Miami Dolphins Picked To Finish Last By CBS Sports | First Depth Chart Release Reaction

you guys see these rat bastards from CBS Sports maybe that's an aggressive way to start this video but I I was perusing the first place I saw this was Dolphins Reddit this weekend and I was just like hey man what's your deal Pete prisco what is going on there that you would that that you are are already putting the Dolphins in third place and this is the thing that really annoys me about these bastards from CBS not only not only I don't know if they were trying to be hip I just saw a screenshot I didn't ask for explanations I don't really want explanations to be honest with you all I did was I saw these six individuals none of them have the Dolphins finishing in first place only one Jared Dubin has the Dolphins finishing in second place three uh two of them have finishing in third place and three of them having finish in last place and I'm like what again I did I stumble upon one from from 2020 like did I did I get the wrong date did is this a 2019 I I'm just very confused here by these AFC East predictions perhaps I should have done more research on it but I really don't want to I just want to be mad at Pete prisco will Brinson Ryan Wilson John breach who has the Dolphins finishing in last Jared duban and Tyler Sullivan and this has been such an interesting thing because like again the Dolphins are all in I mean you're talking about if if there is a world where the Dolphins finish in last place wow that is throw a grenade on the franchise City but even if they finish in third and and it's a third place that doesn't get you in the playoffs because you could NFC you could AFC North it it could be a a division that does have three playoff appearances but man I saw three of these bozos half of their little Blog has the Dolphins finishing in last and I just don't understand like how cute could you be that you have the Patriots finishing above the Miami Dolphins I don't understand that I don't understand it someone's going to have to explain that to me how the Miami Dolphins are are at this point where you would definitely have them below the Patriots I don't know if these guys are just three o'keef and Ales I don't know where will Brinson Ryan Wilson and John breech come from but I would imagine that they have a lot of friends named uh Sully and murf if that's the case if you have the Patriots honestly in your heart of hearts have the Patriots finishing anywhere but last place in this Division and if any team is going to be set up for disaster if any team in a weird way don't the Dolphins haven't they rid themselves of every excuse every distraction every that you would worry about because the bills all right I've said this up and down bills deserve the respect you know until the champ is knocked off in the division I'll give him respect but the but the Jets you have Aaron Rogers 40 years old putting together a new offensive line okay I understand I I acknowledge that they got some defensive Talent they got some weapons to they have Dolphins weapons I don't think so um and then you want to make this a two of Aaron Rogers I'm like what Aaron Rogers are we getting a man who is 40 years old you know has has a has a an Achilles made out of pasta and I'm trying to figure out why that team deserves the benefit of the doubt over the Dolphins I get the bills I get the bills but why oh why none of these six individuals think the Dolphins are division title worthy very interesting but puts into perspective how important those early games against Buffalo are going to be for Miami so three of these jackals are picking the Patriots to finish above the Dolphins finish the dolphin finish in last place what crazy to me dude um I will say I loved this I want to get into the Dolphins depth chart here in just a second but I loved Tim Bowens got introduced uh didn't get introduced Tim Bowens spoke to the media today because he is going in the Ring of Honor and Tim Bowens this this is a man who's about action boss he is not a uh he is not a he is not a talker he's not a yakity yaker you know menacing man Zach Thomas loves him Zach Thomas introduced him today to the media you know Tim badass Bowen gave him a wrestling nickname and everything and he was making fun of Zach Thomas for his rehears speech was adorable but Tim Bowen was asked today about the idea the Dolphins want to be bullies on defense and I think you could look back at the Tim bones defenses JT's oh those were menacing defenses menacing defenses that deserve better and he was asked about the idea about the Miami Dolphins wanting to be bullies and in typical Tim Bowen fashion is like you got to be about it well me I wouldn't be the talker uh be more the shore just go out and do what you got to do the dline sest it's on for the whole team so there's no words to be said about that you just go out and do what you got to do love it Goosey from Tim Bowes and he's right but I will say if you're going to talk about a part of the team that has doers and not a lot of yakers because I believe the first the first person I believe mentioned the bully thing was Jordan Brooks new you know comes from Seattle and but you know if he says it starts with that dline and you're led by the likes of Zach sealer not a talker not a uh a Rah ra you know guy just a a behemoth of a player and you know we fix your car and kick your ass like that's Zack sealer sealer it on up then you have Kus Campbell who of course is as credential as they come but again yes it can be a little bit more of an emotional eader but this guy is 37 years old and producing the NFL still at the level that he is that's a doer those guys if it is going to be on the the the lead of this defensive line I like that they have the qualities of Tim Bowens of