about the Panthers game does clear play if he plays does that help Panthers you know go through or regardless if he plays or not he's not fully fit um if he does com in the pitcher I think he's going to be still carrying an injury probably won't be fully fit but they're going to have to get him in there so yeah what do you reckon yeah know if he if he's playing it'll be a um a bigger margin than it would would be even if he's not playing if he's not playing they still win regard but if he's there yeah man he's he's going to blow him out of the park especially with the depleted roosters oh man they're shot Anthony what do you reckon for nithan cley um it will be a 50-50 decision that he will come on a 50-50 decision that he will play or not play we don't know yet but um if schne what's his name schneid schider yeah he he'll be still playing uh he'll be on the list anyways um but you you don't want to put Nathan clear at risk because of his injury because if he does play and then he HS himself again on the field that just wrecks the whole thing for p and and it's going to cost him but they need him they do need him but you don't want to risk him for his injury break the injury comes first you know what I mean look maybe I feel they might think they can get the job done without him bring him back sem the preliminary final so who have that extra two weeks before they play so you're right they might actually play him you know um after the the qualifying match um Amilia what do you reckon about CLE yeah as I said before it's a different ball game if clear plays doesn't play um I think Roost is going to be up for it it's going to be a good game whether he plays or not um and I'm going to say if he doesn't play I'm going to back the roers to win this I think it makes a huge difference yeah does clearly always makes a big difference because we've seen since he's like been injured during the season he's come back and then rooster um Panther's of course going like a sort of a winning streak and he he he's the reason why Panther their attack flow they they're very organized in defense cuz he's the leader on the field and you can see they've really missed him a bit since his again got injured but I think for me if there's still a a risk that he he isn't F fit for this game coming up I think rest him because they've got that second chance but even but even you've seen without clear how much the Panthers have struggled they have exactly Raiders game R uh what was the other game last week against go exact exactly and what was the game that what was it was the Raiders and they lost two in a row I'll have a look Raiders in Melbourne that's in a row M he got injured if it was there they would have won the game well I'm saying how much they rely on Nathan CLE to carry the game plan and you know cuz he he's the person calling the shots and again they would win without him but it's going to be a tougher task I feel like do you reckon um Panthers can go five grand finals out of five in Five Seasons they can they're in the finals what about if C is not there is still possible they can still man they still get it without with Panthers I think we're slowly seeing them to be a bit unbalanced you know we look a lot a lot of players leaving now terva le they've got so many players leaving yeah I think yes Nathan clear they're still going to help him a lot next year they'll be still a solid team but I think they're not going to be as dominant as they were with the the 3p the four years in the Grand Final I think we're starting to see the Panthers you know collapse a bit not to a extent where they're going to miss top eight they're going to be still top four but winning Grand finals every single year I think we might not see that a lot now but you talk about like them losing play they they've got tagi next next year and they got papal from um Tigers so that's great addition to the squad and I think yes they've lost a bit of players but I still think they're going to be in in good shape next year in my opinion well how does the roosters if they were to win clearly no clear how do they beat the Panthers what do you think is the key to them defense yeah defense defense and I feel like they they still have the their forward pack if if they if they play to their forwards and gain many meters and kick that ball in their their um dead ball line but I reckon they can give him a run for their money but as long as that as long as clear is there as long as um Panther show up man it's hard to beat them and they they can they still got the players you said on the last podcast still got Ted still got a number of players who can get them over the line roosters but they don't have their main players man yeah exactly it's like disappointing as well but like how you said about the forward players as well like you know how you got Spen Cen you got T you got Angus Cen Lind Lindsay Collins you got Conor Watson you all B boys get the yeah like you get the job done but like I said final 40 is a different whole level it doesn't matter what home ground you're at no matter what venue you're at the main thing is that you get the right results so you can qualify for the next round that's all that matters yeah that's what I mean because you have to you have to prove yourself to be the best because you want to get to the best position at the end of the uh the season bro the grand final final you know what I mean yeah I know what yeah it's a different ball game serious uh for me I think I think defense is key for them I think we've seen over the over the majority of the Season where they're conceding too many points and I think that's what they've lacked this year attack is superb but I think it's just the defense has been very in the world of Anthony lucky so yeah um so yeah if they can fix that I really think they have a chance of um beating penos well you got the best attack versus the best defensive in the comp yeah their attack is so good they they smashed everyone's points scored this season um but I feel the the Panthers defense can out hold that Rooster's attack like they've they've kept that same system for four years it's going to be hard to crack and you rarely see panthers concede a lot of