A MOTORCYCLE ACCIDENT IS WARNING BACKED UP TRAFFIC FOR HOURS. >> AND IT WASN'T ANY BETTER FOR NJ TRANSIT RIDERS WHEN TRAINS WERE SUSPENDED FOR ABOUT AN HOUR BECAUSE OF TRANSIT ISSUES. ZINNIA MALDONADO SPOKE TO FRUSTRATED COMMUTERS. >> Reporter: A NIGHTMARISH COMMUTE TUESDAY MORNING FOR THOSE TRYING TO GET INTO THE CITY AND OUT TO NEW JERSEY. >> I'M JUST ANNOYED, A LITTLE ANNOYED. >> Reporter: INSIDE THE LINCOLN TUNNEL, A MOTORCYCLE CRASH TOOK PLACE AROUND 4:00 A.M., THE INVESTIGATION SHUTTING DOWN THE CENTRAL TUBE FOR ABOUT FOUR HOURS. THAN A DISABLED BUS BROKE DOWN INSIDE THE TUNNEL JUST BEFORE 7:00 A.M., ALSO CAUSING MAJOR DELAYS UP TO AN HOUR AND A HALF. CHOPPER TO OVERHEAD CAPTURING THE INTENSE LINE OF TRAFFIC GOING ON FOR MILES. SOME COMMUTERS SO FED UP THEY WERE SEEN HOPPING OFF OF BUSES, OPTING TO WALK INSTEAD. >> IT'S A LOT OF TRAFFIC. IT HAPPENED TO BE ROUGH. >> IT'S LIKE IN NEW YORK CITY. CAN'T COMPLAIN. IT DOESN'T HAPPEN THAT OFTEN ANYMORE. >> Reporter: OVER IN PENN STATION, NEW JERSEY TRANSIT SERVICE WAS SUSPENDED TUESDAY MORNING DUE TO A POWER ISSUE AT AN AMTRAK SUBSTATION, ACCORDING TO OFFICIALS. AROUND 10:30, AMTRAK, WHICH SHARES LINES WITH NJ TRANSIT, STATING THE POWER ISSUE WAS RESOLVED AND SERVICE HAD RESUMED WITH POTENTIAL DELAYS UP TO 45 MINUTES DUE TO RAIL CONGESTION. MANY COMMUTERS HERE AT PENN STATION SHARING MILLER STATIONS, SAYING THEY WISH THEY DIDN'T HAVE TO DEAL WITH NJ TRANSIT DELAYS AS OFTEN AS THEY DO. >> IS BECOMING MORE AND MORE FREQUENT. I MISSED MY CLASSES. I TEACH IN THE UPPER EAST SIDE SO NOW THEY ARE ALL SCRAMBLING, HAVE DEFINED LAST-MINUTE SUBSTITUTIONS. >> WE THOUGHT ALL THESE PROBLEMS HAD BEEN SOLVED THIS SUMMER AS THERE WERE SO MANY ISSUES THIS SUMMER, BUT I GUESS IT TURNED OUT NOT. >> Reporter: NJ TRANSIT STATING TRAIN SERVICE WAS BACK ON SCHEDULE BY 1:00 P.M. >> I FEEL LIKE
