guys welcome back K so guys update on Apple ticker AAP I think I don't need to introduce this ticker here everybody is knowing the company and maybe you also love the products I used here no clickbait thumbnail guys yeah I said here is a potential drop coming from around 25% I will give you here all my predictions based on the chart and of course I explain why I think that could happen this is of course guys not a financial advice if you're new to my channel guys the main purpose is to educate you in trading so I will use here a lot of chart techniques guys being that said let's start so if you see the overall trend here for Apple of course we are in an absolute strong uptrend here nothing like a crash will or is it to expect soon guys but I want to show you that we have here a very very important chart set up um which makes it possible to see here a 25% price drop or even more if you don't think this is possible guys you can see the price action here in January 2021 uh sorry 2022 in November 2021 there was something like a yeah top top in the market and since then a lot of stocks corrected and uh dropped down and also you can see that even very strong companies like apple here with 3.4 trillion Market Capital guys can drop here easily 20% or in that case even 32% that as that is possible here of course that is not happening here in one day but you don't want to buy here in the peak guys and want to wait here almost one year yes you can see from here January 2022 until January 2023 so just minus minus minus nobody wants that he was one attempt to recover but you can see that this is possible so why do I think that guys let's start with the chart guys and I show you my drawings nothing changed here I have always the same chart techniques guys so when I identify here chart patterns for a stock usually I concentrate here on short squeeze stocks on my channel I'm honest with you I love to trade short squeeze stocks yeah I like the volatility it is very very possible to make here 100 200 300% in one day and believe it or not guys the short squeezes are predictable yeah this is what I'm doing here as I said the main purpose is to educate people in trading but the short squeeze stocks guys I love to trade them and I just released a brand new video here my so-called hot stocks I release those videos every Sunday and these videos here contain tickers with high squeeze potential I predicted here a lot of squeezes already so just here at the end of August guys we had here a 205% squeeze here and just three trading days this is a 4 hours chart here of course this ticker squeezed after my prediction I don't make videos when the stock is already squeezing uh that makes absolute no sense to make foro people foro in guys guys this is absolute nonsense this is we could see here a 25% price drop or even more because of our chart patterns yeah we have of course here alltime high $237 you can see the stock is just ripping we are trading now at $224 but when we see the market constellation we have now here September guys and September is a very very bearish month in the market statistic wise the most bearish month in the year is September guys and that could mean we see a bigger correction incoming it looks like the market will just continue to squeeze everything looks super bullish we had a lot of squeezes in May this year and as I said here just in August just last week I predicted here five short squeezes for my members so it looks super bullish but if it looks too good guys this is what the market market makers want they want you to buy in here at the high price levels before they dump the market and you can see we had the same constellation here so now we want to have a quick look at the chart patterns why do I think 25 % so apple is trading here in my opinion not Financial advice in a trend Channel pattern here this white Trend Channel pattern is controlling the price everything is here based on alos yes news can pump a stock guys but believe me everything is based here on alos on high frequency trading and we have this white Trend channel here this strong uptrend Channel which is supporting the price here of apple and then we have this overlaid um red Trend channel here let me switch off the indicators for a second that you get a clear pi picture also I can show you here the touch points guys and the last time when we squeezed out of this normal Trend channel here yeah what is a trend Channel pattern every time when you hit here at the top of this trend Channel you see a selloff reaction and usually when you hit at the bottom you see a buying reaction yeah this is just swing trading guys that works for every stock in the market but what we had here for apple is that Apple squeezed out of this usually algo Trend Channel pattern and as I said if you squeeze out to the downside this is the moment where you have to to buy yeah don't be scared guys this is the moment where you can accumulate accumulate your positions and make high profits here and the same is in the opposite way when we squeeze out of this trend Channel this is something where the market or this stock gets overheated and then you see a selloff reaction and the last time when we had this was here as I mentioned in 20 January 2022 and guess what guys we have the same situation since then for the first time ever yeah we have the same situation again that we are back in this red Trend channel here yes it looks super bullish here but when we switch now here from the weekly chart guys in the daily chart then we know why we had this technical reaction here because the only purpose for this technical reaction was to close this open Gap so we have a sign of weakness you can see that Apple already lost here from the all-time high we had here this huge drop which was already here uh 177% yes we recovered here we had even a gap down then we had this technical reaction here closed this open Gap this Gap is now filled Guys open gaps have to get filled the chance to close these gaps is about 90% And you can see this candle close the gap and as soon as we filled this Gap we have again our small selloff reaction here it's not that dramatic right now you can see in total just 3% this is nothing but we have our technical reaction so we can delete also the green line here in the chart and why do I think 25% guys because in my opinion sooner or later we will come back down to the bottom of this trend channel here mark my words guys sooner or later we will come down and we will Mark we will touch again the bottom of the trend Channel if we would just see that will of course not happen for a stock like apple but if we would see here a straight line today that would mean we end up here somewhere in the $170 range here and that would be the actual bottom of the trend Channel this is in alignment here with this green liquidity Zone a very bullish liquid zone is between1 176 and $183 where I think Apple will recover and start to squeeze and we'll see the next Al not squeeze but the next runup and we'll see alltime highs and we have one very important open Gap here at $173 at down gap which should get filled this is normally technically necessary to fill the open gaps we have also lower gaps so in case of a market crash or something like that Apple can even come down even lower but we don't talk about this scenario right now you can see here was one of these fake outs also with the purpose to close this Gap here but as I said we have not the situation yet this is the purpose the reason why I think we could see a 25% drop So based on this Spike which we had here and when we come down to the bottom of the trend Chanel or even to the Gap here we talk about minus 26% guys this is not to scare you this is just what the chart is telling us yeah in the long term it's a super bullish stock I have no doubts that we will see all-time highs for Apple if we just continue to rip here uh to the upside then we could see a lot of squeezes here in the market in September and October as well but usually September is a bearish month where the market starts to correct guys if you like this content here and if
