BREAKING: ERIKA JAYNE HUSBAND FOUND GUILTY OF EMBEZZLING THE VICTIMS MONEY!

happened it happened Tom gerardi Erica James ex husband or husband I I don't I don't I actually don't know if there are leg legally married yet but anyways um he has been found guilty guilty girl mhm I mean is anyone surprised like no you know well now what it is surprising to me is how everything is kind of like playing out because after watching you know reading the Articles watching the documentaries like everything that we know so far we know that Tom gerardi allegedly misappropriate over half a billion dollars supposedly you know like there are so much money that is missing that we don't know what it is or what happened or you know there are so many victims so many people waiting for their money you know like I mean we know about some of them like the famous Gomez case we know about you know what happened with the um the airplane uh crash victims you know there are some cancer survivors I mean there is a lot there is a lot of people on this so what it is really surprising is that he was found guilty of essling $5 million and I'm like 15 where are the other $485 million that just Myster disappear in the past 20 years or something like that like 15 okay let's see where we go where we go with this you know so as you know the defense wanted to basically uh make make Bel so the defense basically was trying to say that you know he was crazy you know that he had had Alzheimer that he had dementia they had no idea what is going on you know that he was basically like wow you know living in la la land and girl they they really Tred I mean girl I mean I don't know if you saw the pictures but they were they put like this clothes on him that is clearly like two sizes smaller than he uh like everything is old everything is kind of like if they found it on the lost and found on the you know uh senior place that he is living I mean they really try oh to me it was like they try a little bit too hard you know but anyways they really tried to make him seem like crazy and disconnected you know but the judge basically said like uh no no no [ __ ] you are very capable you will stand trial you will tell us everything so much that when he took the stand the other day he was trying to be like no money like like what money my company oh my God I have to I I'm late oh my my God yes so um he he really tried like he really tried to put like definitely not an Oscar worthy uh uh performance but he really tried to make everyone believe that he was crazy and like the the whole uh jury and everyone was like um girl you know so the judge was like no you are capable to stand trial you will stay there you know and then they went on of it you know blah blah blah they deliberated and then they found him guilty on four charges of embas embezzlement now each one of them carries a 20y year uh sentence up to a 20 year sentence uh in jail girl I mean he's like 83 okay so like I don't know where he's gonna where is he or when is he gonna do 80 years in jail okay but he's probably going to do what like whatever five years he's left or I don't know I don't even know if he's actually they're going to send him to jail I think the whole thing was I mean you can say Okay Justice was made but like where is the money how are the victims going to survive are they ever going to get any money back they Tred to blame the CFO you know of of the of the company saying that he was the one stealing the money but it was very not clear because we can literally see all the receipts that literally all go goes through him now what is interesting is also they're saying that he was embezzling his this money and take the money out of his client for uh you know I don't know to do whatever he wanted to do but also to uh maintain his his and his wife luxury lifestyle including trying to make Erica Jane a superstar how is this going to affect Erica I don't know yet because there is nothing really against her at the end of the day we're still on the same boat like okay maybe Erica was just like I don't see I don't see yeah just pay just pay just pay yeah I it's expensive to be me you know she was trying like doing all of that without asking questions right um so we're still a little bit like a loss of like where is this going to go for Erica but now Erica cannot say anymore oh like the alleged victims I mean we don't even know if it's true that the money is lost [ __ ] the money is lost okay there are victims let's see if after all of these after four years Erica Jane finally finally is going to be able to say you know what I actually feel bad for the victims you know what maybe I don't need the blood diamonds anymore but you know Erica so we don't know exactly what is going to happen over here um again yes he's guilty we all have known that he's guilty for a very long time uh but my question now is like where do we go from here how what does this really mean because if I am a person who lost one two three four five million do that there was supposed to be mine for my family because of all the [ __ ] that I have to go through through and I'm still not getting it I don't give a [ __ ] if they going to give him 80 years in jail when he is 83 you know what I mean like I don't care about that I will be like where is my money where is my money but that's the question that is the one million question or maybe the $485 million question I
