Aaron how are you I'm good I'm tired tired I always stop when I got no makeup off why do you do that I just cuz you should wear makeup to the airport then if you're no you look beautiful are you kidding you look great I'm in Cancun oh nice oh that explains a tan am I tan a littleit yes nobody ever look I've got to ask you about Tom dardi right there is there is a lot of people don't know this there is an Aaron Brockovich Tom gerardy connection yes right um I mean obviously now he's looking at he's 85 years old guilty of embezzling yeah right and now he's looking at I mean God 6 months could be the best of his life in prison right and I wanted just kind of your reaction to that you know so you know I always work for Ed uhhuh Tom wasn't the main character there was many attorneys involved during the trial Tom was just one of he was one he was one of the attorneys just one of them yeah got it um it's a shame you know I felt mad I feel sad was wrong should have never happened and you were wronged no everybody oh everyone was wronged of course the people that the people that he yeah so for me it's like what a what a shame he just threw away an amazing career a great life I don't know what happened and in about 201 17 uhhuh he fired me he fired you in 2017 fired me yeah wow I didn't know that no reason why well so I always worked with naine Vel I was also associated with other firms so I'd work on some cases with Mr gerardi but I wasn't one of his employees so some of my just I I got the D he was one of the ones he so he fired you okay I mean I so that's got to this is like extra I mean I mean do you do you feel I me I don't want to say Vindicated but I mean are you surprised you know what he was accused of and now what he's been convicted of you know he did those things he should be convicted it was wrong yeah he's an attorney he's supposed to be there to protect his clients and not spend their funds yeah was wrong and again it's a shame just threw it all away should the judge go easy on him considering his age you know to throw an 85-year-old man who's got Dementia in prison sure well the judge kind of take that into I'm sure the judge is going to take that into consideration would you when was so last time you spoke to him was 2017 yeah you don't know why he fired you there was no like no he fired a couple of us was he nasty about it no one of those little quirky little letters unannounced goodby good RS okay you know he had that little flare you're yeah okay so um it's disappointing it's sad um the I think the people deserve their Justice that they're getting if they get it if people ever get their money it's kind of mindblowing it's kind of mindblowing all that money and everything that was going on is it possible that Erica didn't know I wouldn't know that just like just your gut instinct as a woman with intuition because you like your career really cuz I've I mean obviously you've seen the movie right I lived right I'm aware of it your intuition is a big part of who you are your instinct that's what makes kind of that's what makes you you right mhm your gut instinct did Erica know just I mean you can't say that she did but in your opinion uh you're a smart woman there may have been Dynamics going on you know yeah yeah quid proo he going to hit a lot of stuff from a lot of people she might had an instinct something was going on maybe not I think a lot as he was getting a squeeze so many people were unaware of that everybody might have been going what is going on including her so it was hard you know everyone thinks because of the film Aon brockage that I know them and I really don't you I work for Tom you know um I was the one out in hingley I did the case Tom never came out to hle never met those clients wanted to try it all are they going to get their money back these people that that were WR I hope I hope so but I there's a lot of money owed yeah I hope those people in the airline crashes burn victims the money took from them they they need to be made whole it's a it's a shame all right we could talk forever and you're still you're still neck deep in this game huh yeah I am I mean and you're really so that's a lot of game it's a lot of game I know you know so but no still involved in many environmental issues getting right the head to Georgia posos contaminations all throughout the United States still in the water game it never ends never ends no all right but I think the gerardi game it came to came to an end came to an end it's going to liquidate what he's got and pay the people that can be paid and has and they're going to they're going to close that book we have to close that check yeah I wish I could tell you more no you told me plenty don't know anything thank you um and good luck see you next time