points this season yes we've seen them concede 20 plus in a lot of games the the Melbourne game the Raiders game um but again the way I think the way Roost has got to beat him as we've seen to a lot of teams is their for pack have to step up they're going to make the big me meters and just ease the pressure off you know luk Ki and uh sandon Smith who who's going to replace um Sam Walker yeah um and yeah when they're in that that field position they do the job so I think the fours is the key position look it is the forward as well but you got the backs as well you got Daniel tupo Joseph Manu you got Dominic young a solid solid attack so um like how you said like penr could win it but I like I said bro I think roosters might win it cuz it's going to be an upset game and it's going to be a very tight game okay so yeah it all makes sense finally just give me your key player who's going to win like key player to lead their team to Victory on both teams yeah either way key player uh I'm going to say sandon Smith he needs a good game replacing Sam Walker it's a it's a big role it's a big Ro um so yeah we need a big game from him and if not then I don't see a chance for the r okay for me um if it's toist SP I think I'll say Kiri I think he I think last week you could see what he can do on his own without Sam Walker so um I think I'm going for him for ruers for Panthers if Nathan C is available I think yeah he he's the key player Anthony um I'm going to say luk as well cuz it's like cuz he's the one that's going to be holding everything up as well like he's going to be responsible on the field yeah and it's a different ball game as well uh for penr as well um I think J La as well okay so they're the two big key players bill yeah um I think for um Panthers be yeah if clear shows if clear's playing it has to be clear um and for for Roosters I'm going to maybe JW needs a needs a big game man that that full pack bro that they need him they need him that leadership there um for me for Roosters I'm going to go James Sesco you know he can if he's on he's gets so many assists so many line breaks so he can be the reason why they go up the fields you know he's very C uh creative and I'll go Panthers I'm going to go Dylan Edwards to to be if CLE is not there uh next game storm versus Sharks now this is another big one top four um Clash now sharks pulled off a great performance against manly last week Absolut dominated them from the middle of the field to their um back line thanks sharks thanks appreciate it like Bill said whatever you need we'll do it for you guys we're in we're in depth now boys doggy friends are in dep no more riots so if it's dogs versus sharks in the Grand Final we have to give it to them I don't care man I'm turning my b um anyways but uh let's talk about sharks quickly are they being overlooked into the final ser and can they really make it to the Grand Final this year yes they've had Parts where they they've shown that they're what's called Pretenders but we we've seen over the last say a month and a bit where they've been very consistent they were on a four winning streak then they lost one and then got another win so that's five wins out of six so they do have it in them that can take them a long way into the finals what do you reckon yeah they definitely have have it in them I I think yes and no you can't count them out they're a quality side they're they're a top four side and it's welld deserved but at the same time melbour man like it's hard it's hard to tell hard to say canala like can give it a go and they can but like Melbourne have been perfect this year without moner for most of the year we sh fitting his place Melbourne have just been amazing and I I don't see the Sharks winning but at the same time I'm not going to completely rule them out yeah yeah I like we got to look sharks beat Melbourne back in I think round eight we're going to remember a few teams were missing some players but that's a big booster for sharks knowing that they've beaten him once and they can beat them again again I think we've all said that they're Pretenders but I feel now I'm I'm not calling Pretenders I really think they can you know they can pretty go far maybe preliminary finals because they've been consistent I think they're on six wins in a row right now they beat Manley convincingly you know they they smashed Titans 44 new who were on like a four- winning streak so sharks are really klicking into form niik Hines is back and I can really again I can see him causing an upset but I'm tipping Melbourne I think Melbourne have just been way too good this season like way better than anyone can't go past Melbourne in in Melbourne yeah Melbourne in Melbourne whole different ball game man whole different beast and if whoever is tipping against Melbourne bro I like don't don't man cuz like uh they've proven many times over and over consecutive years that they they can get it done and they're on their way to getting it done um the only team that can really get it done in m is The Bu we hopefully play him in the but with the sharks they do stand a chance man as you to all your points man they they're on great form red hot form right now but I feel like Finals series is a whole different ball game man and with with moner with with key players there man their F pack backline [ __ ] Jerome Hughes he's been killing it right now man storms are on they're just as red hot as the Sharks not more man they mind the Prem for goodness sake if Sharks win and they actually go to prier final what they will make the Grand Final I can't see that I can't say that they're going to pass come past Bulldogs then which of course is not the case but I'm saying if they do make Premier final why can't they make it you know they just beat him if they do there's no scenario where sharks beat storm yeah exactly but upset there's always an upset there's no way sharks beat yeah but the big issue is when krala sharks always make finals every year they choke it they always choke it they always stuff up they always stuff up with something on the field like before the game ends like last season against roers yeah exactly last season against Sydney roosters they they totally messed up like defensive