so what's your self evaluation without see field um I think we had a good game obviously excited for the win I think there was some drives that obviously I want back some plays I want back just thinking about it now but um we got a lot to build off of which was good uh I think we ran the ball really well we had some chances in the past in the past game and I think just got to build it off this week Conor how exciting is it to see other young guys Mak place like Christian Jordan Ship bullet those guys all made really good play yeah I know that's so awesome to see it some guys first time uh in the Kean stadium and and bullet making the one of the best plays I've seen on the field at her was insane ship getting his first catch did getting his first touchdown I mean a lot of guys a lot of young guys getting touch it so love to see it were they nerves today yeah it was definitely nerves I first starting Kanan um it was awesome but there was nerves for sure do you feel like it affected you at all early on and if so what point did you kind of just toss that um I don't think it think really affected me I think my first job start off a little slow but got to roll pretty fast was the was the completion to JJ Jones throwing late across the middle which you're never supposed to do was that a big one for you because you know it looked m m was saying you know he was going no no no yeah I mean was that kind of an important moment I mean it was it was a big third down so it was was important play um got kept us rolling um I I just just just kind of playing not really obviously not supposed to over the middle but some that stuff happens sometimes and just got to play ball could you hear m y no I didn't I didn't [Music] hear I'm sure everybody you lose your Center doing a game and then you see Amar going to the locker room what's going through my quarterback um I mean those guys um prepare bullet prepare Zack greenber prepare they they they accept and do do what they need to do um that's that's that's why we have the guys to to have dep F so then they they did a great job bullet came in and played had a great game Zach had a great game so I'm excited for those guys too so you like no no not for one second trust trust him when you think about the bowl game you got hurt early and you admitted that you were a little bit limited after that and you were thrown in last week kind of just to get to the Finish Line was this maybe the first time we've done to chancee four quarters of kind of maybe some glimpses of who you are I'll would say so yeah I'll say it's four four quarters got a lot to fix obviously um got a lot to improve and look at the film and get it fixed but I'd say it was yeah probably First full game was was there an O crap moment when you made a play oh crap I just that that didn't work out well I shouldn't have done that um it's probably I think it was a third down and we ran out one of our base plays and I I just threw it to the wrong to the wrong guy and I was like oh crap and then now we got the iPads on the film so you can see it oh crap twice so it's all good though fairness was there also a play you're like okay this is the guy I'm going to be more consistently as I get through this yeah I think that um pass to Bryson it felt good com off my hands and um which pass was it the touchdown pass to Bryson the will um I thought that was good timing in there was some pressure I stood in there and I got to make throws like that going forward you you run the fle play play which takes a little time to develop back there how about looking down field and Christian down here like come on to ball yeah yeah so the play is is is is really for the tight end uh I just didn't want to miss the guy so I kind of looked at the tight end first that's why I was a little late and uh but I got it to him thank thank God it was floating up there for a while but felt like eternity but got it to him did got his first touchdown so Conor how much easier is it to so to speak find the group in a game when you go knowing that you're starting versus you know coming in the middle coming in toward like how much easier is it to kind of KN him when it's z0 to you know kind of you know get in your groove and you know progressively yeah I mean I mean the guys are looking to me on the sideline and I know uh I got to come through I got to do what I need to do to to get first downs and get TouchDown so um I mean it's just it's just a different thing when you know you have to you know you have to go out there and play I'd say I and then um with h you touched on obviously David Y in his performance what did you make of his you know ability to kind of shoulder the workload he did considering that you know Mar went down you know some point in that first half just how would you assess the the way that you know young go was able to kind of I I'd say it's really some of these things are blessing the SKU obviously you never want anybody get injured but a lot of stuff is it it's little stuff and it be back extremely soon obvious talking to the guys and so some guys got more experience than they would have and they bullet got a lot more carries um I think Jake Jake got in more cuz Bryson was out um Zach obviously got some experience so it helps build in depth so bullet be ready in the next game he got the got his first game of K out the way got his first carries out the way so it's blessing us guys I think was there anyone who gave you any last second worth of wisdom before you took the field today that was play anyone like that um I say Mitch always does a great job giving me wisdom our team chap um there's nothing nothing better than hear a good word for him on Friday nights and then hearing his voice on Saturdays um just reminded me you know where where my strength is um since Jesus so it's good and kind of along those lines did you last night at the hotel today before the game just personally take a moment to I don't know talk to yourself or think about like all right here we go like did you have one of those sort of like Quiet Moments person oh yeah for sure that was definitely definitely some Quiet Moments just Quiet Moments for me just um U picture myself in the stadium and making the plays and going over the scripts and quiet moment myself just like okay just just relax and be yourself and play Confident and I'll be fine visualization how will you process this between now and the time to meet with CHF tomorrow um I'm going to watch the film tonight and I'm going have my answers ready for the for the mistakes on here you guys good do you hand or you typ I'm just kind of curious do I what we're getting to learn getting know the tucking in the bed and stuff like that I'm curious do you handw right the or do you type them off uh I got iPads a lot I have like a little notes out that my pen I know if you cool enough to go here right I know so yes
