he say he's going to be on the gree snap count type of thing and everything what is what is the offense going to look like when you add that type of player well he's a dynamic player right and uh someone that you you can't just ignore when he's on the football field and um he balances out defenses in the sense you can't focus just on Bree you can't focus on Garrett you can't focus on our tight ends you got to you got to know where he is so it makes a defense play more balanced and um so just his presence Alone um balances the numbers do you expect to play any starters against the Giants or or uh we haven't we haven't talked about it yet uh um I'll re we'll reevaluate everything's after the uh practice on Wednesday and come up with a decision car I thought he did a great job man he's uh he was unblockable uh in my opinion uh there's things he's got to work on uh we've talked about those things where you know he's just so powerful and creating so much knockback that uh he's actually creating vertical seams in the defense and uh but um uh so we're working on some things to help him uh transition not only to run but to pass and but he's uh knock on wood he's healthy he's in a great frame of mind and uh um looking forward to having watching him have a dominant year do you think about the potential that car with quinnon I know quinnon is excited um because he knows he's not going to get the turn uh every every every snap turn of the protection he's uh but eventually teams are going to realize they're not going to be able to want uh block K law one-on-one and I really feel it's going to open up for Quinn Tony ID since you tell with FL just talk about uh where you see him at just compared to last year yeah he's uh he grows every day man he's uh Elite Communicator Elite energy uh Elite strain um and uh you know he's he's everything that we want out of a jet you know he's just got that DNA in him and um you know looking forward to again watching him progress and and uh as a professional what you seen him the grow the most over the last year uh really it's always going to be confidence and communication you know like uh I always tell tell our players that the volume of your voice projects in your confidence the louder you are the more confident you are and uh and he's someone who just gets louder and louder and louder he's playing with tremendous confidence about Alan Lazard how's he in a hopefully a bounce back year um he he looks really good um you know I've said it before and uh but uh I think he's he's doing all the little things that um where I feel last year he may have felt above it where this year I think he's he's just been on it you know he's been on all the details in all two uh in All Phases and uh uh being a leader in the in the uh meeting rooms he's like a second coach and uh but overall I think his uh his voice is much po more is a lot more posit not that he was negative I don't want to make it sound like he was a dog or anything but he's just in a really good place