wasn't even that great and their attack as well like was horrible that's why roosters dominated them last year and they were in the top four that year and they went to six that's right so like yeah they have it in them yeah so my point is for Melbourne we we can't complain about Melbourne Melbourne had a fantastic uh season this year their tack was good I know the injuries was a bit up and down with m started riding Pap paping um Jerome Hughes as well and yeah there was a few but then end of the day they got the results right first so it all makes sense that Melbourne they've been playing phenomenal but now cuz like with uh sharks it's going to be hard finals is different but like you said whoever's going to win I'm sticking with Melbourne storm okay key player now for for this game Melbourne Melbourne I say you can't go past jome Hughes I think he's been outstanding and time he's performed their team clicks their attack clicks um he's buil a great combination and um connection with Will wrick and who's A Center on that side um uh Anderson was it no there someone else regardless that right hand side has been very strong with CA as well so I think he's key for Melbourne with canala sharks I think it's their forward pack because I think their forward pack back in round eight was incredible and they dominated Melbourne and for me I think they do have a better four pack than Melbourne but again if they can really step up that can cause damage to Melbourne Amelia what do you reckon yeah it has to be Dr newed I think um daily M by far this year if not it's that's just ballistic yeah but um he he's just stepped up big time this year and um I think he's going to do it again in this game and for the sharks um niik Hines you know he hasn't proven himself yet in big games he's choked it every single time um this time he really has to make a statement um and what else who else better to do it against than the Melbourne storm in M it has to be Nik H um again Melbourne I'll probably say Jerome Hughes I would say moner but Jerome Hughes has been the reason where they are and sharks I'm going to go I'll go Bren Nur I'm going to go him he's he can score tries he can be a big player and you know help the team so I'm going to go D theora I'm going to say cam moner K cam monster for the storm um H is a key factor but I feel like even I know Ken monster didn't play many many many rounds this season but I feel like when he's there it's it just adds to that puzzle it adds to that puzzle his ball playing skills are phenomenal and you know I feel like the team is better when he's there for um sharks I'm going to say Nik hin niik hin on his best game bro turns sharks into a Premiership winning team Anthony um well well speaking of uh Cameron monster I'm going to say Harry Grant I want to see him play like play bit better like in the finals and especially like with his kicking skills as well like 402s and that you know he can switch it around too Harry good Harry Harry Grant will he'll play good I reckon the finals are the key player uh canala sharks uh I'm going to say um uh what's name Hazelton yeah a forward player that can run better and he can step up a lot too so I'm going to say Haz I like that one uh next one special guest is going for Melbourne of course did you mention the special guest oh yeah um Cowboys and knights this could have been the Bulldogs if we had finished fifth we would have had Knights this week um but we're playing m but yeah Cowboys the knights uh Knights underdogs heading into this um of course people are always going to say Cowboys to win at home it's going to be a soldout stadium um but Knights again they're heating form at the back end of the season just like last year and why not they they Cowboys are beatable and I think Knights can get the job done they didn't they uh there was a golden point game this year was it between them I think there was I think it was Cowboys beat them twice this year and they've been narrow games um again final series different ball game um I feel like Cowboys get it done uh I think it's going to be I think it's going to be a golden point game this one and by Cowboys were the way they played against the doggies man quick play the balls just they kick they kick deep um deep wide um back Line's crazy Val homes was on his his conversions are something else I think he got every single one last game he smashed it everyone turned up to that doggies game you know you're only as good as your last performance I think they're even going to be better you know in this game yeah I think with Cowboys I I won't over like I won't say Knights can't win it but I just think even Cowboys got one of the best attacks in the comp the way they hammered us and I think Knights are just so far from Cowboys performance- wise um I just think Cowboys can really put a big score on him yeah um I really think so I'm again I'm not saying KN got winner but I I just don't think they can well they did beat like a big great doggies team you can say who a Cowboys yeah yeah that's what I'm saying how they yeah how they going to blow them out of the park like I think they're going to play good they're going to play the same but with a better team that's why it's going to be close look I'd say 13 plus but like just by 14 not like a 40 30 I think it'll be 13 plus um I think Knights they're a good team and I don't know what's it with them where they they seem to turn up always at the end of the season and you see last year um they went to the semifinals I think yeah they lost against Warriors ra game they lose to Warriors oh Warriors that's it um yeah I think that can really do cause damage in the finals um do I I think they are underdogs because again people are going to ride them off finishing eight just making the top eight you look at Dolphins missing out Dragon so there was a lot of competition and credit to them man they've deserved this position worked hard towards the end of the season and I think it's going to be a really close game between Cowboys Cowboys and knights and for some reason I think Knights will get the job done I'm feeling a nice win I think Cowboys at home yes they've been pretty good at home but I don't know I've got a strange