well what I tell you I told you that the Conor stallion's Netflix documentary was going to be a nothing Burger it was going to be a Reclamation project a PR tour designed for him to look better in the grand scheme of things instead of any actual truth coming out any new insight any new nuggets all it was designed to do was make Conor stallions look like a sympathetic figure one of my favorite movies is 310 to Yuma and in the movie The Bad Guy Ben Wade at one point kills somebody and says even bad men love their mamas after that guy had talked bleep about his mama even bad men love their mamas and when you try to make the argument that you cheated for two and a half years CU by God I love my mama I love my mama too not enough to write a 600 page Manifesto about how I would operate my favorite college football team or try to cheat to help them win a National Championship but Conor stallions did and it's kind of the ultimate takeaway from the documentary is I did all this because I love my mama my mama loved the Michigan Wolverines well that doesn't mean you didn't do things that were against the rules and to be just quite Frank I almost have more questions after the documentary or maybe not even more questions but questions that were not answered by the documentary for instance it certainly appears as if it is either one or the other I like to tell you it can be both I don't think in this situation it can be both either Conor stallions is a felon and feloniously put Blake Korum on the documents of his sweeper business that he was selling front page front porch of his house and Blake hm had nothing to do with it and had been defrauded or Blake corm was an ineligible player during Michigan's 2023 National Championship season like it it it doesn't feel as if it can be both so is Conor stallions a felon or was Blake korm ineligible I would love to know the answer to that question and really I I think the questions that I have after the documentary aren't necessarily some of them aren't legitimate questions like some of them are are you stupid you you say like in the documentary Jim Harbaugh gave me this football this game ball for stealing signs what what is wrong with you do you you keep up on the news do you know what you are accused of and then the whole like well uh I mean that wasn't me at Central Michigan I don't even I don't even think that guy looks at me I don't recall going to the game of Central Michigan and then there's Dave porno being like well Conor told me he went to the game at Central Michigan well who who is more likely to be believed in this situation the guy who has a reason to lie or the the guy who doesn't it feels like a pretty easy one to figure out so I just I I knew and I knew going in that there is not going to be a whole lot uncovered here right and maybe there there might have been slightly more than I thought was going to be uncovered because they show the the footage of you know um being investigated by the NCAA I don't think Conor stallions comes off real great in that I think it's abundantly clear that Jim Harbaugh knew what was going on and to kind of try to argue otherwise and and my one of one of my big points of contention has been if you try to argue about the way the message is delivered like right you don't like the way that maybe the NCAA leaked a draft letter or the NCAA did this or that when you're not arguing the central point when you're not saying Conor stallion did not do the things he is accused of and here is why here's the proof you have lost Johnny Cochran made the whole if the glove doesn't fit you must quit strategy the de facto strategy right I got to throw them off the scent of the main issues of this case preoccupy people with fluff and bull crap to get them to not focus on the fact that there are overwhelming gobs of evidence that show the con stallion is guilty of what he has been accused of well it's not illegal to steal signs you're absolutely right it's not it's not illegal to do that but also it's it is illegal to go do that in person ahead of time with electronic devices that's that's not allowed and that's easily bunked it's not allowed and there's overwhelming evidence that he did that well he was a lone wolf a lone wolf who was standing beside Michigan's coordinators on the sidelines and pointing out play calls and hand signals to off offensive and defensive players how is that a a lone wolf well not everybody does it do they do you think you're just strictly being singled out because you're Michigan and everybody else gets a free pass no probably not every single defense has been well the NCAA is out to get us that very well could be it could be true that the NCAA is out to get you but that doesn't mean you didn't do the things you're accused of and so for like the 15th time there is no argument here there is no well actually because it's abundantly clear of what Conor stallions did and I don't think that changes because I love my mama now I'm not cynical enough to pretend as if that's him saying I gotta figure out a way to get everybody off my back and it's the like every time a football coach retires or resigns and they say you know I'm going to I'm I'm stepping aside to spend more time with my family well no you're not because you're going to start coaching again in another year or so or take an assistance job or whatever but that's a bulletproof response right you can't attack a coach for stepping away for the idea that they're doing it to spend more time with their family because even the most heartless bastard isn't going to be like [ __ ] like you're not you're not going to do it because families are off limits right like I'm not going to sit here and say like every High School football coach who went like 0 and 25 was like I'm going to step aside and spend more time with my family no you're not you're quitting before you get fired like you got Pride just like everybody else nobody cares and Conor stallions I don't think I'm cynical enough to say that's what he's doing here because that would be saying he doesn't really love his mama but I do think he's trying to bulletproof himself with that defense of like well you can't you can't hate what I did because I did it cuz I love my mom even bad men love their mamas and yet they don't go to the lengths that you went to help your football program do things that were against the rules and to try to deflect and defend your conduct and actions because well I was just doing it because I love my mama is malarkey that's not cool it's the same same thing as athletes now holding their kids during a press conference or whatever because they believe hey I'm not going to get a mean question here I'm not going to get asked a controversial question I'm not going to get really pressed for an answer if I hold my kid while I do this it's the same exact thing of Conor stallion saying I did it because I Love My Mama because who's gonna say no you don't I'm as cynical as they come and I'm not going to say you don't actually love your mama but I am cynical enough to think like you look at that and go like what's my out here because I I I don't I just don't get the impression that Conor stallion is in therapy laying on that red leather couch with his head propped up and they were like why did you do what you did Conor I love my mama that's how you defend yourself right there big guy nobody can attack you because you love your mama it's just it's ridiculous at the end of the day so I I I guess the ultimate point I'm trying to make here is one I told you so I told you that nothing was going to come out of this and you would be like wellow I have been certainly enlightened on what actually happened does anybody feel that way do Michigan fans yes that I have seen on Twitter already today like they we are completely exonerated um what no that's that was not my takeaway or any other reasonable human beings takeaway but I told you so one and then two I just wish there were more answers I wish it wasn't just you could probably do like a five-part series if Conor stallion was one willing to tell you what actually happened right and I think we might get to that point that may might be optimistic but you know like we've and I talked about this when I talked about the Conor stallions documentary like very rarely does the bad guy go well hell I'm the bad guy what do you want to know I'll tell you my whole life story what I was thinking why I was thinking and recognize and redeem myself for being the piece of garbage very rarely does that happen like Lance Armstrong kind of did that back in the day when he was one of the most famous athletes on the planet and then it was like oh hey by the way I cheated um I hope you still like me and he went on the Redemption tour with Oprah and all those things if Conor stallions was willing to do that and I doubt we'll ever get to that now that I think about it I doubt we'll ever do he'll ever do that but if he was willing to do that this could be a five-part documentary a six-part sixh hour long documentary of here's what happened here's how I did what I did here's why I did what I did these were my motivations this is when I realized I'm in a world of trouble and all of those things can be investigated and you can have this really in-depth piece finding out what happened because I think even the most Ardent Michigan supporter would be like yeah I kind of want to know all of the details right I want to know everything but I don't think we're ever going to get that and I think to even try to attempt the idea that like we're going to put a big name on this documentary We're not gonna ask too many questions and Netflix is gonna pay us I don't like that style of documentary I like documentaries I like learning I like finding things out and I don't think you did a whole lot of that in the Conor stallions documentary those are my thoughts one to know yours what did you think of the documentary even if you're a Michigan fan and you think the biggest fat blob that's ever uh open his mouth and hot air spewed out I
