space of talking Detroit Lions that means anything uh connected directly indirectly around about way if it comes back to my team I got to talk about it and I saw this the first thing this morning when I got up actually not the first thing because the first thing I saw was Darkness cuz it was I was taking my kid to school at 6:00 in the morning we got to get up who made these rules for high school man I know we trading we we we prepping them to be adults but jeez bro sometime I mean 7:00 Jesus anyway so after a while I'm up I drop him off I come back home some time past I see that Kelly Stafford had her morning after podcast today I believe it happens on Tuesdays after the you know because the NFL season you got games on Sunday you got games on Monday and Kelly Stafford we all know what happened last year just talked about her husband yesterday and the fact that when she came to Detroit we booed her and her kids she said we booed the children then she recanted that statement and said that she we were booing her which I don't even think we were doing that but her husband yes he got it all right now let me be very clear this is another man's wife I am not going to talk derogatory about that because that is just not who I am but I found it it very intriguing that uh I feel like she speaks for Matthew I think we've known that even the time that she was here and she might be conveying how Matthew is really really feeling but she because of I guess her being her being a little hurt on uh the last time she was here that her and the children are not attending this game now if you remember last time we played them it was a school night so that was not a big deal so I thought maybe she was going to put it on school but she just don't want to come because I guess we heard her feelings but here's what she had to say I forgot to put my headphones on just bear with me a little bit here's what she had to say on the morning after now listen I listened to this whole thing so you didn't have to double speed this happened all the way at the end it was an hourlong show this happened with like 13 minutes left good I made it all the way to the the end but here's what Kelly Stafford you'll hear Matthew in here she's going to ask Matthew about the the matchup and all this and listening to the whole show it's funny seeing Matthew go from like regular person to uh oh here we go you're talking about you're talking football you're talking about my old team and what I realized is that this this this ain't going nowhere Matthew Stafford that conversation is not ever going anywhere it's unfortunate but Barry Sanders Calvin John son and in one way or another Matthew Stafford will always be connected to the Detroit Lions now I am going to do my best this is a bit of a potty mouth show uh quite the potty mouth um that Kelly Stafford has so I'm going to try to do my best to capture these sounds so if you have young children around I would probably wait until they're not around anymore now of course you've never heard me use profanity and I hate to do this but this was the only way I could bring it in um so I'm going to do my best to bleep out as much as I can but here's what she had to say um about not returning to Detroit I did see a something on SI but it's funny cuz I didn't hear Hank at all but this whole entire segment I thought was her and Stafford but at the same time I did cut it off when she started talking about aliens so that's when I had to go but here's what she had to say if I got to listen then you got to listen too here we go let me cue this up real quick no no no go back to Detroit I'm excited like listen it's uh an awesome opportunity they're really good football team they made it to the NFC championship last year really talented bringing back a lot of guys big challenge been back there once already over that um and it's also the start of a season right last year was Winter go home and and um a little bit more finality to it this one obviously want to go win every single football game we playing but we're just using it as an opportunity to go get better and and hopefully win a game you know you know and and um that's uh that's kind of the mindset but we know it's going to be a you know a huge challenge they present challenges schematically but also Personnel wise um they've got really good players also they're in that Stadium yeah it's going to be yeah communication all that right like it's it's all a huge challenge Hank was talking about how they had false starts in preseason yeah that's what I heard I talked to some of the guys from some other teams and some coaches from other teams and said it was it was rocking and rolling so I mean they're excited about him they should be excited about him and you know we'll have to go in there and communicate um you know at a high level I mean who do you think is in that NFL office when they're coming out that schedule and they're going o let's do this again yeah I mean all I the NFL is you know genius when it comes to that stuff right like what do you want to give people on the airwaves to talk about well let's give them story lines going into week one yeah right like okay so what are they going to talk about in the middle of July when yeah you know training camp practices are not haven't happened yet and all that kind of stuff and so they usually talk about me and the I say so yeah thanks for that and uh oh thanks for that no but uh yeah I mean it's yeah it's story lines right they want to do that and um so that's what it'll be well I am excited for you to go back there and I hope it is a incredible experience I know we've had amazing experiences there um and I'm going to remember those as you know I'm not going yeah but I I hope you kick their ass thank you you're welcome and not to say obviously I hope you kick everybody ass yeah because I love Detroit but you know what they got their win last year it's you know now it's our turn and I will say one thing too like I hope I hope for yeah see like you're a little salty it's it's it's your turn you got the Super Bowl Mr Stafford so you know I just I saw everybody in the Detroit space talking about this and I had to chime in myself so as you can see she a wee bit salty now let me be very clear to S clowns in the comment section of every video that I've seen we did not boo the kids okay I don't understand how many times we got to do this and no we weren't classes classless and yes we will boo him and anybody else who plays for the opposition it doesn't that's what I so you know you know one one one thing I I will say I do appreciate the fact that Kelly is a regular person you know what I'm saying she a regular person she says sometimes what like what the regular person would say Matthew is very PC he's very by the book He's he was like that when he was here he's all of those things Kelly For Better or Worse will say what she's feeling even if it ain't the smartest thing to say so she she wants them to she seemed a little salty she seemed a little salty she seemed a little hurt she seemed like she trying to get get revenge but did you hear Matthew uh I'm like over that you know we we you know we we played them during the playoffs I'm over that like did you really got to say that you over it bro we know you know I you know what man I really do love this this is my favorite thing about football it really is it is the fact that it is an emotional sport it will bring people together who don't know each other but they start right they be they form relationship from from a football game to to go to fordfield or Arrowhead in front of 77,000 people right have a Chief's fan sitting behind you have a lion's fan sit next to you have somebody that watches lion Syndicate up to the left a run R behind to have to be pointing across the stadium across the aisle to somebody another Lions fan as your team is coming out Victorious to to walk out of the stadium like you know these people I think that's the best I think the best thing about football is how emotional it is I really do and how For Better or For Worse man it it it it's just an emotional sport it really is I mean why you think I am like I am so let me know your thoughts man do it in a nice manner in in the comment section in the comment do not you know this this we we like to be we like to be nice in the
