she's professional she's really committed and she's a true inspiration I really love uh swimming with hi Ra's really helped me get more confidence slow down to speed up and get a much better technique I came to see Ral to help me with my swimming to improve my stroke and to stop me lifting my head out of the water it's been absolutely phenomenal for my swimming my speed is better and I enjoy it so much best teacher swiming teacher I ever uh when I first started I couldn't even put my head into water and after a couple of lessons I was able not excited for the lessons they're easy to follow I really enjoy it I find it really relaxing Raquel is a great teacher um it's been really fantastic picking apart my technique putting it back together and feeling the improvements in how smoothly and easily I'm swimming I love it I love turning up each week and learning a new piece my confidence has actually increased I love Rael FES because she's the kindest Co she's really patient she's such enthusiastic and professional and the caring coacha really good a professional human being and I really recommend you thank you I have learned a lot I love Rael thank you so much for your support and your motivation always I haven't been done formal training for a long long time so rael's just been great she's got such a lot of energy so much passion for what she does i' really recommend Rael service Services it's been an amazing experience I have loved this so much I'm fitter and it's a great group of people and we have a laugh every week in the past I wasn't able to swim for the whole Lab but uh after Raquel's constant encouragement and feedback I was able to run for the whole Lab thank you ra I've thoroughly enjoyed it it's been great pill's been an amazing teacher very passionate thank you it's been amazing it's really F to show up every week it's given me a lot of confidence she's always there she texts messages me gives me encouragement like I'm improving swimming was really hard cuz I was always competing with racing but now I'm really loving how relaxing um it is and slowing down and breathing and focusing on I think I never felt comfortable swimming laps um I felt like I was always struggling I my heart was racing too fast I was going too fast I've really learned so much from theel and like I plan to continue I'm never quitting every class I learn something new and I walk away having a good laugh with everyone and just feeling really energized thanks Rael become more than swimming it's more about just encouragement in general and so very grateful that you put on this extra class for us because um you're making a difference for us so thank you two more laps thank you ra I'm loving the classes before I met Raquel I was not able to actually put my head in the water I am so grateful to Raquel elado who is holding these training sessions I believe that with her skills that she has taught me I am far better in the pool to really capture it before I was proud of myself but I didn't drown and now I feel like I could actually swim I can't wait to see what she has for us next