being guys who are about doing it and not guys who are just about saying nothing wrong with saying it there's nothing wrong with being a Jaylen Ramsay who will talk a lot you love that about Jaylen Ramsey that's what makes him jayen Ramsey but you do need those those quiet stoic guys who uh who are about it now in the defensive line that came out today first depth chart sealer cus Campbell no surprise those are their first uh first seers and it's it's they just have to release it but I got to say looking at it reading some of the the the beat guys the columnists they're say is a pretty spot on a pretty spot on depth chart and looking around yeah kind of perusing it I can't say that there's much disagreement for me on that on the defensive side of things Bonito Jones is the uh I guess essentially would be the nose tackle here for the Miami Dolphins tier tart is behind him so that was an interesting one bringing them in to the fold Brandon peely being behind them on the third team uh Deshawn hand is a backup defensive tackle for the uh the Dolphins at this point the outside linebackers are interesting because this guy's been one of the story of Camp so far and been quit and bell and they have him first team outside linebacker on this squad that so he is getting one of those Edge spots out of the gate pretty awesome story he's been getting rviews got the orange Jersey um you know we did the Hard Knocks thing about him but like even listening to him today about like the the journey that he took together ear oddly enough like Ryan tanel he was a wide receiver in college did not know that I was like oh man I wonder if they'll mention that on every Monday night football broadcast for you from here on out they did it for Tanny uh but Quinton Bell has you know true to a lot of the guys that they would like with this uh this dolphin he waved a bunch cut a bunch overlooked over written off and this guy has come out here and they're saying yeah he is he's our starter right now out of this this whole this whole deal of all the guys that we're bringing you know yeah got chop Robinson who is listed second team behind Emanuel Abba on the other side mamar is listenting as thirdd although he reportedly had a good day today but that's a pretty awesome story that Quinton Bell has been playing that badass and uh is is at this point right now the other ones that are pretty interesting that stood out I would say are probably uh your backup Corner spots you got cam Smith who obviously is dealing with an injury storm duck is third team Ethan boner is the other backup quarterback so definitely something of Interest Ethan mon has been said to have a really great Camp cam Smith we we had the whole scars comment that came out there he is still uh listed second on the depth yard came back today did individual drills uh at the nickel they got CER kou you know guy has been balling basically since he walked onto the scene for the Miami Dolphins Nick Needum is behind him little bit healthier this year so you got that and then in the safety spots Fon Holland Jordan puyer no surprise though puyer has missed four straight practices you got Elijah Campbell Marcus May there behind them um on the offensive side of things for the uh for this I mean I think everybody the only thing that's really of note that anybody wants to know is tight end you got Duram SMI jnu Smith Julian Hill Jordie foron Tanner Connor all the way listed as the fifth fifth tight end that's an interesting one because he's had a pretty good camp there's a lot of talent in that room right like this has been one of the thin Parts but there's been so much said about Julian Hill the physicality that he plays with the skill that Tanner Conor's playing with Jordie foron just kind of plugs along does his thing jnu Smith you know spoke today about all the ways he's excited to be utilized in the defense so yeah the that that's that's become a very interesting room for what was a pretty thin position for the Miami Dolphins and then on the offensive line not a lot of surprises on the first team we got Armstead we got Robert Jones who seems like he's got that left guard spot for right now Isaiah wins hurt so I don't know if you could really trust that he's going to Le frog in there uh Aon Brewer Center snap issues aside Liam ikenberg Right Guard spot right now listed as the starter and then Austin Jackson is's your starting right tackle of course big extension last year he's all set there the backup tackles are Kendall Lamb on the right side and Patrick Paul on the left side Keon Smith at the left guard and Driscoll at the right and then a was this Aaron Meyer I don't know who he is quite Andrew Meyer excuse me I believe it's Andrew Meyer he is a rookie one uh rookie center from UTEP UTEP Two Step speaking of centers By the Way Conor Williams is apparently visiting the Ravens today uh or did visit the Ravens today he's considering a deal between Seattle and Baltimore so he may finally uh have a home but that being said uh now that the Miami Dolphins deals are all set aside Dolphins cap space comes in just under 36 million with the Tyreek Hill restructure that would put the Dolphins top five in c space top five in c space going into it rolls over so going into next year um that's amongst the likes of 49ers who obviously haven't paid theirt back yet Detroit I believe it was New England and last one escapes me I forget who the last one is who's above the Miami Dolphins maybe it was Houston maybe it was Houston I think it was Houston um either way Miami Dolphins are in a spot right now with their uh with their cast Bas after all the deals it works yeah it has to be said there was a really good job by the front office and uh keeping their core together and now you got some flexibility to add on top of it as as well