feeling Cowboys so Knights and I think ponga can be really crucial for their team and get getting the points Amia what you yeah I'm I'm the same you know I got that I got that weird feeling that the knights the knights are going to pull through they're one of those teams they make you play their style I think it's going to be a very low-scoring defensive game and I actually feel it's going to go to Golden Point as well but I'm going to back the Cowboys still and um yeah the knights are underdogs but not really you can't Overlook them not in this game Cowboys are not a top tier team you can't Overlook the not Anthony look um Cowboys they've been playing well this year as well um I got no complaints about Cowboys attack defense everything's on the table there defense is [ __ ] to be honest defense my apologies noites they're hungry for it they they were there last year in the final yeah and they want to do it again so well you're predicting them Grand Final so you got to back hey well you got to back them hey if you don't they knocked out and there go you you don't know what happens bro finals is a different level so I'm just letting you know so thanks for letting us um but uh who to win the game I'm going to stick with Newcastle I think Newcastle I think they'll just defense has been terrible um we're struggling to be creative in attack yes we scored 22 points against Eagles but six points last week so we got to be a bit you know weary because and we can't be too confident because these last two games you know we lead to this um this game against mly like what's going to happen are we going to see the Bulldogs we know this year are we going to see the same Bulldogs that's been appearing these last gam well to answer your first question how are we going to win get rid of cherry Evans that's injury no I'm joking I'm joking no but like bro honestly man that guy is holding that mainly team together man they all dangerous against us a couple weeks ago Turbo too oh bro Turbo's back he would he be back at 100% I don't think so I don't think so man so the real man is Cherry Evans we to look for and um I feel like if we turn up if we truly want this man you bring the same mentality we had with those five wins in a row against the Warriors against the Sharks because let me tell you bro this game is going to go down to the Wi boys I don't think it's going to be blowout there's no way this game's a blow out not with manly man I feel like our our defense needs to be the same defense that's one us the top eight this year one us the top eight this year and we we even our attack it has to be up to has to be it has to be the greatest attack You' ever seen this is finals now this is Du or die we lose this game we're out yeah and I lose my, yeah I know yeah yeah that's what I'm concerned about you I'm I'm just saying man what do you what do you think about the game boys look it's going to be a tough game bro look I'm excited look I'm excited nervous scared look it's all full of mixed emotions cuz this is the only one chance that we can go to the next round that's why I want to focus one game as it comes cuz this is the first game that reversing manly bro this is going to be a tough challenge like you said about the attack we need to fix that attack because that performance against cowys was not not Bulldogs that I remembered bro and I if they attacked that middle man like especially since our fall pack is known to be not the biggest F pack they're going to they're going to do the same thing they did to us two weeks ago cuz that's what they were doing straight to the middle bro we need just to fix those parts in the game and bro we're heading into the further into the finals exactly but defensive our defense is on spot we have the best defensive system so I think we'll we'll um pressure oh they proved us wrong couple weeks ago I'm just saying we got a pressure attack especially with cherry Evans and Brooks because bro they pass out they're so good bro they've been playing so consistent this year and it's crazy um but I think dogs are going to play smart I know what they I know why they lost because they're trying to play as smart for the finals bro I know what it means I say they lost on purpose no not I'm not saying in purpose in a bad way but I'm just saying they will doe for of the loss it makes sense for yeah like the losses are going to make us better yeah so it makes it better and more stronger for us for the it's a different level the first loss we thought and I understand we had rookie plays in that game but I just we got putting two debut on the same side with h and a half bro like you're destined to lose that game I think we know in the first 20 minutes cuz we usually score you know we usually tend to score a bit early so we'll know in the first 20 minutes which dogs we're going to see um Amelia what do you how do you see this game oh every emotion confident I'm nervous this is a big game and I'm I'm like I'm not going to go in or or cocky like oh that's it that's it um yeah mainly you're going to be up for it it's going to be it's going to be a tough game it won't be a blowout um and yeah as you said in the first 20 minutes we're going to see what dogs have turned up and was to play that's good news for us but what I'm scared about is that every time in previous years we've had issues in the club for a player you've got the likes of adamia with the incident with Marco leaw himself individually in during a regular season you had the Oken ball and um Cory harara issue so every time there's been an issue it's really affected our season Elliot destroyed our season oen ball in destroyed our season and now this fox could really um I think we win but it could in a way affect our performance because he's a a lead on the field experienced player he knows what it is to be in finals and without his pres the players might start to doubt a bit because once again because of his his great presence in the is that true but is it true like feel good denied it but Fox leag are saying otherwise yeah look apparently he's failed his first test yeah feel good so far got to he's got to protect the players he's got to not confirm anything he's going to say yeah this is it and
