move all over the place and and handle a whole lot of things both in the pass game and the Run game and he leads that room really well that's why you see those other guys step in and come in and play the way they do so proud of him you know happy for him that he played the way he did today and and um you know like myself we just hard on ourselves and and want to make every play if we possibly can but uh you know it's proud of the way he he competed today it was good um you know I thought it was a fun place to you know fun place to play crowds into it obviously a great football game that helps that helps make the crowd get into it um back and forth all day so um it was it was a good atmosphere um yeah I mean it is what it is you know we're professional football players but we're um you know it's what we do it's what we practice um I was really proud of the way those guys played to be honest with you um there was some unfortunate things that happened um you know up front with guys getting injured and not being able to come back in the game and uh those guys battled through you know we were already kind of thin at that spot you know with some of the stuff going on um you know at our tackle position there for a little bit so to for those guys to step in and play the way they did I was I was super proud of them um you know we drop back and threw the ball I don't know how many times we threw it but we threw it you know a decent amount of times today and um I thought they did a really nice job of battling and it's never going to be perfect um but uh man they they they battled and then you know I think our guys on the outside that had to come in and step up when you know pukah uh couldn't come back in the game either um they really battled as well oh I mean I mean taking Snaps from centers but those guys were lights out today they were great bo bo Limer first snap was a little high and hot but he had some juice which I can imagine um you know first snap in the NFL pistol on the road here we go little high and hot we handled it but the rest of the day was was smooth operating yeah yeah you know I mean I think it kind of boils down to the last time we came here similar circumstances and the fact that we didn't come away with enough points in the Red Zone you know obviously right before the half had a really nice drive I turned the ball over um I don't I don't hate the decision just don't like the ball that I threw you know um higher and harder probably gets us a touchdown in a better spot but uh you know that was a tough when we don't come away with points had another chance uh went forward on fourth down didn't come away with points um and then uh you know had to get we were on the one yard line and settle for three points too so that was that was kind of the name of the game for us um you know had our opportunities but uh weren't able to capitalize on them and um still at the end of the game you know if I if I can hit that ball to Cooper uh we were just a little bit on different pages on where we were heading on that one and and uh totally understand what he was doing it's uh it's part of the game it's a game of football um humbling but uh fun to compete you're good yeah that was a game I had a chance to win it you know and uh uh there's every game there's plays you want back and and that's definitely one of them um you know like to think that I can hit that throw uh you know a bunch of times in a row so just disappointed that we didn't get it done um but uh you know I I was proud of the way we battled man it was it was uh like you said some some guys had to step up and and they did and that was cool to watch and and cool to see so proud of those guys yeah I mean that's what I've been seeing to practice um that's how I know who he is um you know it's the yeah I'd love to know what his yardage was running today I mean he was we ask him to move all over the place and and handle a whole lot of things both in the pass game and well I won't but well I mean you can't prevent injuries right like you go out there and play and uh you know I think our guys are going to do everything they can to try to get back as fast as they can and we'll see what Who's got what um you know hopefully we can we can get some of our tackles back you know obviously with Aller uh you know a couple weeks and and maybe Rob you know at some point but we'll see um you know I think the best thing you can do is just go continue to push those guys continue to operate I'm proud of the way they competed today I know those guys were were given it everything they had and and um you know it showed up I am yeah yep I think both you know um uh they were doing some unique things personel wise um early early down stuff that uh you know was um you know promoting us to throw the football you know early and and when you're throwing it on early down so the majority of the time you're just trying to stay ahead of the sticks right you're just trying to treat that kind of like a run play if you get four you're happy if you get 10 great you know all those kind of things so um you know it's just kind of way we intended on attack you know attacking their defense and then uh you know some of the stuff they were doing Personnel wise uh you know it just led to more of that happening I would assume well I mean I'll just speak to who he is as a player right um you know he's really physical um got better long speed than people think I mean he's a had an unbelievable season last year um guy that uh you know has has built up a lot of trust and Equity with me just in the fact that we play together he's had some success so um we'll see what it is I have no idea to be honest with you um but uh you know he's obviously a big part of our offense but I do think that TJ and those guys stepped in and did a really nice job today yeah I'm encouraged with the effort you know encouraged with the effort there's always uh room for improvement and execution and those things but uh I'll tell you we don't we don't need room for improvement and effort you know our guys battled um or you know it's tough environment to play in you know a bunch of lineman going down starting receiver going down and and our guys never blinked and uh it was really you know it was great to see those guys in the Huddle just hey next play Let's go and wasn't easy but uh found a way to get some points on the board just not uh not enough to close the thing out which is frustrating and disappointing but um you know we got the next week and that'll get our attention here pretty quickly I hope I EX that you know I hope that they feel that from me um that's what I try to do obviously been doing this for a couple years and and uh you know I've been through a bunch of different situations and and try to be a steadying force in there and understand man that uh I hope they know that I'm giving it everything I got on every single play no matter what and you know hopefully that inspires those guys to do the same appreciate it
